I checked the coffee machine, but it had no hot water function, so I went back and asked again if it was really true that the hotel doesn’t provide hot water. The female staff called a male kitchen worker, who filled cold water into my cup noodles and instructed me to heat it in the microwave.
I’m really wondering if this hotel truly doesn’t provide hot drinking water at all? The blonde woman’s attitude and gestures were memorable—whether she couldn’t speak English well or just didn’t want to bother. For the review, is this hotel really one where guests can’t get hot potable water?
Staff is efficient and professional.
The reception, I mean Erika was rude and should not be working in hospitality. The last thing you need when you need to manage a bad news after hours of travel for work is an attitude. She refused to make a receipt. When her colleague, extremely nice and professional could give me one in secondes.
The restaurant is fantastic, extremely good food for a very reasonable price.
Location seems handy on the map but when there it is more an inconvenience.
Almost forgot, they charge a deposit yet, the room they gave me had cigarettes holes on the sofa, had to ask for another room as I was afraid they would use this to keep the deposit.
