The charming ski hotel in a traditional Savoyard style, is located next to the ski area and lifts right from the hotel entrance guests can start skiing. You will find cozy rooms, delicious food and quality service.

Location: in the centre of Tignes, from the airports of Geneva 165 km, Lyon 240 km, Chambery - 130 km, 50 m from the ski lifts.

Consists of a 6-storey building.

The hotel has 40 rooms.

We selected Le Levanna for its location and it was exactly what we hoped, primary lifts within steps of the ski lockers in the hotel that gave us easy access to multiple ski trails each day. What we also got was great service from a team of people dedicated to ensuring that our hotel experience was as good as the skiing. Breakfast was all we needed, but not extensive. Dinner was also good and other good restaurants were within a 5 minute walk. We won’t consider any other hotel when we return.

We stayed at Le Levanna for a week in March 2026, and loved every moment of our stay. We found the hotel easily (right next to the ski school area) and settled in quickly. The room was ground floor and was perfect - very comfy bed, fridge, safe, tea and coffee - and with a spectacular view of the mountains from the balcony. The hotel reception staff were brilliant and they handled all our questions, including helping us find our ski hire location, and finding us deckchairs to sunbathe on our balcony. We stayed half-board and the experience was ideal. A breakfast buffet for a speedy bite to eat before hitting the slopes, and an a la carte dinner. The wine choices were brilliant, and the food choices were varied and high standard. The raclette for 2 was a particular favourite for us. The restaurant staff were fantastic, very friendly and polite. We got drinks in the bar on a couple of evenings too. The wellness area is great for a relax after a morning on the slopes. The jacuzzi pool and steam room were both very welcome. The hotel is very close to shops and bars , including a Spar supermarket for stocking up on supplies. It is also right next to the drop-off stop for the free Tignes bus, which runs throughout the day and evening, and which we found very handy. In summary, we had an excellent time at Le Levanna and would happily stay there again.

Let me start with the positive side. The people and the location (from the ski cellar you step directly in the ski gondola) are top. Beacuse of that I came back to the hotel. With joining Etincelles I thought the facilities would have had an sincere upgrade. I felt disappointed on that part. Bar was really not attractive, no reason to be there unless you are able to sit outside. The restaurant had an upgrade but missed style and comfort. Quality of food was ok but not outstandjng. Regarding the rooms I don’t think it manage to reach a 4-star level. Although the location was still top, the facilities did not grow with the raise of the proces since a few years ago

The staff were lovely and very helpful, from making me a Cappuccino every morning, to helping with luggage and queries. I had an premium room which was amazing over looking the slopes. Breakfast was great and the team in the restaurant were very helpful and friendly

We had booked a 5-night stay (over $2,500) at Hôtel Le Levanna months in advance and were genuinely looking forward to discovering the property after several recommendations. Unfortunately, a series of exceptional circumstances made our trip impossible: a serious ski accident requiring surgery, followed by the closure of our country’s airport and the cancellation of our Air France flight. Despite providing medical documentation and explaining the situation in detail, the hotel refused any form of flexibility. Not only was a refund refused (which we could understand given the non-refundable rate), but even a simple date postponement was categorically denied. What is most disappointing is the complete lack of commercial goodwill in an obviously exceptional situation. Other hotels we had booked during the same trip immediately offered to convert our reservation into a credit valid for a later stay. Unfortunately, this hotel chose a very different approach. Throughout the exchange, the responses remained rigid and strictly limited to quoting the terms and conditions, without any attempt to provide a reasonable solution or show empathy toward the circumstances. For a hotel positioning itself as a high-end mountain property, the level of customer care was extremely disappointing. Hospitality is not only about rooms and views; it is also about how guests are treated when unexpected events occur. Sadly, this experience has left us with a very negative impression.

Our stay was amazing, we spent 5 days here. The hotel itself is as close as you can get to some of the lifts, the staff were wonderful, the prices very reasonable and the overall service excellent. The room itself was also clean, well maintained and cosy. Genuinely don't have any faults to share. When we come back to Tignes we will be staying at Le Levanna again for sure! 🥰
