The Hotel and the staff were amazing. They were so kind and professional. Staying at this hotel made our ski trip unforgettable. It is close to the slopes and there is an amazing view from the rooms. Hotel’s restaurant is the best option for apres ski. I went to the hairdresser at the hotel and it was so good. I also want to thank to the Yule team who remembered my birthday and sent a gift to my room.

a lovely afternoon with my daughter in the spa after I was gifted a massage voucher. Probably the best massage I've ever had it was really great. Thank you to the staff, they were great. The atmosphere was lovely and super relaxing

This was our second time staying at the hotel but the first over Christmas week. It was a truly magical stay with fantastic service once again. Special mention to Franklin who carried out our skis and set them up every morning - so kind and helpful. Nina and Elise at the front desk were fantastic and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed every day, including arranging for our children to make some Christmas biscuits with the pastry chef! Amandine and Noah were so welcoming at breakfast and meant we always started our day with a smile (and a great omelette!). Thank you also to Colleen at the spa for a wonderful massage. We have already rebooked !

The worst meal and the worst staff in Val D’Isere. A complete waste of money. A family birthday lunch for 8 with a 1200 euro bill and. Service that would embarrass a McDonalds. We knew as soon as we arrived that it would not be a good experience. Staff flustered and chaotic trying to make us sit outside despite the fact was -10 degrees and I had called in personally to make the booking that morning. It’s a 5 star hotel with a zero star mentality. We asked a helpful male waiter if we could vary the contents of the fruit de net. He checked with the chef and came back and said yes that would be fine . When the female waiter then came to take our order she insisted nothing like this was possible. Eventually she agreed to check again and came back to say was another 28 euro SO WHAT???Service very slow starters arrived to share but no plates , no finger bowls or napkins after the seafood platter . Wife’s main course arrived 20 minutes late was a pasta course . We told the staff that was a disaster of a birthday meal and the worst experience of our holiday General Manager came and said it was because it was cold outside so more people had wanted to eat inside offered us a coffee . Bill was 1200 euro so keep your coffee thank you you and your staff should find another career if you don’t want to provide a service

Great Staff friendly! will definitely be back, read some poor reviews and was sceptical but honestly couldn’t have done more for us during our stay. Nice Chilled atmosphere not stuffy like a lot of the hotels in the town

The hotel has its own shuttle (a porche) and everything is thought of. It is ski in ski out right next door to the best lifts to garuntee you to be first on the slopes. The staff are amazing and made my trip with lovely recommendations, excellent breakfast service from Amandine, Remane, Marie and Marc was always there to help us with our ski routes for the day and a friendly smile.

Super cosy hotel in a great location - most bad reviews here seem to be from people complaining about staff. We've had no trouble from staff ourselves, so it may be a case of polite people getting polite treatment, and impolite people being dealt an equal hand. Pool is AMAZING - best one in the resort I reckon, and our room was spacious enough for us if a little hot at night. Breakfast could be a TAD more varied but what's there is very nice - being encouraged to take breakfast bits back up to your rooms when I'm usually used to smuggling pastries out under a proverbial hat was a nice change! Good place to be overall

This place has truly become a home away from home for me. The staff are incredibly friendly, the food is delicious, and they offer continuous lunch-to-dinner service—something that’s quite rare in France. The spa services are excellent, and there’s a nice pool and sauna as well.

The rooms are newly renovated and beautifully decorated. They’re a bit on the small side, but that’s the Alps. The location couldn’t be more convenient: right on the main square and just a few meters’ walk from the slopes.

Highly recommended.

PS: I hope the octopus makes its way back onto the winter menu 🥲

We had a great stay here over the holidays. The staff was absolutely wonderful, the hotel is super clean and well organized. We loved the spa services and the central location cannot be beat. And dog friendly!

Really NOT GOOD.
We got married in ValDisere and had previously stayed here so recommended it to our guests.
Unfortunately the service was terrible. And we had so many disappointed stories from family and friends.
As a couple we check in after our wedding for a weekend. We moved rooms three times due to water leaks and noise. Every time we were moved, staff never helped. After our final move and another water leak complaint we came into our new room and a bag was missing - which I later found myself after going into their staff room where the dirty sheets were.
Its a great location, and the rooms are cool, although mostly only showers and town noise - if the service can be changed it may redeem itself.

Fantastic hotel! After having a nightmare with our original hotel that was like going into a derelict building we found this hotel and got the last room they had for that week. They were so polite helped us at every aspect even sorting us out an early taxi to the bus station. Room very comfy, all you need amenity’s wise even if you bring non skiers. Thanks to all staff we hope to be back again.
