Rooms are very nice and comfy. Staff are friendly and always said hello. Close to ski slopes and rental. Not far from restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Decent breakfast with classic chees, ham, yogurt, cereal, fruit and pastries

We love La Galise! Have been coming for the last 15 years, and it's fantastic. The service, location, breakfasts and rooms are all excellent. Highly recommended.

Perfectly located hotel, lovely ambience and well run. They only nly provide bed and breakfast, but that suits us well with so many restaurants in Val.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location within walking distance to the lifts and town. Staff is extremely friendly. They have a ski room with boot dryers to store your equipment at the end of the day. Breakfast is included and they offer a good assortment of options. The rooms are very clean. Would stay here again on a future trip.

I can highly recommend this hotel. We stayed here for our week long ski trip and the location, cleanliness and service were excellent. The obvious downside is that there are no lifts but we did not find this to be a big problem as the stairs and room are relatively close. Charlie was great to speak to whilst in and around the hotel and is very knowledgeable about the area and skiing. We needed the bath plug to be replaced and this was done straight away without any hesitation. Thank you to the whole team.

We had a terrible experience! The service were really bad. The people in the reception didn’t say hello. The cleaning at our room was really bad. I put the towells on the floor to get them changed, when we came back they had clean the room and hang up the same dirty towells! The beakfast was really poor!! We stayed on the third floor, whitout any elevator…… I Will never come back to this hotel!

The Hotel personell is not very friendly, service minded or helpful. The breakfast is extremely limited and the cleaning of the room was really not good. No elevator, so a lot of walking in stairs. For us coming by car the parking the hotell arranged was more than 20 minute walk. We booked the parking through the hotel, but the QR code they provided didn’t work, ending up we had to pay double for the parking as the hotel also charged for parking, an extra 120 €… To sum up, we want come back to this hotel ever again and I can’t recommend anyone to stay there.

Lovely hotel, really cosy and homely, friendly and in an amazing location so close to the slopes. There is a bar as part of the hotel which is great, the breakfast was simple but lovely and all in all we would recommend this hotel! The boot room was great and the rooms were a good temperature for us

From the moment we arrived to when we left the staff were faultless! Very professional, attentive, polite and friendly! We visited for a ski holiday so spent the majority of the time out on the slopes so the rooms were not a dealbreaker for us. Nevertheless they were cleaned and tidied daily which unexpected but very nice! Plenty of space in the room with all the amenities you could need. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. Advertised as a buffet style without hot food so we got what we were expecting. Pastries, cereals etc with plenty of drinks to choose from. Perfect for the price we paid. Another nice surprise was the ski boot/ski storage which was easily accessible. Even more perfect was the location. If you are an avid skier/snowboarder you are only a short 2-5 minute walk from the slopes depending on how excited you are! Ultimately a very enjoyable stay for the 7 days were visited. Perfect for the price and to emphasis the staff were faultless and friendly throughout. Thank you!

It's the 2nd time we have stayed in this hotel. We came for a short ski break for the opening of the season. This hotel is perfect, just a short walk to the lifts, inside it's lovely and clean, ski lockers and boot warmers in the basement. The rooms are a very good standard. Buffet continental style breakfast, with ample things to eat. All the staff from the cleaners right up to the owners are friendly and very helpful. We will be back again next season. No faults with anything regarding this hotel.

Super cosy hotel in a great location - most bad reviews here seem to be from people complaining about staff. We've had no trouble from staff ourselves, so it may be a case of polite people getting polite treatment, and impolite people being dealt an equal hand. Pool is AMAZING - best one in the resort I reckon, and our room was spacious enough for us if a little hot at night. Breakfast could be a TAD more varied but what's there is very nice - being encouraged to take breakfast bits back up to your rooms when I'm usually used to smuggling pastries out under a proverbial hat was a nice change! Good place to be overall

This place has truly become a home away from home for me. The staff are incredibly friendly, the food is delicious, and they offer continuous lunch-to-dinner service—something that’s quite rare in France. The spa services are excellent, and there’s a nice pool and sauna as well.

The rooms are newly renovated and beautifully decorated. They’re a bit on the small side, but that’s the Alps. The location couldn’t be more convenient: right on the main square and just a few meters’ walk from the slopes.

Highly recommended.

PS: I hope the octopus makes its way back onto the winter menu 🥲

We had a great stay here over the holidays. The staff was absolutely wonderful, the hotel is super clean and well organized. We loved the spa services and the central location cannot be beat. And dog friendly!

Really NOT GOOD.
We got married in ValDisere and had previously stayed here so recommended it to our guests.
Unfortunately the service was terrible. And we had so many disappointed stories from family and friends.
As a couple we check in after our wedding for a weekend. We moved rooms three times due to water leaks and noise. Every time we were moved, staff never helped. After our final move and another water leak complaint we came into our new room and a bag was missing - which I later found myself after going into their staff room where the dirty sheets were.
Its a great location, and the rooms are cool, although mostly only showers and town noise - if the service can be changed it may redeem itself.

Fantastic hotel! After having a nightmare with our original hotel that was like going into a derelict building we found this hotel and got the last room they had for that week. They were so polite helped us at every aspect even sorting us out an early taxi to the bus station. Room very comfy, all you need amenity’s wise even if you bring non skiers. Thanks to all staff we hope to be back again.
