It’s a lovely property and there are not a lot of options anywhere near as nice. The staff are all super friendly, competent and lovely.
Sardinia is surprisingly rigid about most things but this resort was so laid back and nice, while also very competent. I had a terrible flight situation and they were just fantastic helping me last minute. My friends at other (much more expensive but no where near as nice) hotels were so jealous!

We made a reservation in august which was confirmed ,but after a month we got an email to say that was a mistake with the offer and the price is double or they will cancel our booking if we don't pay....we already made our plans and pay flights and car for holiday.such a scam of hotel.so they make a mistake and they don't give you any option or try to solve the problem.customer service is disaster...booking was made with stayforlong and confirmed by the property

The morning buffet was a huge disappointment. Simple ham and cheese that wasn't chilled was just lying there. Extra charge for scrambled and fried eggs. The a la carte dinner was good, however. The rooms are old and only superficially cleaned.

Very pretty view from the hotel terrace. Unfortunately the rooms (need renovation) the breakfast (little choice) and the evening meal are not up to the standard of a 4 star. The staff was not very cheerful, perhaps tired.

The team is super friendly and responsive. The location is great. The food is excellent. The commodities are excellent as well. The concierge has good tips, you can rent a car from the hotel which is useful.

It's not a 4 star, mind you. The relatively reasonable prices charged in low season remain expensive for the services offered. In high season, prices are excessive, overpriced and do not meet expectations. Hotel nestled in a magnificent hillside location. Calm and peaceful. The exteriors are simply sublime. But unfortunately that's about the only thing that could justify the four stars awarded to this hotel. The rooms are relatively spacious but lack storage space. The bathrooms have none and the shower is fixed to the wall, with significant variations in water (very strong flow, then very weak and so on). However, we had no problems with the temperature. Functional and silent air conditioning. The soundproofing of the rooms is simply non-existent. We hear the neighbors and people in the hallway as if nothing separates us. The wifi didn't work the first two days, then it was excellent. The breakfast is very basic and the products are industrial. Special mention to fruit juices so undrinkable that even wasps preferred coffee. The pillows are a pile of wadding balled up, they would be the same if there were none. No elevator and no one to carry your luggage. Out of four employees we saw, only one spoke French (but she was rarely there). Among these (a gentleman at night and three women during the day), one of them was neither very professional nor very friendly. We thought she was in training, as she was so inadequate for a position at the reception of a hotel, especially a “4” star hotel. The seats of the armchairs in the hall and on the terrace were torn. We asked for a coffee with milk at the bar. The milk served was curdled. One morning, at 11 a.m., one of the ladies in charge of cleaning came to knock on the door and without a response from us, took the liberty of opening the door, turning on the light to summon us, raising her voice, to get out of bed, because she had to clean it… And the best for last, the weekend wedding receptions… the guests were swarming from all sides, screaming, singing. They simply took over the place. The swimming pools were forbidden to us, reserved for wedding guests, and the restaurant closed. And the magic continued, with loud music, around the swimming pool, until 11:30 p.m.… Our room overlooked the swimming pool and the next day we had a plane to catch. We first asked at reception when the party would be over. 6 p.m. we were told. At 6:30 p.m., we ask the question again. At 8:30/9 p.m. “be calm, trust me.” And, when we returned at 10:15 p.m., the party was in full swing. We asked to speak with the director, Tiziana. She didn't want to come see us...first claiming that she had to get rid of

Disappointing stay. Poor lunch and dinner service. The breakfast buffet (very little variety for a 4-star hotel) was from 8:00-10:00 a.m., and the only two foods were hot; Bacon and scrambled eggs were served no earlier than 8:30 a.m. on a single tray, which was not replaced if it was used up. What's more, nothing was replaced. Not only within the same service, but there were foods like yogurt or muesli that were not replenished in two or three days. As for dinner, it was not a buffet but a closed menu from which you had 3 options to choose from, it was not bad. What was not normal was the time it took to serve between dishes, with the dish finished and not being picked up for up to 30 minutes. Finally, I would like to comment that being on half board (drinks not included), one of the days it occurred to us to ask for a little more bread, which to our amazement was charged, I repeat: being on half board with dinner included. Regarding the facilities; Very well maintained exteriors but rooms and specifically bathrooms very old, so much so that if they flushed the drain in another room, water would come out of the bathroom in the adjoining room. Last, but not least, the hotel holds many weddings in which it leaves the hotel guests without the hotel facilities. Since they take place in the pool, leaving their use exclusively for weddings. Overall, I would not recommend this accommodation at all. Disappointing stay.

The only positive point: its location with its panoramic view. Otherwise, to put it simply, everything needs to be redone. Hotel which had its heyday 20 years ago, but which has remained identical with an outdated decor. The rooms are not soundproofed, the pipes are very noisy with a stream of either boiling or freezing water. The shower is small with a single shower head cemented into the wall, moldy all around, the hair dryer dates from the 60s, very vintage but not very functional!! The toilets work 1 time out of 3. The bedroom has a wardrobe that does not slide, it regularly comes out of place and the laundry on the wardrobe falls out!!! TV does not work No catering: portion reduced to the maximum, with for example 1 small chicken leg served with 1 single slice of eggplant!! On Saturdays, the hotel is reserved for weddings, so the swimming pool is not accessible for us, and we have to enjoy their entertainment with music, cars parked everywhere!! We are extremely disappointed, especially with the practical price... To avoid.... How can this establishment be recommended by sites???

Very pretty garden, swimming pool and beautiful view! Not very pleasant staff, no one helps you carry your suitcases. Very average service. The rooms are really not very pretty, very old furniture, with holey towels, flooding of the shower and not very practical. No WiFi in the room! Only worked for one day! And no solution found despite our daily requests nor any commercial gesture. In summary, blah blah stay

Hotel Pulicinu is a really good place where to spend a relaxing holiday.
It is immersed in a peaceful park not far from the sea so it also has a beautiful sea view. Three minutes by car from baja sardinia and from nice little beaches.
The rooms are clean and comfortable.
The breakfast, really various and tasty, is served in a sunny patio with a great sea view.
The staff is really kind and professional.
I highly recommend it!
