A nice hotel near the old town, with a very good lunch and very nice staff. We had a wonderful time, the room was large and the bed was very comfortable.

We arrived in Olbia at 7:00 AM and immediately went to the hotel, asking if we could leave our luggage and use the bathroom while waiting for check-in at 2:00 PM. The very kind woman at reception even offered us a courtesy room and also gave us the opportunity to have breakfast. What can I say! We were immediately delighted with the reception we received. The breakfast room was very large, bright, impeccable, very well stocked and varied, and the professional staff was very attentive, catering to every need. The room was large, elegantly furnished, and so spotless you couldn't find a speck of dust even by lantern light. A huge thank you to all the staff for their hard work, making our stay wonderful! 💞

The stay at the hotel was great. The staff was friendly and supportive. I was able to check in early!

Nice hotel, friendly staff, well thought breakfast...whether arriving by ferry, plane or train easy to reach, awesome roof terrace, gorgeous room, close to attractions - except the amazing beaches are a little trip to reach 😀

Great location, clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast is wonderful, but it hasn't changed for a week. Having the same breakfast every day gets a bit boring.
Also, having to get out of the car to press the buzzer to open the parking gate is very annoying. A solution for this would be appreciated.
And also there is a problem with the elevator. If you are going to two different floors, it only recognizes the last floor selected and automatically ignores the previously selected one.
The hotel has a wonderful terrace, but it is not being utilized. Setting up a cafe bar there would do very well.

Hotel was spotless, well located and the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend the Grand President and would like to thank all the staff who made our trip so enjoyable. The cleaning staff were very efficient, the restaurant staff were helpful and attentive, the reception staff were superb. Thank you Gessica, Elisabetta, Elena, Margetta, Daniele, Eleanora and Stefano. The hotel manager very quickly resolved a problem our son was having with the phone in his room for which we are very appreciative.
The location was central, the air conditioning was excellent, the rooms were well equipped and well sized and the bed was comfortable. I would be happy to use this hotel again.
