1. Unacceptable Breach of Privacy: A maintenance staff member entered my room without knocking and saw me completely naked. This was a shocking and deeply unsettling violation of my privacy, and the receptionist's dismissive response of "ok, I'll check" showed a complete lack of concern for the seriousness of the incident.
2. Non-Functional Air Conditioning: Despite following the instructions to close all doors, the air conditioning did not cool the room at all. The entire night was spent in a hot, uncomfortable environment, making it impossible to rest.
3. Poor Customer Service: When I went to the front desk to report the privacy breach and the air conditioning issue, the receptionist was unhelpful and unprofessional. There was no apology or attempt to resolve the situation in a satisfactory manner.
4. Unsafe Luggage Storage: I asked for a secure place to store my bags after checkout. I was told I could leave them under a table in the hotel restaurant, but that the hotel would not be responsible for them. This is not a safe or professional solution.
5. Subpar Breakfast: The quality of the breakfast was well below average and did not live up to expectations, adding to the overall disappointment of the stay.
Overall: For a €284-a-night stay, the level of professionalism and service was extremely poor. The most significant issue was the profound breach of privacy, which was handled with a complete lack of care by the hotel staff. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately a complete disaster.
- Room had no functioning AirCon leaving us with a 28 degree + room all night
- Staff was coming into our room in the morning while we were in the bath without knocking at the door - completely intruding our personal space
- breakfast far below standards when you pay 500 dollar per night
- rooms not even equipped with a bottle of water (minor thing but still questionable for this price)

We had a lovely holiday with our dog. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and pet-friendly. Although it’s located a bit away from the center, the free shuttle service to the beach and town made it very convenient — we didn’t even need to rent a car.
Only thing is their reception has only 1 person and you have to wait dor your turn. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

Our second visit to the Costa Caddu, just as amazing as the first 4 years ago. It's not often we stay in the same place twice, but we will definitely come back again. The hotel buildings, and grounds are beautiful, and immaculately kept. The pool area is spacious and peaceful.The inside of the hotel is traditional Sardinian, and very beautiful. We stayed on half board basis, and the meals and service were excellent. All the staff were so friendly, and helpful. The bedrooms are all on ground level, and are very clean, quiet and comfortable. Nearest beach 10 minus walk, and it's lovely.
It is advisable to have a car, as the hotel is in a quiet area,which is what we like.
A big thank you to all the staff at the wonderful Hotel Costa Caddu. ❤️

Hotel Costa Caddu is a beautiful spacious hotel close to the beach.
The rooms are a tad dated but very clean and a generous size, the pool was lovely also!

Every member of staff has been outstanding everyone is so helpful and kind, from booking dinner reservations for us to organising taxis, nothing is too much.

A special thank you to Erica, who was so incredibly helpful and kind.

Approx 8min drive into bustling San Teodoro.

We only had lunch at the hotel once, which I wouldn't recommend as the mixed salad was very plain and the club sandwich was very bland ham in 2 slices of crustless white bread, breakfast was lovely though.

Other than that, it is incredibly clean, great location and the service is outstanding.

We stayed at Hotel Costa Caddu for 7 nights at the beginning of August. It’s a beautiful, peaceful, extremely clean and well-maintained hotel. We stayed in a Garden Room which had its own private veranda/porch that looks out towards the sea, which is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. We hired a scooter for visiting San Teodoro and other nearby beaches and towns, which were mostly extremely busy because of the time of year. I imaging it must be much quieter in September and October. The hotel’s main asset is its staff – always willing to help and very friendly. One observation (as we are both vegetarians) would be to have vegetarian dishes in the buffet marked as vegetarian, a common practice in many other hotels we have stayed in. Sometimes it was difficult to know which foods on the buffet were meat free, even though they looked as if they were (but weren’t). Otherwise, the food and service is of high quality. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel for a peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable holiday!

This is not for family.
I asked hot water for kids snacks. It was so difficult to get it because of their regulations, We were not allowed to eat anything at all in the room.
If they mentioned it on their website, I would not have chosen this hotel as I have two kids.
It was a bit uncomfortable to stay.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and well kept. The gardens are stunning and well looked after and the rooms are always very clean. Staff all very friendly and helpful, including lifeguard, bar staff, reception staff, gardeners and waiting staff. All smiled and greeted us with kindness.

Breakfast was a good continental spread, lots of lovely cakes, fresh cut fruit and cold meats and cheeses.

Large car park and walking distance from beaches. Pool and public toilets always really clean. Diving board also a great touch.

Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff. Lots of indoor/conservatory seating to play cards, drink or watch the evening entertainment. Perhaps ask for a room further away from the bar if you are an early sleeper as some nights it would end at around 11.30pm.

Every room had seating area, table and chairs and clothes dryer. Lovely for some morning/evening sun and very spacious.
