Campo di Fiori - Maisons de Charme in Calvi

We have spent a wonderful long weekend at Capo di Vetta in Campo di Fiori. It was wonder. The service is nice and the apartment very beautiful and charming. The location in perfect, just outside from the crowded center of Calvi but closed to the port and the beach.

Absolutely loved Campo di Fiori. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well furnished & full of charm. Great location, very short walk to the beach and about a 15 minute walk to the beautiful town centre. Lovely swimming pool and a great communal area where guests can use the high spec barbeque facilities. However the thing that really set this place apart was the incredible service from the owners Jean-Charles & Julie - they were amazingly friendly and welcoming and honestly couldn't do enough for us - wonderful hosts. I can't recommend this place enough.

This is a wonderful place. We stayed in the Muvrinu house for 6 nights. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious. There is so much care and attention given to all the details - and this is not a corporate venture, it feels like lots of personal thought has gone into make it comfortable and charming. The domaine is beautiful with mature gardens and an excellent indoor pool. Overall, there is a feeling of peace and calm. The location was exactly what we were looking for - 5 minutes walk from beautiful beaches with quality beach restaurants and cafes; 10 minutes walk from a historic town. A shout out to Romane who was a welcoming and super-helpful host - and who helped us have a fantastic stay in Calvi.

Clean and comfortable property near the beach and a few restaurants and cafes. We liked the little space built above for our child to sleep and play.
Overall the place is nice, but much older than it appears on the pictures.

We stayed with a family of 5 in Muvrinu. Pretty small for 5 people (kids sleeping in living room) but perfectly manageable since we were mainly outside. And we knew this when we booked. The domaine itself is smaller (I would say cosier) than I expected on the basis of the website. Tops: beach at walking distance, quiet, clean, refreshing, good working airco, multiple outdoor showers to wash off the sand, laundry, nice bbq area, refreshing pool, parking, eye for detail. Tips: kitchen equipment could be improved (more pans and normal size spoons) as well as the wifi. But the biggest plus is the staff; very kind staff with good tips (e.g. try the restaurant U Nichjaretu you will not regret it) and always happy to help out. Even at 7 in the morning when we arrived. They also arranged a little present for my son’s birthday (which they remembered from an email months ago).

Beautiful set of rooms, gorgeous pool, very quiet, very friendly and welcoming staff (who nonetheless leave you alone if, like us, you’re not super-social!) and nice setting. Very close to the beach, close to a supermarket, easy walk into town. We had a lovely time.

Incredible! We’ve just had the most dreamy 10 days staying in one of their luxurious apartments Maison Muvrinu. We couldn’t have asked for more. The communication from beginning to end was first class. The service was impeccable, a huge shout out to Emma & Julie who were both friendly, helpful and informative. The location is perfect, a close walk to the beach, supermarket and port. It’s also only 15 minutes to the airport. It’s set away from the road in a beautiful oasis of stunning gardens. There is a lovely inside pool with Zen vibes and all the apartments are beautifully placed so that each has its own privacy. The interiors are truly stunning, it’s been beautifully decorated. On arrival we were gifted some treats and on my birthday I was gifted a beautiful birthday greeting, flowers and a bottle of wine. I was so touched. I highly recommend staying here, it will not disappoint. It exceeded all our expectations and more. Thank you Campo di Fiori for this exceptional stay! Xx

Great property, beautifully decorated and well equipped in lovely surroundings. 5 mins walk to beach and 15 mins into town. Recommended

When we arrived at Campo di Fiori, we were warmly welcomed! After Marie showed us around the whole place, we finally got into our beautiful and lovely decorated suite. It was very clean, had a lot of space and a great terrace. Marie provided us with a lot of recommendations what we should not miss to see in the Calvi area. It was really helpful for us since we are Corsica-Newbies.

The location of Campo di Fiori is perfect. It's a very quiet place to relax and calm down but simultaneously, it's very close to the beach (5-10 min walk) and to the center of Calvi (15-20 min walk).

Our highlight at this location were the small turtles in a separate enclosure where guests can go and feed those sweeties.

All in all, it was a great pleasure to stay at this lovely place. Unfortunately, it was only for three days. I'm convinced we'll come back and stay a little longer next time.

Love this place. Unique and charming. Clean and comfortable. Easy access to Calvi beach. Highly recommend for a romantic hideaway. Our room had a tree in it!
