Inexpensive accomodations in Alsace

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel du Dragon, the reception staff who greeted us were very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. The hotel is on a side road a short walk into the centre of town so great location

The hotel staff was warm and very helpful. The room was well maintained and we were very pleased.

No parking available at the hotel but room around the corner in the multi storey car park. We really enjoyed staying here in Strasbourg & would return. Thank you to the staff at Hotel du Dragon

The staff was accommodating and even offered us a free upgrade to a larger bed for my very tall fiancé. The breakfast selections were good and the food was very fresh and delicious

Our room was spacious, clean & comfortable, also quiet. The bed was very comfy & we were glad of the air con due to us visiting while there was a heatwave

Very close to shopping, yet on a quiet dead end street. Staff is very helpful and kind. We will return here next time. There is a high schools next door

We stayed here for eight days so that we could explore the city and the surrounding villages and day trip to nearby cities

The room was modern, spotless, and well-maintained, and the location could not have been more convenient

I am 73 years old and have stayed at hotel all over the world but very seldom experienced this kind of service level. If I ever will come back to Colmar I will for sure book at this hotel once again

The center of Colmar is less than a 15-minute walk away, and there is a supermarket right in front of the hotel, which was perfect for picking up drinks or light snacks

The price point was $200 cheaper than Airbnb and it’s just a centrally located for petite Viennese and Comar. The parking is a little tight but they have breakfast was wonderful

It’s a contemporary hotel and they’re adding additional rooms so it shows that they are investing in the community. Everyone that worked at a hotel as far as I encountered was a pleasure to deal with

The accorhotels own booking system doesn't work properly, doesn't allow me to book the hotel using my email, display scam prices which are not possible to book and global accor support is useless and arrogant

The room was clean and the heating was good. Parking spaces are limited, so we had to park in the public car park across the street, which cost €15. The service was good, and breakfast was nice

AccorHotels support didn't help, they replied with some arrogant answer and then stoped answering to my messages (UPD: they did what I asked after a week and after I wrote the review, without answering my messages, but at least it works somehow)

I picked the rooms and tried to book them, but accor booking system kept saying that "it's not possible to book" on the last step (after entering payment details and everything, I tried different cards and so on and spent quite some time)
