Perfect location for the scenic town of Colmar. Easy to find and great value for money. The ladies on reception are exceptional. Extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We chose it because of its central location and excellent transport links (as you can see in the photo from the window). I recommend it to anyone visiting the Christmas markets. There's a bus and tram stop right outside and to the side of the hotel, which makes it very convenient.

Good location. Although it's a few kilometers from the center, it's located on a main road that makes it very easy to get to and around the city. It's a quiet area. Parking is available at the hotel, another important factor when traveling by car, as we did.

The hotel is an ibis so not great interior design for rooms. A little strange to find fish wall paper in the rooms in Strasbourg. Overall ok however fine for visiting the city as a tourist.

Location of the hotel is convenient. 10 mins to the Cathedral by car. The overall vibe was good. There are parking spaces just outside the main entrance of the hotel. The overall service is good and the breakfast was also quite delicious.

Hotel room was ok. Everything was clean but basic. No hot tea or coffee in room. The shower was awful, water spilled all over the bathroom floor. No way to contain it. It was incredibly hot in the room. The AC did not work nor did setting a lower temp. Thankfully we could open the window. The city center can be reached via tram line A. The stop is a 5-minute walk away and the ride is a 10-minute walk. Very good value for money. Therefore, it's absolutely fine if you don't absolutely need to stay in the city center.

The area was centrally located near public transportation which made it easy to go to/from city center.

I checked in late at night and had to check out early the next morning to catch the first train, which I'm sure was a hassle for the staff, but they handled it gracefully. The room was clean, and there were two oil heaters, so there were no issues with warmth. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but certainly manageable. If I ever visit this area again, I'd definitely consider staying here.

Overall, everything was excellent; we spent one night there. It was quite convenient to get to by car, and there's free on-site parking for guests. Super convenient location, close to Strasbourg station and the city centre. Was here over Christmas and it’s just outside the main area which meant our suitcases didn’t need to undergo security check. Room was tiny but clean and staff was friendly. One downside was that there is only 1 lift and during peak hours it was quite slow.

If this is your first time visiting Colmar and you're traveling by train with large luggage, I highly recommend staying here. Although it's a bit far from the train station, you can easily reach it by taking bus C from right outside the station to Hop Schweitzer (a 10-minute ride). Exceeded expectations!!! The hotel also has parking right outside, which is super convenient! The hotel is excellent value for money, and the Old Town area is a 5-10 minute walk away. One thing to note is that there's no elevator. Since we had luggage, we asked the front desk to arrange a room on the ground floor, saving us the hassle of carrying heavy luggage up the stairs.

The room was clean and very comfortable. However, the bathroom and toilet were in the same place, and there was no wall between them, so the floor got soaked. Also, there were some areas where there were only stairs, which made it difficult to carry a suitcase.
