Really well priced, spacious room - we got the family room for three adults and there are two bunk beds located in a separate room with a pocket door for privacy (and a window). there is no service or making up of rooms daily for this apartment hotel. the trash will not be cleared daily. it is a walking distance from the strasbourg station. there are also no shampoo provided but an all in one body wash and hand soap. the room is well furnished with kitchen necessity and enabled us to microwave or boil/cook water during our stay.

If I'd paid a reasonable price, it would have been a decent residence hotel, but I paid way too much for it, so I'm not entirely satisfied. It was freezing in the room, and I complained to reception. The response was that the government didn't allow them to set the temperature above 21 degrees Celsius... when it was 3 degrees outside and freezing cold throughout the hotel, except for the reception area, which, oddly enough, was pleasantly warm. We had a pleasant stay here. The staff at reception were helpful with information. Location is walking distance from train station and to the cathedral.

The hotel was close to downtown and Strasbourg Station, making it easy to get around on foot. There was a supermarket right in front, making grocery shopping convenient. However, the hotel facilities were a bit dated, and the bathroom sink seemed to have been remodeled.

About a 15-20 minute walk to the city center, clean, spacious rooms, working air conditioning, great shower, microwave/kitchenette not used but available, functional rooms without soul. Elevator doesn't work, parking apparently no longer available, street parking is possible, but for a maximum of 3 hours for €35, very noisy in the lobby and breakfast room.

Looks like it's on a main road, but it's actually right in the city center. The environment is really good, and the parking lot is right next to the hotel. The service attitude is excellent, I felt very comfortable. Thumbs up to the staff!

We stay here overnight en route to Italy as it is convenient being just off of the main road. We have done the same now for 15 years, and have always stayed at this property. Don't listen to the bad reviews, the place has evidently had a big renovation done. The rooms are super clean with modern glass showers. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for walking around the city centre and right across the road from the train station. Great central location, very clean, and the continental breakfast is surprisingly good. Loved the free coffee machine and water station in the lobby. On the downside, daily room cleaning costs extra, and the check-in (after 15:00) / check-out (before 11:00) times feel a bit strict. A little more guest-friendly flexibility would make the stay even better.

The hotel is an ibis so not great interior design for rooms. A little strange to find fish wall paper in the rooms in Strasbourg. Overall ok however fine for visiting the city as a tourist.

We used Berti Hotel as a base to visit Xmas markets in the Alsace area, using local trains and buses. The hotel was ideal as only a short walk to the train station. We also enjoyed the time we spent wandering around Mulhouse. The hotel staff were friendly and polite, the decor was good and the room was was fine for our needs.

The city center can be reached via tram line A. The stop is a 5-minute walk away and the ride is a 10-minute walk. Very good value for money. Therefore, it's absolutely fine if you don't absolutely need to stay in the city center.

I checked in late at night and had to check out early the next morning to catch the first train, which I'm sure was a hassle for the staff, but they handled it gracefully. The room was clean, and there were two oil heaters, so there were no issues with warmth. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but certainly manageable. If I ever visit this area again, I'd definitely consider staying here.

Super convenient location, close to Strasbourg station and the city centre. Was here over Christmas and it’s just outside the main area which meant our suitcases didn’t need to undergo security check. Room was tiny but clean and staff was friendly. One downside was that there is only 1 lift and during peak hours it was quite slow.

Simple, compact, and yet very well located! My wife and I visited Alsace region early November and stayed in this hotel overnight in transit. Not good as a home base but excellent if just overnighting! I do have one complaint: the shower head is absolutely unuseable mounted on the wall and you must hold it in your hand! They don't seem to test their facilities personally :-)
