We arrived at the hotel 13:30 pm and the receptionist lady with glasses simply told us that we should take the room at 3 without even trying to see if there was possibility to get our room earlier. We especially appreciated the luggage lockers, which allowed us to enjoy the city without our bags both before check-in and after check-out.
