Our room was spacious enough for two adults and four full-sized suitcases, which we really appreciated during a longer stay. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The only downside was the noise level at night

The room isn't huge, but it has everything you need. The best part is the location; you can walk to Strasbourg Cathedral. The front desk staff was also very friendly and proactively offered tips about the area

Great location, very convenient and good sized rooms for family of three. They converted the sofa into single bed for kid and we had a comfortable stay with good space for luggage and everything else

Even though we were on the 5th floor, we could still hear people shouting and talking loudly outside as late as 3 a. , which made it harder to sleep on some nights

As expected during the holiday season, the hotel is quite expensive, but if you love Christmas and the festive markets, it’s something you just have to accept

It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the Christmas markets and roughly 10 minutes to the main train station, which made getting around incredibly convenient

The kitchen is fully equipped, with kettle, microwave and dishwasher (even the dishwasher tablets were provided). The dining room is spacious and even with the sofa bed open, there was plenty of space

On the downside, daily room cleaning costs extra, and the check-in (after 15:00) / check-out (before 11:00) times feel a bit strict. A little more guest-friendly flexibility would make the stay even better

The bathroom layout seemed unusual to me, but that's probably why; the ventilation is excellent. The location, breakfast, cleanliness, and definitely the price are all very good compared to similar hotels

It’s only a few steps from the Christmas mark and it’s 10 minutes walk from the train station. Thank you so much for the coffee machine and the water and the water machine as well

Pros: amazing staff, room was nice and large, comfy bed and pillows, large bathroom with a separate toilet area, coffee and tea in reception, chilled wines and other beverages for sale in reception, great location

Very nice hotel and very pleasant service. The only downside was the bedding; this is just my personal opinion, but I didn't sleep much despite the superb setting because the mattress was really, really too soft

The hotel is perfectly located in the city center and close to a tram stop. The breakfast was plentiful, and the staff was friendly. The rooms are very large and clean. We highly recommend this hotel.

We'd never seen anything like this before; it was fantastic, so excellent service! We didn't book breakfast to maintain our weight 🤨. Across from the hotel is a bakery with delicious croissants

Unfortunate, but a firm mattress is very important to me. Thank you for everything else, and if you have a firm mattress option, I will come back as soon as possible

Parking was also very well arranged. The parking garage is across from the hotel, and we received a nice discount at the hotel reception. Conclusion: a fantastic hotel, highly recommended 🥰🥰

Spent a 3 days there during Christmas market season. We asked for extra blankets late at night and got them immediately. The breakfast was fresh and the croissants especially were delicious

The rooms are a bit small but that was expected. The tram stop is 50m away and the centre of the town is only 20 minutes away so it was a great location

Excellent location with Tram D takes you to central Strasbourg. Very friendly staff and very modern and clean environment.

The hotel is an ibis so not great interior design for rooms. A little strange to find fish wall paper in the rooms in Strasbourg. Overall ok however fine for visiting the city as a tourist.

Basic but very clean room, great breakfast, less than 50 meters from the tram that takes you to the best city attractions in 10-12 minutes.

The receptionist was very welcoming, kind and professional. After a long day of driving we had a late arrival and were tired. We were met with a genuine smile and the check-in was fast. Excellent customer service.

Really nice place with great staff. The swimming pool is really good and is for private bookings (no extra charge except for extra towels) and has a sauna

nice place to stay when visiting Strasbourg. Between the mainstation and the old city. friendly crew, the rooms are good and clean. only "minus" is the little bathtube

Room was spacious, quiet and clean. Breakfast too expensive. Pool/sauna could be booked for free, but sauna was broken and none of the massage outlets in the pool worked. Parking fairly adventurous.

If a bathtube, then a aduld should be able to lay in. The shoulders didn't had enough space. But when coming back to Strasbourg we will stay at that place again

I had a great experience staying in this hotel. The room was very clean & big. The front desk staffs were also nice. The location is perfect close to a lot of attractions, shopping malls & restaurants

However it should be made clearer that the spa/sauna/pool are not included in the hotel price, and that a supplement is required of 20€ per hour of use of the spa

Great place with a pool near the city center. Pool is for small kids or just hanging out, not for laps. Nice rooms, friendly service, found street parking every day right out front. No problems whatsoever.

Located in the Le Petite France district, where lots of good restaurants nearby, breakfast is good and staff is friendly. Just 10 mins walk to the Cathedral and market square, very convenient.

The hotel is excellent for its location. So far we've only ever stayed at the Regent petit Hotel, that was our first stay at the Pavilion, breakfast is served at the Regent, sports too

Being in a downtown area comes with night owls, trash collection during the wee hours, cars, and all kind of sounds. Closed windows muffled everything , open windows got us startled a few times

There aren’t any extras like a kettle, a safe or even facial tissues but still good value for the price. Less than a five minute walk from the train station, and an easy walk into old town

the shampoo and conditioner is quite drying and doesnt work well if you come from a more humid country. byo? theres a small supermarket nearby and area is quite walkable to the main tourist attractions

hotel was great! room is big enough to open two lugagges. shower was great, heated but the shower head doesnt stay in place, so you can only hold onto it while bathing. otherwise, use the rain shower

Really good hotel close to the city centre of Strasbourg. Our room was on the last floor and very clean with a comfy bed. I recommend you to use the spa. The gym could have more machines

a mall nearby as well but didnt check that out. bedroom amenities are provided upon request. even though the ac didnt work at first but serviceman came by quickly to rectify

There was a very brash tall lady who wore glasses on reception who was rude, ignorant and officious with me which spoiled my holiday. Restaurant staff, porters and housekeeping staff were great

Thankfully they let us have a different room the following day but this should never have happened

The location & view from the room is excellent and the amenities - spa, bar and a reputable restaurant - have potential, but the overall experience fell short of the 5-star standard the hotel advertises

At check-in we were informed that the restaurant was fully booked and that room-service orders had to be placed by 5pm. With check-in from 4pm, this cut-off seems unreasonable for a 5-star property

Upon arrival, I walked in carrying two suitcases. Although a doorman and several staff members were present, there was no greeting and no offer of assistance as I carried the bags across the lobby

A wonderful hotel, with pleasant complimentary tea, coffee, a robe, and slippers in the room. Wonderful spa, large pool, Turkish hammam, and sauna. The breakfasts were a complete disappointment, which is surprising

It was a shame there was no parking. We could park our car in a nearby parking lot. We stayed in the building above the main building. Apparently, it was the newer section. Breakfast and the spa were also there

There's literally nothing, nothing is done upon request, it feels like they're pulling food out of supermarket bags. The staff, instead of helping, wait for you to lose your patience and just leave

Looks like it's on a main road, but it's actually right in the city center. The environment is really good, and the parking lot is right next to the hotel. The service attitude is excellent, I felt very comfortable

Nice hotel Very nice budget hotel if you plan to stay 1-2 days in the Colmar city. Not far away from the city centre, less than 10 mins drive. If you plan to visit the wine factory close by, the location is also goods.

We stayed only one night but it was a pleasure. Staff were super helpful and kind. Food is available 24/7 at the lobby at a very reasonable price. They even have tap Beer at the front desk

It's in an interesting location as it's next to the local aerodrome and also the Statue of liberty is just a few mins walk

It's a 4-minute walk from Strasbourg Station. It's close to the station, but in a quiet area. There are many restaurants nearby. It's a great place to stay if you're planning to travel to places like Colmar or Paris

The carpet near the bar in the room was wet for most of the time, maybe the previous occupant spilled some water. Other than that, all is very satisfaying, the receptionists are super professional

Missed our train connection We missed our connection and needed a room for one night. The staff were very accomodating, room was nicely appointed. Near a large park and nice restaurants. Highly recommended.

The room and bathroom are fine, but I'm not a fan of showering in the bathtub. The breakfast, for a whopping 19 euros, was a huge disappointment. Unfortunately, there was no gluten-free bread either!

One small drawback: the piano bar is closed on Sunday evenings, the only night I was there, and I couldn't access the terrace even to smoke, as I was forced to smoke in front of the entrance

It's the second time I stayed there, and I really find it magical. It's located in the center of Mulhouse, the decoration and vibe is art deco 20-30s + super American Christmas deco

I recommend it to anyone visiting the Christmas markets. There's a bus and tram stop right outside and to the side of the hotel, which makes it very convenient

Although it's a few kilometers from the center, it's located on a main road that makes it very easy to get to and around the city

This was our second stay at Hotel Kaijoo Came here in 2023 for a couple of nights with my sisters for a little getaway. We loved it here so much that we decided to come back here for our getaway in May 2026
