there is no service or making up of rooms daily for this apartment hotel. the trash will not be cleared daily. it is a walking distance from the strasbourg station. there are also no shampoo provided but an all in one body wash and hand soap. the room is well furnished with kitchen necessity and enabled us to microwave or boil/cook water during our stay.

If I'd paid a reasonable price, it would have been a decent residence hotel, but I paid way too much for it, so I'm not entirely satisfied. The whole city of Strasbourg seems to be very cunningly exploiting the Christmas special. I'll never stay in Strasbourg again. It seemed like a place that would have been fine for around €100...

It was freezing in the room, and I complained to reception. The response was that the government didn't allow them to set the temperature above 21 degrees Celsius... when it was 3 degrees outside and freezing cold throughout the hotel, except for the reception area, which, oddly enough, was pleasantly warm. The hotel was close to downtown and Strasbourg Station, making it easy to get around on foot. There was a supermarket right in front, making grocery shopping convenient. However, the hotel facilities were a bit dated, and the bathroom sink seemed to have been remodeled.

About a 15-20 minute walk to the city center, clean, spacious rooms, working air conditioning, great shower, microwave/kitchenette not used but available, functional rooms without soul. Elevator doesn't work, parking apparently no longer available, street parking is possible, but for a maximum of 3 hours for €35, very noisy in the lobby and breakfast room.

This isn't my first time staying at this hotel, I like everything, the location is excellent, the staff are always helpful with any questions, the internet is excellent

The hotel is well located, with less than 10 minutes walking distance to Petite France, train station and Carrefour. Very comfortable and quiet at night provided us a very good sleep. We like the small kitchen with all necessary utensils are provided. We can purchase some grocery from nearby Carrefour and cook dinner for ourselves. Strasbourg is a very lovely and beautiful city.

Because it is located right in front of Colmar Station, it is a very good hotel for those arriving late at night. The tourist attractions are also about a 15-minute walk away. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and was very satisfying. However, the room felt a bit old, which was disappointing. The shower water pressure was weak, and the hair dryer was quite old with low airflow.

Rooms are small, for a night it is okay. The low score is because I paid breakfast, however the breakfast counter was not opened with no notice and I had to leave without breakfast. I lost money and there is no personnel to ask about. For a travelling hotel, it was a bad experience setting off without the breakfast that had been paid and confirmed the night before with the receptionist.

The room itself was a bit small for a couple traveling with a dog, and being on the first floor wasn’t the most ideal setup for pets. Rooms are tiny but clean. If you're unlucky to get a room over main entrance you'll be subjected to loud repeated door banging. It's a good cheaper option to stop when travelling.

A surprisingly modern and spacious hotel with a luxurious feel, directly in the middle of the very charming old town. What a privilege to stay there. We were there during the Easter market, so we just went outside the hotel and were in the middle of it all. Great breakfast, and just wonderful.

Perfect location, horrible cleanliness and hygiene. Bad beds Done, they didn't clean the bathroom any day and on the last day they didn't even make the beds or give us clean towels, we had to go to the reception to ask for dry towels, to get out of the passable step for the price it has

The room was alright. All the essentials were there. First room that we were taken had already a guest with their belongings, so we got a new room and the breakfasts for free as a compensation. I would have hoped more variaty with the breakfast (for example more warm foods).
