Right next to the SNCF station so location was great, hotel was clean and customer service was good - especially the lady at the counter as she was very welcoming and friendly. Not much facilities honestly, I didn't like how the lights are all off when no one is there, understand its for energy saving purposes but it is quite creepy to walk out the corridor with no lights... The hotel is well located, with less than 10 minutes walking distance to Petite France, train station and Carrefour. Very comfortable and quiet at night provided us a very good sleep. We had a wonderful experience at Novotel Suites. The room was modern, clean, and surprisingly spacious. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Colmar, as the old town is just a short and pleasant walk away. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Excellent check in experience. The hotel is a budget version of the B&B hotel chain. Everything you need is there and in good order ( so many budget hotels are tatty, this isn’t). Good breakfast and gluten free products available. The rooms are small but smart.

Attentive service, super cost-effective, beautiful environment

The room is very clean and the environment is very good. It is a bit small, but it is fully equipped and has a storage rack that can store a lot of things. Parking is also convenient and there is a large parking lot.

We felt very welcome thanks to the attentive reception team. Besides the great service, the room was very comfortable and the location is absolutely perfect.

A surprisingly modern and spacious hotel with a luxurious feel, directly in the middle of the very charming old town. What a privilege to stay there. We were there during the Easter market, so we just went outside the hotel and were in the middle of it all. Great breakfast, and just wonderful.

This hotel was amazing. The staff was courteous and helpful. Upon our arrival we found out we were upgraded. The location was perfect for exploring the town on foot. Bikes are offered for a small fee. We would highly recommend this hotel.

It's a comfortable hotel on the outskirts of town, located near a supermarket, restaurant, and gas station, a bit far from the city center. The hotel is perfectly adequate and has a good level of cleanliness. Perfect location, horrible cleanliness and hygiene. Bad beds Done, they didn't clean the bathroom any day and on the last day they didn't even make the beds or give us clean towels, we had to go to the reception to ask for dry towels, to get out of the passable step for the price it has

The room was alright. All the essentials were there. First room that we were taken had already a guest with their belongings, so we got a new room and the breakfasts for free as a compensation. I would have hoped more variaty with the breakfast (for example more warm foods).

Rooms are small, for a night it is okay. The low score is because I paid breakfast, however the breakfast counter was not opened with no notice and I had to leave without breakfast. I lost money and there is no personnel to ask about. For a travelling hotel, it was a bad experience setting off without the breakfast that had been paid and confirmed the night before with the receptionist.

I stayed one night at this hotel and overall had a fair experience. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. The room itself was a bit small for a couple traveling with a dog, and being on the first floor wasn’t the most ideal setup for pets. That said, the price was fair for what was offered, and for a short stay it did the job.

Rooms are tiny but clean. If you're unlucky to get a room over main entrance you'll be subjected to loud repeated door banging. It's a good cheaper option to stop when travelling.

A nice stop by hotel. The welcome area was rather nice as we were able to sit back and enjoy the football on arrival. The room had a bathtub which was divine after a long drive. Overall it was rather good.
