Novotel Strasbourg Centre Halles in Strasbourg

We stayed at Novotel Strasbourg Centre Halles for five nights and chose it mainly for its excellent location. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the Christmas markets and roughly 10 minutes to the main train station, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel is also right next to a mall, perfect if you enjoy shopping or just want quick access to stores and food options.

Our room was spacious enough for two adults and four full-sized suitcases, which we really appreciated during a longer stay. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.

The only downside was the noise level at night. Even though we were on the 5th floor, we could still hear people shouting and talking loudly outside as late as 3 a.m., which made it harder to sleep on some nights.

As expected during the holiday season, the hotel is quite expensive, but if you love Christmas and the festive markets, it’s something you just have to accept.

All in all, a comfortable stay with a fantastic location—just be prepared for some late-night street noise during the busy season.

Great location, very convenient and good sized rooms for family of three. They converted the sofa into single bed for kid and we had a comfortable stay with good space for luggage and everything else. Definitely recommend!

The room isn't huge, but it has everything you need. The best part is the location; you can walk to Strasbourg Cathedral. The front desk staff was also very friendly and proactively offered tips about the area. All in all, it's a great city worth visiting!

It was a lovely hotel, but one of those that are relatively old and needs some renovation. As in all rooms of this chain, they are spacious and clean. I was just surprised that the toilet and the shower room are separate. And the toilet place did not have a sink so you had to move from the toilet to the shower room in order to wash your hands after you go to the bathroom. This was the only thing that I did not like. Other than that, the location is great the stuff is great. I haven’t tried the breakfast so I cannot judge that.

Great and convient

This hotel is conveniently located with a mall downstairs, a ten-minute walk from the train station, and also ten minutes on foot to the church and the timber-framed houses. It's a great spot for getting around.
