What we like was the location , room with balcony, friendly staff and underground parking boxes.
The rooms felt tired and need tlc, did not feel there was a cleaning service and some area of carpet need attention. Our room was spacious though!
Breakfast does not warrant its 20 euro but it’s fine if you want a quick one. Croissants and petit pains felt a bit dry and left over.
Overall I left a 4 stars because of the location and friendly staff and decent price ( except the breakfast!) .

We really liked the hotel. Apart from a few wobbly things in the bathroom and the somewhat small breakfast room, everything was great. Very friendly staff and good bus connections to the city.

One of the best places to stay in Strasbourg. The location is perfect right across from the beautiful Parc de l’Orangerie. The rooms are very spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The beds are cozy, and the neighborhood is quiet, which makes it easy to relax. It’s within walking distance of the European Council and the city center. Located in one of the most beautiful areas of Strasbourg. Highly recommended

Not many speak good English, we do not know French sorry, the breakfast - no fruits & vegetavles? Why? Rooms were nice and spaceous, but strange air conditioning, may be old?, it was too hot in June, esp. in the toilet/bathroom. Location is nice, no bottle opener in the rooms?

Old and Ac doesn't work, many better hotels at the same price and more central.

The hotel rooms are spacious and have a private kitchen, making it very convenient to cook your own meals. The rooms are also very clean, and the hotel is conveniently located near the European Parliament and the European Commission, making it easy to hold meetings.

It truly deserves its four stars. Overall a good place to stay especially for those who visit Strasbourg for business matters.
It’s located in a calm neighbourhood, big Orangerie park, around 25 min away from the center by bus. I stayed in a room with a small kitchen for two weeks and it was a great idea! The reception staff is super helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is clean, neat. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel comfortable in a dark room since the lights inside were too weak. The breakfast is simple yet includes everything essential to feel full.
