As the hotel was originally built by Napoleon III for his empress, it carries great historical significance and an exceptional sense of luxury. This is truly what one would call a “luxury hotel.” Moreover, the spa and hotel facilities are excellent, and I felt that even during the off-season or in less favorable weather, guests can fully enjoy their stay at the hotel. It was our third stay at this hotel, and once again everything was absolutely wonderful. We arrived without a prior reservation, yet Álvaro at the reception kindly assisted us and found the perfect rooms for our needs. Come to the Brasserie for dinner. It doesn’t disappoint. Especially if you dine on the terrace or window side. I stayed here a few years back, and the room was lovely, breakfast exquisite. I came back just to dine this last summer and the terrace at sunset was incredible! Definitely worth a visit while in Biarritz!

What a special experience. We had Brunch on Sunday and what a fantastic experience. We were greeted and served by a wonderful team and the food was outstanding. Carla, Romain, Amory and M Griffon were the members of staff we met but we could see that this was such a well run Restaurant!. If you want an out of World experience then I would highly recommend a Sunday here.

Hotel is in a great location but it’s looking tired ! Rooms are dull and dark. Spa looks old and the Gym has black Mold in the ceiling !! Not what you expect from a 5Star @Sofitel

A large hotel. However, it has outlived its glory days. Many areas require renovation. Prices in bars and restaurants are very high. Breakfasts are plentiful and the service is friendly. Unfortunately, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The hostess at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great - much more than I was expecting. Room was a little tight, but the terrace more than made up for it. Location was convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed there several times when it was Radisson. Very nice renovation done. Hotel has a ver good location with view on Cote des Basques and walking distance to downtown. We had an excellent two night stay at the Hotel Jules Verne. The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful . The hotel is spotless and the lovely outdoor pool was a real bonus. What a gem! The hotel was absolutely stunning only footsteps away from the beach and very centrally located to shops. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the staff took great care of us even leaving us a box of chocolates as a welcome for me and my finance. Went here for a facial. Friendly staff. Easy to find. Facial was incredible, the best ive had. They also give you a list of all products used throughout the massage. Facial is 100% worth it.

This was a very nice property, albeit a bit worn. They are pretty-friendly, have on-site parking and electric car charging, all for additional fees.

We were given an upgrade and the junior suite was fantastic. We had space (not so good from an Eco viewpoint) and a view of the ocean. We hope that all future hotels are so comfortable.

Hotel close to airport. You need to place hanger on front door to get room cleaned. Breakfast was very good. Bus transportation is tricky but when mastered it’s effective.

We stayed for one night at this hotel. We received a warm welcome, and the room, though simple, was clean with a comfortable bed and a kettle provided. The breakfast buffet was good and offered a wide variety of choices. The only minor drawback was that I unfortunately couldn't get the gluten-free bread I had requested. Please note: This is a motel-style hotel with no elevator.

The room was rather clean. The personnel was friendly and helpful. The toilet stopped flushing, we informed the reception about this and were given a neihboring room with a working toilet immediately. The location is 5 minutes walking from the airport which was quite useful for us (we rented a car at the airport the next day). Price/quality ratio is well balanced.

This is a very small hotel. We had a lovely room. The staff were all very helpful with supplies that were missing from our room. They helped us with restaurant suggestions and reservations. The hotel is right in town, minutes to everywhere. We did not have the breakfast, as 18 euros for what was offered seemed high compared to other hotels.
