We stayed one night as a pit stop on a long journey with our dog. The hotel is well positioned, with beach access, free on site parking a small bar and restaurant. Biarritz town can be reached on foot in 20mins. There is a small park and beach access for dogs (winter months) which makes it a perfect spot. The hotel is clean and comfortable

Lovely hotel stopped off on the way to Southern Spain for a couple of days as the weather was good.

Stayed here with my parents for a few days.

Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful especially restaurant staff. Room was clean and large with big double and sofa bed. We had two balconies to enjoy. Breakfast was great , had a decent selection , at times hot food was a little warm. Dinner not available on Sunday , food little limited but fairly good. Hotel located near to milady beach. Supermarket 10 minutes away. 15-20 minute walk into town but there are excellent bus services on either side of hotel.

Biarritz is a nice surfing town with plenty bars, restaurants and beaches.

Overall nice clean hotel, would recommend.

Nice clean, well equipped and large comfortable room at this not cheap but value for the money hotel on the outskirts of town with friendly and helpful staff, private terrace with great sea views, just a short walk from Marbella beach. Unfortunately their restaurant was not open on a Sunday so we took the opportunity to go into town for dinner, on our return the night manager wasn't able to provide cocktails from the bar so a pint of Heineken had to do for a nightcap 🤣 Breakfast in the morning had a good selection. Would be happy to return.

Ok hotel for exploring the SW of France and of course Biarritz itself. Breakfast was acceptable but not something special

Good location for beaches, sea swimming, surfing etc and a 20minute ish walk gets you into town with lots of restaurants and nice shops.
Hotel staff were lovely, hotel was modern and clean.
We only had breakfasts and they were very good, freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit and lots more.

The hotel looks fresh and clean, really liked the sea and surf decor in the lobby. The room is fairly basic but pleasant, clean and spacious. Having a little balcony looking out towards the sea was super nice.
Liked that there was a kettle and tea and coffee in the room.
The location is a bit of a walk from the city centre, but really close to a very nice beach.
Breakfast out on the terrace was lovely, especially loved the fresh oj. Coffee wasn’t great tho.

Jerome and I just wanted to send our thanks and compliments to Mael, the front desk gentleman. He was very helpful and kind. He took the time to explain directions, gave advice on places of attractions etc. We are touring Europe and have stayed in many hotels, so for Mael to make such an impression on us shows the depth of his fantastic customer service.

Location of the hotel is not great. To walk to town is about 25 mins and from the hotel, the walk is a bit of a climb up a hill (not overly strenuous but still a climb nonetheless). If you intend to walk to town from the hotel, talk to Mael on how to access the scenic route.

The hotel room is ok but what makes this hotel great is the front desk staff. Thank you Mael, you have made our holiday better.
