Great location with very friendly staff. Our room was quite small; with limited space to put our luggage. The elevator is also very small

Excellent location to the main beach downtown just behind the ******. Good parking (under ******) nearby which is not obvious in Biarritz. Hotel a bit dated but friendly and attentive team

We were warmly welcomed back to this hotel overlooking the wonderful Biarritz beach. We were very impressed by the range of food at breakfast …and would happily return.

Good location if you want to go to the beach or to the ****** theatre for a show as we did. The staff is nice. And the breakfast is amazing : a lot of choice and local products, salty or sweet as you want.

Location is perfect, breakfast was very good with hot meal.

Despite the staff being extremely friendly and accommodating, the room was very small and we had a horrible odor of the sewage system in the middle of the night that kept us from sleeping. We called the front desk thinking it was a gas leak and they informed us that it was the sewage. We were on the 7th floor and could still smell it...
The building is a rather old building so you can hear people coming and going from their rooms (doors slamming and whatnot).
The positive side was that the breakfast was wonderful (lots of choices) and you are right on the beach.
