I had a wonderful stay at this cozy hotel in France! The room was very nice, with a beautiful terrace and super comfortable beds. It felt peaceful and charming — perfect for relaxing.
The only small drawback was that there wasn’t any hand soap provided in the room.
The french lady at the hotel was very lovely, and although she (and most people in town) didn’t speak much English, it made my trip even more authentic — I even learned a few French words and sentences!
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back.
P.S: the hotel is located next to the public parking which is quite expensive. The hotel gives you a discount to park inside the public parking building. However, I found free parking on the same road, all the way up.

Fantastic location close to everything you need. Lots of restaurants and shops. The beach is a short 10 min walk away. The man at reception was absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful. They offer beach towels too which is a bonus for the beach.
The room was ok at first, a bit tight with space but that didn’t bother us. Basic bathroom, good shower. Unfortunately the noise was pretty horrendous. We could hear everything from nearby rooms - every time they opened and closed the doors and even when they went to the toilet or opened the tap. Neither of us slept well, every time someone came in or left we were jolted by the noise and ultimately were up from 4am.

Incredible location, super central, close to the beaches and everything you need to see visiting Biarritz! There is a grocery store across the street that is open until around 9pm, which was super convenient. surrounded by cafes and cute shops! Air conditioner worked great and changed temperature fast, which was really nice after a long hot day at the beach! Clean, friendly and helpful staff, and they held my luggage after checkout for the day free of charge:)

Hotel is cute, very well located, and small room but convenient - AC working fine, and beds are very comfortable - The breakfast is super nice, with local products and fresh crispy croissants and pains au chocolat from the nearby bakery - really enjoyed my stay!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The hostess at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great - much more than I was expecting. Room was a little tight, but the terrace more than made up for it. Location was convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location. That’s where it ends… Terrible arrogant customer service. « You are not my client, you booked on « B… », not on our website. Third floor no elevator. In-room phone doesn’t work, so no way to call the reception. Wifi information in room not updated, guests should probably guess how to make it work. The guest is always wrong… Not soundproof at all, street noise until midnight and later. No decoration. Cheap appliances and curtain rails, etc. Totally overpriced for this 10 sqm room. Sad place. Why did I book 3 nights here?

Food is not bad but service is awful. Ordered a meal at 12.50 for a person arriving a little later just to ensure we were within the kitchen's working hour. Despite reminding the 2 waiters on 3 separate occasions, at 13.35, when asked about the whereabouts of the dishes, we were informed that the chef/owner was not going to serve us because the person had not arrived yet (he arrived at 13.40). So basically he decided not to serve a meal we were going to pay for anyway. Arrogant, stubborn, and definately not customer oriented!!!
