Absolutely superb hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a spacious and luxuriously appointed junior suite, lovely to relax in. The staff really can't do enough for you, the front desk are so polite and helpful, recommending and booking restaurants and the night manager is super helpful and friendly. We enjoyed pre dinner drinks in the beautifully appointed lounge. The breakfast and attention to detail for the serving was excellent. We had dinner in three different, local restaurants, all of which were within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and all were amazing if you are a foodie. Highly recommended, luxurious boutique hotel.

This was an absolutely beautiful hotel. Room was very spacious and so NICE! Wonderful to come back to and rest after a long day exploring. Staff was especially kind and welcoming. Top recommendation from us!!!

Rooms were lovely. Bathrooms were fantastic. Breakfast was delicious but very expensive. Staff very nice. Location a little off the beaten path so it was nice and quiet. 10+ minute walk to get to good streets and transit but overall an easy walk. Very safe.

We can’t say enough about the staff. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable from arrival, to parking our car, to helping us make winery and restaurant reservations, to making us comfortable and making suggestions. Romane was especially helpful. We felt like we were hanging out with friends. The property and furnishings were very nice. We were upgraded to the Crazy Room, which was very spacious and had a spa- like bathroom. This was greatly appreciated. The location was just a short walk from the town center. The only small issue was very weak or no WiFi. This would not keep us from coming back. We highly recommend this hotel with wonderful staff.

Indicated that we were celebrating our 25th anniversary. While I understand that an upgrade was not available (we would have had to move the next morning), I would have hoped they would have offered a much nicer room in our own category than the one we got. We received an accessible room where the toilet was too high for comfort, the bathroom flooded every time we showered and the layout was different than any of the rooms showcased online. I was told the hotel was full so I didn’t bring it up again until checkout (and the very sketchy internet access) and was promised a manager would reach out. It has been several days now and I have yet to hear anything back. Service was very good as far as restaurant recommendations and reservations were concerned but this was very disappointing.

Beautiful Hotel, with the most helpful staff with excellent English. Delicious breakfast and also does an evening meal on the pretty terrace, perfect if you have travelled far and don’t want to venture too far, although they provided great recommendations nearby for our other nights.

We booked a junior suite amd the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The hotel has a cool vibe and the staff are bery friendly. The gentleman covering reception at night is a particular highlight! A great character who went out of his way for us. We had a really early flight and the hotel offered to serve an early breakfast for us.
