Absolutely terrible, severely impacting my travel experience! Only one end-of-the-line room was left upon check-in, and I couldn't change rooms (even after offering to upgrade). They also wouldn't let me cancel, wasting over a thousand yuan. I ended up at the Pullman Hotel next to the train station, the same price but a world of difference. I had a fever the second night and had already decided to extend my stay, but then there was a huge construction noise across the street, so the front desk cancelled my booking this time. On the morning of check-out, a black cleaning staff member barged in without knocking, which was very scary. The room's soundproofing was also terrible, and the facilities were outdated. Overall, a very poor experience.

Lovely but the smell let it down
Lovely room, pleasant hotel, helpful staff. Location is near the station. Short walk into town but lots of bars and restaurants close by.
Only negative was the smell. There was an overwhelming smell of sewage in the reception area and sometimes in the bathroom. It was masked by perfumes but still came through.

I stayed on the 6th floor. There was only one room available, and the floor was a bit low. It was a separate wet and dry room with a door to the bathroom. The bathroom had an open-plan sink and the bed was also open-plan, facing the sink. There was a bag of pink almond candies as a small gift. The staff were very friendly. There was water available and some snacks in the lobby. It was a very cute hotel. The elevator was dark and small, and could only carry two people at most. Moreover, the elevator only went up to the 4th floor. You had to climb the stairs to the 5th and 6th floors. There was a supermarket nearby, and it was very close to the subway station. The air conditioning was very good, and it was very convenient to get to the train station. The room was very clean, and I was very satisfied!

It a small boutique hotel with polite and friendly staffs. The location is close to Part Dieu station. It’s easy to get around the city with public the transportations nearby.
We had breakfast in the hotel they have everything laid out from cooked , savoury and sweet food. Enjoyed it especially the freshly squeezed orange juice and their machine which makes good coffees!

Honestly, I felt like I was in the maid's room.
The hotel initially tried to charge me a second time.
I had to contact customer service.
A lot of dust.
Room on the 6th floor, even though the elevator stops on the 4th.
Staff was friendly, though.
