Stayed for the holidays and it was unusually cold. Felt welcomed, warm and cozy here.

If your arriving at night weekday - skip nearby Vieux Lyon and eat directly at the hotel for double the quality for much less. The restaurants right behind the hotel in historical quarter called Vieux Lyon are tricky! If your tired from a long haul, hungry and jetlagged the probability of you choosing a crappy tourist trap restaurant is high. Why bother really just eat here, sur place.

Solo female traveler, stayed in the tiny single room (well not tiny depending where you have been, the room is similar in size to Manhattan hotels) facing neighborhood.

The breakfast is over the top phenomenal.

It's not the end of the world: buy hair conditioner, body lotion and Q-tips a amenities are designed to be waste-free: available at reception but not systematically provided.

This hotel is great, located right at the edge of old town but it is relatively close to a lot of areas. You can walk there very easily

Great hotel on the river. Beautiful location and walking distance to plenty of attractions, restaurants and bars. Good service and most staff spoke some English for ease of communication. Rooms were large, clean with AC. Good blackout blinds is good for long days at this time of year. Great breakfast options and we had a lunch at the restaurant which was delicious and lovely looking out at the river. Perfect hotel for a Lyon stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this ideally located hotel, right in the city center and close to major attractions. The welcome was warm and professional from the moment we arrived. The staff is always smiling, helpful, and attentive, which really makes all the difference.

The room was clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped.

The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful, with fresh, high-quality products. A special mention goes to the fruit juices—a real treat!

In short, excellent value for money for a hotel I will definitely return to on my next visit to Lyon. I highly recommend it!

It is very convenient to eat around and the transportation is convenient. The room has a slight odor.

The hotel is in a very good location, located in the heart of the old town of Lyon. The streets of the old town are very retro and medieval. You can visit the film museum, order a cup of coffee and sit on the street for an afternoon. There is a wood-fired pizza shop next to the hotel. The boss is very happy to bake pizza to the rhythm of music, and the pizza is also delicious. In front of the hotel is the Saone River. Across the bridge are various museums, churches, town halls and other landmarks. Behind the hotel is Fourvière Hill. There is a hiking trail next to the hotel to the top of the mountain in 20 minutes to overlook the entire city of Lyon. You can visit the Basilica of Notre Dame de Fourvière, the ancient Roman theater and museums, and sit in the mountaintop coffee shop for a while. Half a day's work is over. The hotel room is quite large, clean and tidy. The three-person family room has the Saone River outside the window. The room is spacious and bright, the decoration is simple and the details are exquisite, the hygiene is without dead corners, and the bathroom has a massage bathtub. The front desk service is also very good. There is a Chinese service sister who is very enthusiastic, which is very suitable for families with Chinese needs.
