Room very clean, mattress most comfortable I have ever slept on in hotels, a must to experience

I stayed for 4 nights from a Monday to Friday, checked in very quickly. I stayed on the 4th floor in the red building, but I did not include breakfast, personal choice. The reception was clean and modern looking

My room was compact and faced into the courtyard. A quiet room, which was well presented, clean and today as you can see in the pictures. Only service used was house keeping, which was good

can walk from the train station, and just a block from the metro, a tram line, and bus routes. Room was clean and quiet and shower was nice. ) We had a twin room and the beds were larger than usual

Facilities: quite complete. Service: drinks in the room are charged. Environment: the elevator is super small, just right for one person and one luggage.

The last day, before leaving, I gave the card and there was a woman with her (the boss or manager) and suddenly she became nice, friendly and she even thanked me and wished me a good day!! All because her boss was there

The receptionists are very friendly. The location is very central and convenient. But the hairdryer in the room doesn’t work very well.

The quaint old hotel is nice. There is a public parking lot nearby. It is relatively close. The price is 3 euros per hour from 8 to 21 o'clock and 6 euros at night. There is no discount at the hotel.

A perfect hotel to experience Lyon to the fullest. From the exceptional customer service to the beautiful room, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended.

I am worried because the 50€ refunded after check-out has not been refunded even after two weeks. Other than that, it is a very comfortable hotel.

Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable and good value for money. The location isn't particularly interesting, but it's quiet and close to trams, trains and buses.

However, the sheet and the comforter had dried blood stains. Wine glasses were not available unless a bottle was purchased directly at the hotel. The terrace was not cleaned, and the ashtrays were full but not emptied

There were several parasols, but none were ever opened. The outdoor chairs were not cleaned

Arriving by car is very difficult. It is hard to find and there are no indicators.

I was charged an incorrect amount (twice!), and Ibis took a long time to answer me.

Breakfast was quite good, but one morning, they ran out of chocolate croissants 45 minutes before the end of service, which was rather embarrassing for a 4-star hotel. €18 is overpriced for what it was

However, there were two problems: the main light was blue, making the lighting very dim at night. The second (minor) issue was that the floor wasn't level. Also, the pillows weren't very comfortable

Everything went well and I had a wonderful stay in Lyon. The staff were helpful and very friendly.

The hotel is very well located, a 2-minute walk from the metro (right across the street). There are also many restaurants nearby

The location is perfect for walking - everything you want to get to is about a 15 minute walk, which can help with settling your stomach after a nice dinner at Monsieur P or a bouchon

The location was perfect for us-- near the Old City, but walking distance from the great restaurants of the 3rd arondissement. When our flight was delayed, and delayed again, the staff accomodated us gracefully

The hotel is located near University Street and has its own parking lot for €15 a day. You can also park on the street outside the hotel and pay at the machine

The studio room is quite large. The room is very clean. Cleaning is daily. The choice for breakfast is small, it is better to have breakfast in neighboring restaurants.

The little prince's hometown The neighborhood where Lyon 2 University is located is relatively safe. The room is quite spacious and well-equipped. The bathroom is very clean and cleaned every day

When traveling to Lyon, this hotel is a good stopover. The service is great, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is convenient. The tram station and supermarket are nearby

Honestly the hotel is qualitative but the room was small, there are no or very few common areas, it is tight and cramped, the breakfast is really not extraordinary, but otherwise very nice indoor pool and unbeatable location

We very much enjoyed staying at the Grand Hotel Des Terreaux in Lyon. From its convenient location to the spacious rooms, excellent breakfast and great service, our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

We stayed at this hotel for only two nights, we were greeted by the NICEST & KINDEST receptionist Marwane. Also, the hotel lends you umbrellas when it’s raining outside which is so cute

Located 100 meters outside the train station, it is very easy to find as long as you take the right exit. The hotel has a unique design style. The room I was given was the top floor attic and it wasn't cold at all

It's very close to the central station, the front desk attitude is very good, and they are very patient and polite when checking in at midnight. The environment is good, and most importantly, the wifi is good! ! ! ! !

This quint little hotel is in the middle of the city where most of the attractions and many restaurants are of walking distance. Our hotel room is one of the bigger size rooms to accommodate our child

I felt all she needed to say was your room isn't ready yet and offered suggestions of where to get a drink or toldw to relax in the foyer. Thankfully then my room was ready

Arrived at 11am and were able to check in to the room - this was great! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

The hotel offered parking ( although it is a small underground car park) at €18 euros which we were happy to pay as parking else where is expensive and their car park is secure

They all spoke very good English which was helpful as our French is a little rusty! The hotel downstairs is nicely decorated and in good condition

The restaurants right behind the hotel in historical quarter called Vieux Lyon are tricky! If your tired from a long haul, hungry and jetlagged the probability of you choosing a crappy tourist trap restaurant is high

Why bother really just eat here, sur place. Solo female traveler, stayed in the tiny single room (well not tiny depending where you have been, the room is similar in size to Manhattan hotels) facing neighborhood

This hotel is great, located right at the edge of old town but it is relatively close to a lot of areas. You can walk there very easily Room is very clean, spacious and comfortable too.

The food in the vending machine, especially sandwiches with meat, should be exchanged more often! After some days, many slots for beverages were empty, but some sandwiches were still for sale

The College Hotel truly is a fantastic stay. The staff were professional, friendly, and made check-in quick and easy. Our room was spotless, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable

I haven’t tried their breakfast as I need a high protein meal and I wasn’t sure they had that. Hôtel definitely needs an upgrade. Everything looks and feels very dated

Here is the list of things that were missing compared to a standard hotel experience: - no kettle (had to be asked for) - just two paper/plastic cups in the bathroom, no ceramic mugs in the room - no tea, coffee or anything really to have a snack with - no safe in the room (common one at the reception) - no fridge (seriously?) - no slippers (and they don’t provide them) - no towel heaters or radiators...

The staff was very polite and willing to help us understand the surrounding shops and attractions. I highly recommend this hotel because they have buffet breakfast and Express breakfast options.

It's very good, but the roof is slanted, so tall people should be careful. The waiter was very nice and the location was good. Booked 1 night so that we can catch the bus early in the morning

There was no closet, there were only 2 hangers in the open. There was no hair dryer, kettle, glass cups, etc. I am writing again, the room was so small that there was no place to put a suitcase

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were cosy and very clean. The TV only has french channels but you can log into YouTube and watch you favourite. Breakfast was lovely and starts from 6am-10am

Within the room are small fridge and different amenities such as coffee/tea etc. Green policy applied with electricity, water usage and linen/towels change plus every day cleaning service was operating

Hotel room is quite newly renovated. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful in welcoming you on our stay. Even recommended places to go and eat.

Overall, the value for money is good. The location is good. Cleanliness is good. Parking in the parking lot must be reserved, but you can find a spot outside along the road next to the hotel.
