The highlights: the building itself was stunning with a beautiful view, and as a member, I appreciated the complimentary water, VIP dining benefits, and room upgrade. These touches definitely added to the experience.
However, there were several disappointing aspects. On the first day, housekeeping wasn't completed until after 3 PM, which meant I couldn't access my room for quite a while. The cleaning itself felt rushed—for example, when I reported that the shower wasn’t draining properly, the cleaned-out hair was left in the toilet, which was unacceptable. Water bottles and coffee capsules weren’t replenished unless specifically requested, and there were issues with receiving the invoice properly.
Overall, while the location and core services were strong, the hotel has quite a few areas that need attention to meet the standard expected of a premium brand.
