Rennes, 20 Boulevard de la Tour d'Auvergne (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Good find for a few days Good for a couple of days as it is very well located right in the centre. Fairly clean and comfortable. Very good varied breakfast which was fairly cheap at 10€ per person.
Very clean hotel Comfortable room
Very well-maintained - top service Very well-maintained hotel, very well located. Excellent value for money. Recommended.
A total gem if you want somewhere authentically Prisian in a more historic building without the frills but plenty of romantic decor, views, and quick access to everything you need for a wonderful trip.
Enjoyable solo stay I had a great stay at this establishment in the heart of Rennes. Quiet and very clean room.
Great option if you're on a solo trip and just need somewhere reasonably priced to stay at night. The hotel doesn't have much facilities, but the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Good position in the old town. Bathroom and shower very small. Nearby car park expensive. But good location for a short stay.
staff is extremely nice but area is a little loud
If you like to people watch this is the place/area to be. A/C worked good, Bathroom was nice, bed was comfortable. Underground parking was tight, as most are, but very convenient, more so if both elevators are working, otherwise some extra steps are needed. If you can't do stairs at all, might be an issue, both in parking and hotel. I would go back.
So far, great, friendly, efficient check in,& room is compact clean, with very little noise , considering its in the central area.
The location is excellent in the old city part, very close to my convention place with many restaurants nearby. The hotel building is old, with only one one-man elevator. The shower is very bad: a small tube just enough for one person standing. The water was small and the hot water was not hot enough. During my stay, the internet did not work. There were two nights with noisy party nearby until ...

Location is excellent. Close to bus and train station. With restaurants and supermarket on the same street. However, room is dirty. The wash in bathroom is with worm. There were black dirts on beds. Lift is small. It can only accommodate two persons without large lugguage. Genernally, it is cheap and convenient and don't expect too much. Staff are nice. The reception gave us a cup of coffee when...
Close to the train station is a real bonus for early departure or late arrival. Walking distance to the old town . It is a small city!! Rooms are small, the shower cubicle is very tiny..forget turning. Power points are not well placed for charging. Could do with a better cupboard for storage too.
The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly but there are limited food and drink options in the immediate area. It's very VERY close to the train station but some people might prefer to stay closer to the downtown.
Wonderful reception and service from Mohamad and Coralie for my family of 4 at this hotel.
The hotel is located right next to the train station, which is convenient for solo travelers and short stays. My room was a bit small and cramped. The keys are also very large, making them inconvenient to carry
Nice Hotel Close to the Station. Very good bed, quiet, so we could relax For the next day. Hotel Made also space available For our bicycles

We got there a little early and. They were able to accommodate. Room was lovely and clean and comfortable. Don’t have breakfast this time but have previously and there was a good selection! This is my second visit and would definitely stay again. Great location for trains and bus station and some lovely restaurants close by!
Lovely small hotel near the train station. Very nice staff. Restaurant and bar made it very convenient.
The reception staff was incredibly kind and welcoming: they were always in a good mood and ready to help. As I arrived early I could leave my bag at the hotel until check in was possible. The room was comfy and provided a very comfortable bed, a hot shower, hairdryer and coffeemaker as well as heating. Though being located next to a main street I didn’t hear any street noise. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Easy walk to city centre.
The showerhead was very difficult to manage as it never stayed in the correct position. The wifi did not work very well or did not work at all on some of the devices we had. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room size was on the small side but decent for an European hotel of that category.

Great central location, easy to walk to lots of points of interest. Great decor, and extremely friendly staff.
Very welcoming Very pleasant staff, extremely welcoming and helpful, clean smart room, not spacious but absolutely fine, comfortable bed, nice frssh linen and towels. It was not that warm out but room still warm, bathroom heating was on. Easy walking distance from the centre.
Great hotel! I love it. What else I can say. I will stay again.
Great mix of Quirky decor and welcoming staff - refreshing difference from 'corporate style' of hotel chains.
Like staying in a museum…or a well to do person’s home….beautiful artwork throughout…beautiful common areas and quaint breakfast buffet area…perfect location- and easy, free parking!
this is the most ecle ctic lovely place we have ever stayed. Absolutely loved the fact that you can even get something to eat for dinner with wine and beer at reasonable prices. Staff is excellent, helpful and casual. It's being a guest in a friend's home. Highly recommend.

Best 3 star Hotel we stayed in while in France for two weeks. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the surrounding area great. Easy walk to the old City.
We had a great stay. The hotel was right next to the train station. The reception staff were very friendly. The shower wasn't very practical, but it was sufficient for a short stay. I recommend it 🤗
Good location next to the station and trams/buses. Staff welcoming, able to leave suitcase on arrival/before leaving. Restaurant next doo was good food and service. Comfortable room.
Great location in a pedestrian area very close to the train station. Very helpful staff. Would return.
A walking distance to the main train station in Rennes. The rooms are pretty, spacious and very clean. Multiple shopping stores and dining options exist within a walking distance from the hotel
Everything was very clean and nice. The room had a small balcony with windows that opened floor to ceiling and we really liked that.

A fantastic location , mimi kitchen was an added bonus. Le marche supermarket just around the corner added to me keeping within budget. Fantastic crepe restaurant opposite with fun bar on the corner. Quite area close to metro and train station . Nice quiet area and cosy safe lodgings . Really enjoyed staying here .
It's fairly basic and the price (135€/night for this?!) seems to be quite high for the value it offers. I observed the following facts from my solo stay in January: 1) The elevator is *extremely narrow* (the smallest and narrowest I have ever seen), so much so that I was unable to turn conveniently to press the buttons. Thankfully I had a small luggage, but otherwise it'd not fit into the elevator...
Overall this hotel is a delightful find. I would absolutely stay there again. I chose this hotel because: A) I prefer independent hotels, not the big chains. B) The location is convenient. It's a short walk to the Musee Beaux Artes and the train station. We found a lovely restaurant close by for dinner. The taxi from the airport was just under €30. C) The price was right. The service at the hotel...
This is a lovely hotel that is a 10-minute walk from Gare Rennes. It is in a great location, within an easy walk from dozens of eateries, from boulangeries to cafés to restaurants. It is also very close to the Musée des Beaux Arts and the Musée de Bretagne. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and efficient. This was a very nice stay.
The hotel was spotlessly clean, the room was very comfortable, the lady at check-in gave me a room with lift access when she saw my heavy bag - I appreciated it very much. The hotel is a short walk from the station and the historic centre. I enjoyed my stay

the location is very well situated and accessible
The location was perfect, next to the train station, which was very convenient, the staff were very helpful and the kitchenette was handy, it would be the best place to stay with aircondition. I definitely recommend this place.
Firstly the staff are excellent and responded to my eMails quickly (via Séjours et Affaires website). The accommodation is basic and functional but well priced with easy access to the city centre which is easily walkable. This was our fourth stay in the same chain of aparthotels in the same trip so we knew what to expect. The problem for us was the limitations on car parking (weekends/nights only...
The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean. Thank you so much.

We highly recommend Marnie & Mister H which is owned by Marion, a very friendly and knowledgeable host who gave us plenty of information of things to see in Rennes and beyond. In addition, she is a great cook, during our stay she prepared home made pancakes and pear cake which was served in addition to an already generous breakfast of croissants, pain au chocolat, fruit, yoghurt, bread & jam, cheese...
This is a very unique B&B in an ancient building, which was cool. However, I should have read more reviews to understand that there were so, so many stairs to climb. We are a couple in our sixties and had to climb 70 steps to our attic room (with luggage)! I received an email just a few days prior advising there is no elevator and that our room was on the 3rd floor. There was no warning that the...
This was by far the most incredible hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The hostess was lovely and so accommodating, and the property itself is stunning as well as centralized to a ton of great restaurants and attractions. Will recommend to anyone coming to Rennes!
Marion is an awesome host, the breakfasts were incredibly delicious!!!! The apartment was clean and has many conveniences, feel just like home. The location is in the middle of everything, i will come back!
Stepped back into the 15th century in this very cool building. Great breakfast. Fun neighborhood.
Average We arrived 30 minutes early and rang the bell. We were greeted with “your a bit early but that’s ok “, and she took us to our room. I was surprised because we read how friendly the person was. She never introduced herself or was very welcoming. Did not find her very friendly. There was 1 small bottle of water for 2 people.

Quiet hotel with studios. They don't serve breakfast and they don't clean your room every day unless you request it separately. They are very well equipped.
Micro apartment, kitchen inside the room which helps with meals. Extremely unfriendly reception, it seems that it is not a reception, and they give you a code for access. Parking used by the hotel is behind the building in a shopping mall parking lot, free and without any supervision. In the morning we saw broken car window glass on the floor. We were unsure, but nothing happened to our car. Guests...
The welcome from the hostess was very pleasant, very kind, smiling, always with a kind word for us. The cleaning lady was also friendly.
Very pleasant staff, very clean accommodation if I have to return to Rennes it will be in this establishment
Ideally located near shops, restaurants, and the Gayelles park. A very friendly and always available manager. Comfortable rooms with all the necessary equipment for cooking on-site.
Okay, clean, but inconvenient for parking in front to unload luggage, and the neighborhood is impersonal and soulless.

Easy to book and flexible check in using codes provided. Room clean & perfect for a 1 night stay.
Excellent budget friendly hotel. Quiet Location with good carpark .
Excellent value. Pillows were awful, but room was very clean, comfortable, quiet. Perfect apart from cleaner knocking on the door and waking us first thing in the morning
It is what it says. A bed, and nothing more, and breakfast. I think that they have to alter the floor of the hotel because it smells horrible. Very polite staff.
Ideal hotel for a stop over night with family. Clean rooms very welcoming staff lovely breakfast. Friendly staff especially Tanya and Nadesh. Would definitely recommend
I was a little confused when checking in with the automatic check-in machine, but the hotel facilities themselves were very good.

Seamless experience, book in at anytime, excellent for quick stop and rest great location near to Rennes city centre and quick way out for other destinations. Staff is super friendly.
Good value for money. Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable, free parking, breakfast is available. There are few good places around to eat. There isn’t receptionist all the time but the self check in machine next to the front door is easy to use. Area is quiet. Perfect hotel as stopover, or for few days if you are on a budget trip.
Friendly welcome. The room is clean but cramped, the bedding is relatively comfortable. It lacks an extra pillow and a hairdryer. The breakfast is varied and the price is reasonable. It is normal that the corridors are not in very good condition since everything is open to the wind (referring to a previous comment). But it is true that on the upper floors, the carpet is reaching its end.
Average Well-located hotel with ample parking. Very welcoming staff. Unpleasant odor in the hallway leading to the rooms. A little freshening up wouldn't hurt... Standard breakfast. Real bakery bread is missing. The one offered seems to be baked on-site.
Bill debited before my arrival at 5:45 p.m. for 3 nights, despite a reservation payable on site. Bed not made the second night. Hair dryer available at reception. Breakfast room too small. No fruit except apples.
This is a very good place to stay. The price is reasonable and I found the hotel room clean and comfortable. The receptionist was also very helpful in advising me where the best places to eat within walking distance of the hotel.

Location very convenient as it is close to the Train Station . Reception friendly and breakfast very good
Definitely recommended! Very close to train station (also metro station). Walking distance from old town, and quiet during evenings (enough distance from bars and from trains).
Location - across the Rennes train station is perfect no time how late you arrive at the city. Staff are polite and helpful. They are conversant in English which helps a lot. Room is very clean and spacious. Highly recommended.
Breakfast is good, and it's right by the train station.

Perfectly adequate for our motorcycle trip, friendly staff. Secure parking. The continental breakfast was as expected good selection, overall a very pleasant stay
Didn’t like the open shower in the bathroom without a shower curtain. Nice if you are bathing someone in a wheelchair, however we didn’t need that.
A marvellous stay about my second time. During my first stay, I keep a good memory about Léon, an employée.
Old or very old bedding!!! You can really feel the springs in the mattress!!!
the staff are very friendly and the room was really comfortable. the people next door arrived after 2am and I could hear all the conversation....
Delivers what you would expect for the price, however parking was not included in the price which was disappointing.
