Room was small but comfortable, only issue was nowhere to hang clothes as the plastic clips on the hangers couldn’t hold any weight. Breakfast was fine and there is secure parking

The elevator wasn't working at the time but I was on the second floor so not too bad. Shower had an actual door which was great! Spacious considering we're in Europe and I was solo so I loved it

Nice spacious room, but the AC is really noisy, even when it’s turned off it’d still make some random noises. Breakfast was good with a lot of options and the hotel location is impeccable.

My favorite hotel in Rennes. I’ve stayed in two other places and it was less than impressive. Everyone is super polite and accommodating. The spa is awesome. Excellent location. Nice rooms. I slept like a baby!

The hotel is conveniently located - between the train station and the old town. Everything is within walking distance. Clean and everything is convenient. We stayed for two nights. I recommend it.

Walking distance from the train station, friendly service, good breakfast. But there are no hooks in the bathroom to hang your clothes or towels. No extra lock on the door and no complimentary bottled water

For overnight stay it’s good enough

The hotel is very centrally located. The spa is not up to par with what is expected. The water temperature is very cold and the facilities are usually turned off. There are many towels to collect

The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms clean and the breakfast awesome. Our biggest complaint was that everything seemed to be broken

It had all the facilities (dishwasher, microwave, plates, cups, even detergent and dishcloths). Environment: The environment is very good. The hotel lobby is simple and warm

Facilities: The facilities are very new. We chose a triple room for a family trip. The three beds were not crowded. We were amazed by the kitchen in the room. The kitchen was open with two doors

The room is quite big and I am quite satisfied with it. The kitchen facilities are complete, but there is no oil, salt, etc. The location is also good, about ten minutes walk to the church

It’s a was a super pleasant place to stay. The rooms were spacious and clean The car park was easy to use (€13 a night) and I would highly recommend it to others The city was lovely

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the train station, and yet very well soundproofed: we do not hear any outside noise from the room. The breakfast was really superb

I enjoyed my stay in Ibis hôtel Rennes near the train station. Very convenient in terms of location, in few minutes you have the city center. The staff is very helpful. I recommend.

To be able to fully enjoy it, we would have liked not to have the "news" in the elevator, which are generally not good and which we would like to do without during a weekend :)

They didn’t seem to be too busy, so perhaps booking closer to your stay might be a cheaper way to go than €179 per night we paid

I really appreciated having an electric kettle in the room, which made it very convenient for making tea and coffee. Everything else was excellent

The room is well soundproofed and the size is OK. It's about ten minutes' walk from the old town. Opposite is the exhibition center. The service is also good, although disposable toothbrushes are not provided.

The environment and sanitation are good. I hope to come again. It was a pleasant stay!! It’s just that France is too hot now. And after coming here, I really don’t dare to stay in other small hotels.

The room is nice, clean and tidy, with a modern design. The breakfast is average, not many styles, suitable for Europeans. Overall, it is okay. It is suitable for business trips.

The location is good, just one kilometer away from Dijon Old Street and opposite the Dijon Opera House. We stayed there for one night and returned to Beaune the next day

We were overall happy with the hotel except for the foul smell in the toilet. We told the front desk., However, the smell stayed . The room was very clean though.

Good hotel. It has a medium swimming pool which was ok for children. The breakfast was very good and staff very helpful. It has a commercial center just accross the street. The rooms were correct and clean.

Great stop over on the way back to the boat. Located within a shopping complex and Carrefour! Evening porter was excellent, great service.

Not enough food put out for guests. Hotel grounds are not that nice around the pool, could do with improvement. Not very nice to see the illegal camping outside the grounds

Good clean refurbished rooms and within easy walking distance of the Rennes Alma centre commercial shopping centre and walking distance to the Metro system which will take you to the city centre in around 15 minutes for less than €2 per trip, which you can purchase simply by scanning any contactless debit or credit card

The staff were absolutely delightful and so very helpful on everything, Quimper town centre is a pretty walk along the river about 30 minutes away. Two excellent golf courses nearby. Weather was disappointing for July

which was great! The pool area looked nice, but we didn't use it. Everything was very clean around the hotel itself. The Cons: We had no fridge in our room to put anything to stay cold

Excellent hotel in a very unusual suburban/industrial area, 4 km from the centre of Vannes. There are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, and the bar in the hotel was terrific

I would love to know why this neighborhood even exists, but as a visitor only staying 24 hours in the area it was worth staying here to save the hassle of driving into the city centre at night

Hidden gem in outlying area of Vannes. There were restaurants and shopping in the area.

Hotel parking costs 10 euro but there is a free car park across the road

Comfortable rooms though it must be Accor policy not to have air conditioning switched on as room was very warm due to thundery weather and thunderstorm which flooded and brought down the ceiling in the restaurant

An excellent stay! The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are spacious and beautiful. The toilet may be a little small, but that's only a minor detail. The breakfast buffet is very rich and varied

Underground parking was tight, as most are, but very convenient, more so if both elevators are working, otherwise some extra steps are needed. If you can't do stairs at all, might be an issue, both in parking and hotel

So far, great, friendly, efficient check in,& room is compact clean, with very little noise , considering its in the central area.

If you like to people watch this is the place/area to be. A/C worked good, Bathroom was nice, bed was comfortable

The location is excellent in the old city part, very close to my convention place with many restaurants nearby. The hotel building is old, with only one one-man elevator

The shower is very bad: a small tube just enough for one person standing. The water was small and the hot water was not hot enough. During my stay, the internet did not work

Hotel is right next to the motorway but a short bus ride into Dijon

Room was very clean, the bed was one of the best I've slept in, yes the shower and toilet is small however this is what I would expect for a simple over night stay, its not the mariot or ritza carlton hotel it's an IBIS budget hotel, also breakfast was excellent and so we're the staff

The staff during our visit spoke English, very friendly and accomodating. The room size was suprisingly larger than we had expected and amazingly clean. There were no disturbing noice so we slept well

Small hotel, easy check-in, very well located, clean, helpful staff. The only problem, which is independent of the hotel, is the noise from the street cleaning machines, which start at 6am.

No parking in the hotel but the city parking was less than 200 meters away and reasonably priced. The hotel is centrally located to the main iconic sites and shopping area

We had forgotten to bring our toothpaste with us and the establishment, in its ++ service, has anticipated these small travelers' oversights: warning the hotel has posted next to the bathroom mirror, that in case of forgetting toothpaste, such as toothbrush, razor, shaving cream, and even small sewing supplies, the reception provides its guests with everything necessary

The staff were very helpful, spoke English and the room was clean, the bathroom water pressure was ok, and the bed was a little softer than I am used to but there were power sockets in the right places

If the window is shut it is really quiet in the room. Couldn't figure out if there was a fan or air-conditioning but ended up opening the window early morning. I was able to rest and relax easily

Room wise excellent bed, well lit bathroom and with all the amenities as expected with Holiday Inn Express. We had a nice and complete breakfast. Free car park is too an added bonus

Upon checking in we were welcomed by a charming receptionist. They even took our request as room location into consideration and was done as expected

Well worth a stay Easy check in, nice room, excellent food. Outdoor swimming pool looked nice, although as we were using the hotel as an overnight transit stop we didn't get chance to try it

Our waitress was the star of the show- insisted my two teenage boys ordered their food in French- which they did. Only slight gripe was pool was smaller than expected and busy- but it was 39 degrees!!

Will certainly stop again ( possibly on our return trip)

Beds were normal hotel medium/hard, the bedroom was small and the bathroom functional, but east to find, very convenient for occasional stay and will happily go there again

I was hesitant to stay in this hotel based on recent reviews, however, everything about our stay was great! The location is prime, the hotel is unique, staff were helpful and the room was more spacious than expected for 4 people

I know it must be frustrating that the British struggle with a 2nd language!

We even had to ask for a change, as in the first one, the small bed was absolutely a no way for us to sleep together in! We liked the bar atmosphere, you can even find a cigar lounge, but do not expect a great selection from the cigar cave

The hotel staff is dedicated and looking after your needs, special mention to the bartender. Otherwise, the hotel was refurbished with a design attempt, but the room are definitively too small

Good location, good value for money, bus in city are frequent and cheap. Staff friendly and helpful especially as we do not speak french. Vannes has a lot to off for the visitors.

Staff was mostly excellent, pool isn’t working sadly, but spa was nice. The rooms aren’t the nicest but they are clean and doable.

The pool has been out of order for months. We only found out it was unavailable via an email *after* we had already paid

Carnac is a charming beach town, and the Churchill was the perfect spot from which to enjoy a beach holiday. Between the pool, the spa, and the beach, you'll have everything you need

And lots of free parking in front of the hotel, even mid-July! So many good restaurants in town, lots of kids, families, grandparents having a good time, and free from the noise and hassle of loud music and garish commercialism one might expect from a beach resort

You can walk or take your car but you may not find a parking place in front of the hotel when you will be back. The pool was nice but we couldn't enjoy it, it was too windy and cold

The service is very good. The front desk gave us guidance for going out for dinner and visiting the small town. The stairs are painted bright red, which is very emotional.

Was only here for one night as we were doing a roadtrip to Italy. Very comfortable rooms and large bathroom. The hotel is situated in a great location. The staff member who allocated our room was very friendly
