Hotel is very close to the station

We stayed here for an evening during our trip in Dijon. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice as well. They didn't have a hand towel for the restroom, but that was a minor inconvenience. The room has a comfortable bed a TV. For the price, the room is good and the location was great.

as an italian, the food was the worst part… it was cold, and we found hair in the plate. i felt sick all night.. but the rest was good enough. The stuff is nice, the rooms weren’t small and the bed was comfy enough

Great location meant we could wander into Dijon despite arriving relatively late. Kids favourite part of any hotel stay is the breakfast and this didn’t disappoint. My favourite part of breakfast was the local cheese and fresh butter!

Great location, only 3-5mins away from the Dijon train station (where the TGV stops). Perfect for short stay or need very early late train ride, because you don’t need another commute after you get off train. Rooms are cosy, but you get what you pay and for the price I paid, I think it’s decent value for money.

This was the only hotel in the travel group tour that was decent enough for me. AC, close to the trains and semi-near enough the center for restaurants. Surprising modern facilities in a historic building. Powerful shower was a bonus. There was no milk at the coffee station, but staff was very friendly in getting some milk. The tea bags were taken away at night, would have been good to have a sign stating the availability hours perhaps. Parking is reasonable at 10eur per day in an underground car park.

Spent 1 night - clean room, pleasant staff, great location, cute hotel and has air conditioning! The breakfast had TONS of choices from sweets (including local like pain d'epices, madeleines, crepes!) and savory (hello French cheeses). The one minus - is that we arrived at 2 pm, and the room was ready only on the dot at 3 pm. They can hold luggage, but I waited for the room to be ready.

The hotel is close to the city centre, with a 10-15 minutes walk. We reserved a car parking within the hotel garage, which is safe and free. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast has good variety. There is a small gymnasium room with treadmill and bicycle. Staff are friendly. Walking ~ 15 -20 minutes can access the tourist spots like the Cathédrale Saint-Pierre, canal, Musée des Beaux-Arts de Rennes...

The room is outdated and has a faint odor. The air conditioning barely works. Breakfast is very simple considering the price. The parking garage is tight, with limited space to maneuver—especially for larger cars. The location is great, close to the city center.

Beyond the impersonal side of the hotel, the welcome is pleasant although the lobby is small and not very cheerful. Nothing to say about the clean and pleasant room (heating) the proximity of the station is an asset.

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the train station, and yet very well soundproofed: we do not hear any outside noise from the room. The breakfast was really superb. To be able to fully enjoy it, we would have liked not to have the "news" in the elevator, which are generally not good and which we would like to do without during a weekend :)

Upon checking in we were welcomed by a charming receptionist. They even took our request as room location into consideration and was done as expected. Room wise excellent bed, well lit bathroom and with all the amenities as expected with Holiday Inn Express. We had a nice and complete breakfast. Free car park is too an added bonus. We are very happy.

Very basic room (goodness knows how basic the Ibis Budget is , (this occupies the first 3 floors of the same building, - straw mattresses perhaps?) On the plus side it’s just a gentle 15 minute walk to the centre ville and restaurants The parking is under the building with lifts to reception and rooms (7euros50) The staff are friendly and helpful

We found the room small but comfortable with nice beds and bathroom was good. The wifi and air conditioning worked well and keeping us cool is important. The breakfast was great with lots of options to choose from and pently of food available and restocked when low.

Pleasant stay, but would only let me book 2 rooms for 3 people even though there was the option to book a double and a sofa bed if booking for 2 people.

This is a very good Ibis, close to the centre of Dijon and with excellent transport links. It has a nice, secure and spacious underground car park with a lift up to reception and a tram station (Auditorium) about 30m away. Rooms are pleasant with good air conditioning and very comfortable beds. The bathroom is an OK size but it’s easy not to close the shower door correctly and hence get the bathroom...

Very easy to find and park. The rooms are ridiculously small compared to other Ibis hotels we have stayed in. No room to get into one of the beds, had to climb in from the bottom. Luckily I am a reasonably mobile 69 yr old. No room to layout suitcases. I suppose it would be ok for a overnight stop but we are staying for 3 nights.

First time staying here & it was a very pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and obliging. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was tasty too. Thanks for the hospitality and will definitely recommend to all & will be visiting again soon!

Great for a stopover stay and driving distance from main area

Well worth a stay Easy check in, nice room, excellent food. Outdoor swimming pool looked nice, although as we were using the hotel as an overnight transit stop we didn't get chance to try it. Will certainly stop again ( possibly on our return trip)

Main part of the review must focus on the staff. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. All smiling and nothing was too much trouble. Our waitress was the star of the show- insisted my two teenage boys ordered their food in French- which they did. All done with good humour. Beds super comfy. Only slight gripe was pool was smaller than expected and busy- but it was 39 degrees!!

Very good restaurant for breakfast and evening meal. Food was good, well presented and restaurant was busy, always a good sign. Staff all helpful and pleasant. Beds were normal hotel medium/hard, the bedroom was small and the bathroom functional, but east to find, very convenient for occasional stay and will happily go there again.

This hotel is just off the motorway, free parking. On entering the hotel is clean and staff friendly. Rooms tired , basic they need an upgrade. 1.5 miles to walk to the city. I wouldn’t use this hotel as it’s too far out. Great area to explore nearby though by car.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location, conveniently close to both train and bus stations, and just a short 5-10 minute walk from Dijon's city center. Parking is also available. The staff were friendly and welcoming. While I didn't personally try the breakfast, my room, though a bit small and dated, was impeccably clean. I had a pleasant stay and would happily return.

not very good mattress, had put a mattress topper but it slipped, blocked sink and a horrible sewer smell so we called reception, they came straight away really great but they put pine product to unclog, very strong pine smell but the next day still blocked we informed reception when we left. the cleaning in our room not great, on the other hand the staff is very friendly AND RESPONSIVE

Small but comfortable room. The staff is helpful and pleasant. The hotel is convenient, good for getting back on the road quickly. On the other hand, it was too hot in the room; there was no way to lower the temperature with the air conditioning; we had to open the window all night. No elevator, two floors to climb with suitcases, a bit difficult if you're alone.

We had a lovely spacious room with a superb balcony. Food in the restaurant was excellent and we indulged ourselves in the Cave which was an extra bonus to a great stay. Very pleasant walk into Vannes itself, superb location and must return to this area very soon.

If you like to people watch this is the place/area to be. A/C worked good, Bathroom was nice, bed was comfortable. Underground parking was tight, as most are, but very convenient, more so if both elevators are working, otherwise some extra steps are needed. If you can't do stairs at all, might be an issue, both in parking and hotel. I would go back.

We used the disabled accessible room. The bathroom is tight for wheel chair access. A severe lack of grab handles that must be addressed. Catering is too 'formula'. As veggies a plate of chip or a salad would have been nice.
