Nice experience, especially in relation to the service, Emeric attended us wonderfully, and performing several duties at the same time, awesome! thx Emeric. The problem for us, going on a organised trip was the ubication, the agency should have contracted a hotel closer to the center.

Disappointed Poor quality hotel in need of modernisation. Good shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast also good if a bit expensive (€20). Noisy at night as had to open window due to faulty aircon. Not a great experience.

Although public areas such as reception and conference rooms are pristine, my room left a lot to be desired. For a 4☆ hotel, its rooms are definitely in need of refurbishment. Wonderful hotel the staff were nice and it close to the shopping centre and it has a pool however it was quite cold. The room where clean and comfy and the restaurant had amazing food

We stayed here for an evening during our trip in Dijon. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice as well. They didn't have a hand towel for the restroom, but that was a minor inconvenience. The room has a comfortable bed a TV. For the price, the room is good and the location was great.

as an italian, the food was the worst part… it was cold, and we found hair in the plate. i felt sick all night.. but the rest was good enough. The stuff is nice, the rooms weren’t small and the bed was comfy enough

Great location meant we could wander into Dijon despite arriving relatively late. Kids favourite part of any hotel stay is the breakfast and this didn’t disappoint. My favourite part of breakfast was the local cheese and fresh butter!

Great location, only 3-5mins away from the Dijon train station (where the TGV stops). Perfect for short stay or need very early late train ride, because you don’t need another commute after you get off train. Rooms are cosy, but you get what you pay and for the price I paid, I think it’s decent value for money.

We were with a coach party and our stay included a dinner in the evening. Room was OK and we could even get BBC London on the satellte tv! Breakfast was fairly standard french fare with bread/ham/cheeses - some sausages & scrambled egg for the English who cannot eat any form of foreign food! The madeleines were good! I am not sure why this hotel gets such high ratings. It is outside the city of vannes and is in a large big box store parking area. The hotel istelf is nice but basic. Rooms small with a few scuff marks on the paint. So it is an ok hotel but nothing great and quite out of the way

My room was far too hot but with no way to reduce the heat. Wonder how it is to stay here in the middle of summer? Room was otherwise clean and neat. Typical modern furniture. Ibis Budget Hotel is a good clean and nice hotel with warm welcome, I was well received at my arrival and check in went smooth. The room is good, the brak fast was also nice. Lovely little place to stop and stay for a night extremely cheap too. Room was very clean, the bed was one of the best I've slept in, yes the shower and toilet is small however this is what I would expect for a simple over night stay, its not the mariot or ritza carlton hotel it's an IBIS budget hotel, also breakfast was excellent and so we're the staff. I've stayed in so called 4 star and higher hotels...

This was the only hotel in the travel group tour that was decent enough for me. AC, close to the trains and semi-near enough the center for restaurants. AC didn't work. Interesting garage elevator but you have to go the wrong way down the street to enter. It's confusing more than the usual France. Rooms are adequate but small. Nice though. Showers don't contain water so someone standing at the sink will get wet feet. Consider this a budget Hotel with a decent location if walking. Not far from the train.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms clean and the breakfast awesome. Our biggest complaint was that everything seemed to be broken. When we arrived the car park was down, the spa, the steam room, the fitness equipment and the shower head. It was a bit disappointing, but good hotel overall.

The hotel is very centrally located. The spa is not up to par with what is expected. The water temperature is very cold and the facilities are usually turned off. There are many towels to collect. The room is comfortable.

Surprising modern facilities in a historic building. Powerful shower was a bonus. There was no milk at the coffee station, but staff was very friendly in getting some milk. The tea bags were taken away at night, would have been good to have a sign stating the availability hours perhaps. Parking is reasonable at 10eur per day in an underground car park.

Spent 1 night - clean room, pleasant staff, great location, cute hotel and has air conditioning! The breakfast had TONS of choices from sweets (including local like pain d'epices, madeleines, crepes!) and savory (hello French cheeses). The one minus - is that we arrived at 2 pm, and the room was ready only on the dot at 3 pm. They can hold luggage, but I waited for the room to be ready.

Breakfast has good variety. There is a small gymnasium room with treadmill and bicycle. Staff are friendly. Walking ~ 15 -20 minutes can access the tourist spots like the Cathédrale Saint-Pierre, canal, Musée des Beaux-Arts de Rennes...

The room is outdated and has a faint odor. The air conditioning barely works. Breakfast is very simple considering the price. The parking garage is tight, with limited space to maneuver—especially for larger cars. The location is great, close to the city center.

Beyond the impersonal side of the hotel, the welcome is pleasant although the lobby is small and not very cheerful. Nothing to say about the clean and pleasant room (heating) the proximity of the station is an asset.

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the train station, and yet very well soundproofed: we do not hear any outside noise from the room. The breakfast was really superb. To be able to fully enjoy it, we would have liked not to have the "news" in the elevator, which are generally not good and which we would like to do without during a weekend :)

Upon checking in we were welcomed by a charming receptionist. They even took our request as room location into consideration and was done as expected. Room wise excellent bed, well lit bathroom and with all the amenities as expected with Holiday Inn Express. We had a nice and complete breakfast. Free car park is too an added bonus. We are very happy.

We had forgotten to bring our toothpaste with us and the establishment, in its ++ service, has anticipated these small travelers' oversights: warning the hotel has posted next to the bathroom mirror, that in case of forgetting toothpaste, such as toothbrush, razor, shaving cream, and even small sewing supplies, the reception...

Excellently located in the town centre with restaurants and boulangeries within walking distance. We had a small plumbing issue (possibly caused by previous guest's misdemeanour...) that was fixed almost immediately by one of the receptionists - impeccable hospitality! Parking immediately underneath the hotel is also perfectly convenient.

The hotel is actually quite good. Clean, modern and the rooms are functional. However, a few small things spoil the picture. The blind in the room was defective. It was not possible to darken the room. There was only one high chair in the breakfast room. That was far too little. So many families and only one chair for children. That was not a good start to the day, breakfast was then very stressful...

We found the room small but comfortable with nice beds and bathroom was good. The wifi and air conditioning worked well and keeping us cool is important. The breakfast was great with lots of options to choose from and pently of food available and restocked when low.

This is a very good Ibis, close to the centre of Dijon and with excellent transport links. It has a nice, secure and spacious underground car park with a lift up to reception and a tram station (Auditorium) about 30m away. Rooms are pleasant with good air conditioning and very comfortable beds. The bathroom is an OK size but it’s easy not to close the shower door correctly and hence get the bathroom...

Well worth a stay Easy check in, nice room, excellent food. Outdoor swimming pool looked nice, although as we were using the hotel as an overnight transit stop we didn't get chance to try it. Will certainly stop again ( possibly on our return trip)

Main part of the review must focus on the staff. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. All smiling and nothing was too much trouble. Our waitress was the star of the show- insisted my two teenage boys ordered their food in French- which they did. All done with good humour. Beds super comfy. Only slight gripe was pool was smaller than expected and busy- but it was 39 degrees!!

Very good restaurant for breakfast and evening meal. Food was good, well presented and restaurant was busy, always a good sign. Staff all helpful and pleasant. Beds were normal hotel medium/hard, the bedroom was small and the bathroom functional, but east to find, very convenient for occasional stay and will happily go there again.
