Nice experience, especially in relation to the service, Emeric attended us wonderfully, and performing several duties at the same time, awesome! thx Emeric. The problem for us, going on a organised trip was the ubication, the agency should have contracted a hotel closer to the center.

Disappointed Poor quality hotel in need of modernisation. Good shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast also good if a bit expensive (€20). Noisy at night as had to open window due to faulty aircon. Not a great experience.

Although public areas such as reception and conference rooms are pristine, my room left a lot to be desired. For a 4☆ hotel, its rooms are definitely in need of refurbishment. The room is well soundproofed and the size is OK. It's about ten minutes' walk from the old town. Opposite is the exhibition center. The service is also good, although disposable toothbrushes are not provided.

A clean, well air conditioned, comfortable room quite near the train station. The breakfast buffet had lots of options and was plentiful. Granted, this is a chain hotel, but after a long day of traveling in the heat, the creature comforts and kind service were much appreciated.

Good modern hotel in the centre of Rennes. Spacious clean rooms, air conditioning, swimming pool, comfortable beds. 3 mins walk from the De Gaulle metro station. On the negative side: rooms facing the Main Street (cafes and restaurants) may become noisy in the evening, especially on Fridays. But considering the overall standard in Rennes, I think this is one of the best hotels you can find here.

We stayed here for an evening during our trip in Dijon. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice as well. They didn't have a hand towel for the restroom, but that was a minor inconvenience. The room has a comfortable bed a TV. For the price, the room is good and the location was great.

as an italian, the food was the worst part… it was cold, and we found hair in the plate. i felt sick all night.. but the rest was good enough. The stuff is nice, the rooms weren’t small and the bed was comfy enough

Great location meant we could wander into Dijon despite arriving relatively late. Kids favourite part of any hotel stay is the breakfast and this didn’t disappoint. My favourite part of breakfast was the local cheese and fresh butter!

Great location, only 3-5mins away from the Dijon train station (where the TGV stops). Perfect for short stay or need very early late train ride, because you don’t need another commute after you get off train. Rooms are cosy, but you get what you pay and for the price I paid, I think it’s decent value for money.

We were with a coach party and our stay included a dinner in the evening. Room was OK and we could even get BBC London on the satellte tv! Breakfast was fairly standard french fare with bread/ham/cheeses - some sausages & scrambled egg for the English who cannot eat any form of foreign food! The madeleines were good! We had a fixed meal at 7pm. No indication of a menu. No choice just 3 courses...

The privilege room included a mini bar stocked with soft drinks and a coffee machine. Saturday night was noisy from the night club next door, Sunday there was no problem. Hotel parking costs 10 euro but there is a free car park across the road.

Nothing to drink in the room. Even not a kettle or a bottle of water. No bathrobe (but you can see them on the room's pictures). Plastic sheet under the bed sheet. It was uncomfortable and kept really warm. The rooms at Campanile (where I used to go) are better equipped and cheaper. The only positive point is the buffet breakfast. But this is definitely not a 4-stars hotel ! Never again.

Perfect stop after a long drive. Safe parking behind a closed gate (free), restos in walking distance (you get a discount coupon at the reception) small breakfast but had everything you need (fruit, yoghourt, bacon, eggs, fresh oj, ……) Bed was too hard for me but my gf slept really well.

Ibis Budget Hotel is a good clean and nice hotel with warm welcome, I was well received at my arrival and check in went smooth. The room is good, the brak fast was also nice. The gave me a customer card to have dinner in various restaurant with significant discounts. I truly recommand Ibis Budget Hotel

Lovely little place to stop and stay for a night extremely cheap too. Room was very clean, the bed was one of the best I've slept in, yes the shower and toilet is small however this is what I would expect for a simple over night stay, its not the mariot or ritza carlton hotel it's an IBIS budget hotel, also breakfast was excellent and so we're the staff. This was the only hotel in the travel group tour that was decent enough for me. AC, close to the trains and semi-near enough the center for restaurants. AC didn't work. Interesting garage elevator but you have to go the wrong way down the street to enter. It's confusing more than the usual France. Rooms are adequate but small. Nice though. Showers don't contain water so someone standing at the sink will get wet feet. Consider this a budget Hotel with a decent location if walking. Not far from the train.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms clean and the breakfast awesome. Our biggest complaint was that everything seemed to be broken. When we arrived the car park was down, the spa, the steam room, the fitness equipment and the shower head. It was a bit disappointing, but good hotel overall.

Surprising modern facilities in a historic building. Powerful shower was a bonus. There was no milk at the coffee station, but staff was very friendly in getting some milk. The tea bags were taken away at night, would have been good to have a sign stating the availability hours perhaps. Parking is reasonable at 10eur per day in an underground car park.

Spent 1 night - clean room, pleasant staff, great location, cute hotel and has air conditioning! The breakfast had TONS of choices from sweets (including local like pain d'epices, madeleines, crepes!) and savory (hello French cheeses). The hotel is close to the city centre, with a 10-15 minutes walk. We reserved a car parking within the hotel garage, which is safe and free. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast has good variety. There is a small gymnasium room with treadmill and bicycle. Staff are friendly. Walking ~ 15 -20 minutes can access the tourist spots like the Cathédrale Saint-Pierre, canal, Musée des Beaux-Arts de Rennes...

The room is outdated and has a faint odor. The air conditioning barely works. Breakfast is very simple considering the price. The parking garage is tight, with limited space to maneuver—especially for larger cars. The location is great, close to the city center.

Very basic room (goodness knows how basic the Ibis Budget is , (this occupies the first 3 floors of the same building, - straw mattresses perhaps?) On the plus side it’s just a gentle 15 minute walk to the centre ville and restaurants The parking is under the building with lifts to reception and rooms (7euros50) The staff are friendly and helpful

We found the room small but comfortable with nice beds and bathroom was good. The wifi and air conditioning worked well and keeping us cool is important. The breakfast was great with lots of options to choose from and pently of food available and restocked when low.

This is a very good Ibis, close to the centre of Dijon and with excellent transport links. It has a nice, secure and spacious underground car park with a lift up to reception and a tram station (Auditorium) about 30m away. Rooms are pleasant with good air conditioning and very comfortable beds. The bathroom is an OK size but it’s easy not to close the shower door correctly and hence get the bathroom...

Very easy to find and park. The rooms are ridiculously small compared to other Ibis hotels we have stayed in. No room to get into one of the beds, had to climb in from the bottom. Luckily I am a reasonably mobile 69 yr old. No room to layout suitcases. I suppose it would be ok for a overnight stop but we are staying for 3 nights.

First time staying here & it was a very pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and obliging. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was tasty too. Thanks for the hospitality and will definitely recommend to all & will be visiting again soon!

Convenient hotel. Nice hotel, well situated for centre of Rennes but difficult to find parking because of one way systems and 3 Mercure hotels in the city. Limited parking for high vehicles, most parking underground, max height 1.80m. Very helpful receptionist. Comfortable double bedroom but tight space, one chair for a couple. Large shower unit.

The location is excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Tom was comfortable. We didn't try the breakfast. It seemed expensive. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived even though it was an hour after check-in began. We had to wait almost 30 minutes for our room. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

The room was good and the hotel was not far from the central area. We picked it mainly because it had free car parking. The parking is free but access to the small underground car park is very tight & steep, not easy if you don't have a small car. Also we did struggle to find our way to the hotel due to the one way system

The location is great, the room ( we booked the suit) was nice and clean . I took one star off because the receptionist ( long black hair) was rude. She literally watched us struggling with our two heavy suitcases taking the stairs and did NOT mention that they have an elevator! The next day a guy saw us checking out and he said why don’t you take the elevator?!

Least favorite on our France trip and most expensive. We are not hotel people and prefer luxury bed and breakfasts so if you love high priced and impersonal, it would be a good choice. No breakfast and pay for parking. Just not a fit for our style.

Cramped and Silly Interiors Clean but very cluttered and the interior design is poor; black switches on black walls, and no separate bathroom. No space within the room and very cramped. Red light on window ledge that is impossible to turn off. Overall poor value for money.

We only stayed here for one night on our way back through France, it is all fairly new interms of the rooms but it is a beautiful old building. The restaurant is very good, with an excellent selection of local wines. There is very limited parking, maybe 6 spaces in the hotel, but almost exactly opposite is an underground car park which is clean and well lit. We lost our ticket for the parking but...
