Nice experience, especially in relation to the service, Emeric attended us wonderfully, and performing several duties at the same time, awesome! thx Emeric. The problem for us, going on a organised trip was the ubication, the agency should have contracted a hotel closer to the center.

Disappointed Poor quality hotel in need of modernisation. Good shower and comfortable bed. Breakfast also good if a bit expensive (€20). Noisy at night as had to open window due to faulty aircon. Not a great experience.

Although public areas such as reception and conference rooms are pristine, my room left a lot to be desired. For a 4☆ hotel, its rooms are definitely in need of refurbishment. Our experience was less than favorable and here’s why: The sheets were rough and old; The pillows had and musty and used odor; The towels were stained and dingy. Service excellent, spa lovely and location excellent. Clearly a very established hotel and very striking. Used this on the way to skiing and parking was important - secure, readily available. Breakfast was utterly sublime and every bit worth the €25pp each (and possibly more!). Very expensive for what it is. £300 for the superior room is too much given that it’s a little tired, not spotlessly clean...

We were overall happy with the hotel except for the foul smell in the toilet. We told the front desk., However, the smell stayed . The room was very clean though.

A clean, well air conditioned, comfortable room quite near the train station. The breakfast buffet had lots of options and was plentiful. Granted, this is a chain hotel, but after a long day of traveling in the heat, the creature comforts and kind service were much appreciated.

Good modern hotel in the centre of Rennes. Spacious clean rooms, air conditioning, swimming pool, comfortable beds. 3 mins walk from the De Gaulle metro station. On the negative side: rooms facing the Main Street (cafes and restaurants) may become noisy in the evening, especially on Fridays. But considering the overall standard in Rennes, I think this is one of the best hotels you can find here.

We dined in the hotel after we checked in and Zou looked after us so well. She was so incredibly busy but she didn’t stop smiling and was so lovely to us while we dined. What a great member of the team - the hotel is lucky to have her.

Wonderful hotel the staff were nice and it close to the shopping centre and it has a pool however it was quite cold. The room where clean and comfy and the restaurant had amazing food

We stayed here for an evening during our trip in Dijon. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice as well. They didn't have a hand towel for the restroom, but that was a minor inconvenience. The room has a comfortable bed a TV. For the price, the room is good and the location was great.

as an italian, the food was the worst part… it was cold, and we found hair in the plate. i felt sick all night.. but the rest was good enough. The stuff is nice, the rooms weren’t small and the bed was comfy enough

Great location meant we could wander into Dijon despite arriving relatively late. Kids favourite part of any hotel stay is the breakfast and this didn’t disappoint. My favourite part of breakfast was the local cheese and fresh butter!

Great location, only 3-5mins away from the Dijon train station (where the TGV stops). Perfect for short stay or need very early late train ride, because you don’t need another commute after you get off train. Rooms are cosy, but you get what you pay and for the price I paid, I think it’s decent value for money.

We were with a coach party and our stay included a dinner in the evening. Room was OK and we could even get BBC London on the satellte tv! Breakfast was fairly standard french fare with bread/ham/cheeses - some sausages & scrambled egg for the English who cannot eat any form of foreign food! The madeleines were good! We had a fixed meal at 7pm. No indication of a menu. No choice just 3 courses...

I am not sure why this hotel gets such high ratings. It is outside the city of vannes and is in a large big box store parking area. The hotel istelf is nice but basic. Rooms small with a few scuff marks on the paint. So it is an ok hotel but nothing great and quite out of the way

My room was far too hot but with no way to reduce the heat. Wonder how it is to stay here in the middle of summer? Room was otherwise clean and neat. Typical modern furniture. This hotel is both near the station, opposite a tram stop and a short walk to the old town. Excellent facilities eg pool, garden setting, bar, shoe polisher machine in corridor. This is 4 star. Heavy blackout curtains, very quiet at night and helpful and friendly staff. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

A nice hotel in the city center with a relatively high cost-performance ratio. Whether it is a business trip or a family trip, Dijon is the first choice. The room is relatively clean, which is my favorite thing.

Good location if you need to be near the Dijon SNCF train station, an easy 5 min walk even with luggage. Another 5-10 mins walk to the key attractions & shopping in Dijon old town. Some delay in checking in but Romain at the front desk was extremely helpful.

Nothing to drink in the room. Even not a kettle or a bottle of water. No bathrobe (but you can see them on the room's pictures). Plastic sheet under the bed sheet. It was uncomfortable and kept really warm. The rooms at Campanile (where I used to go) are better equipped and cheaper. The only positive point is the buffet breakfast. But this is definitely not a 4-stars hotel ! Never again.

Perfect stop after a long drive. Safe parking behind a closed gate (free), restos in walking distance (you get a discount coupon at the reception) small breakfast but had everything you need (fruit, yoghourt, bacon, eggs, fresh oj, ……) Bed was too hard for me but my gf slept really well.

This was the only hotel in the travel group tour that was decent enough for me. AC, close to the trains and semi-near enough the center for restaurants. The elevator wasn't working at the time but I was on the second floor so not too bad. Clean room and bathroom. Shower had an actual door which was great! The hotel is very centrally located. The spa is not up to par with what is expected. The water temperature is very cold and the facilities are usually turned off. There are many towels to collect. The room is comfortable.

Surprising modern facilities in a historic building. Powerful shower was a bonus. There was no milk at the coffee station, but staff was very friendly in getting some milk. The tea bags were taken away at night, would have been good to have a sign stating the availability hours perhaps. Parking is reasonable at 10eur per day in an underground car park.

Beyond the impersonal side of the hotel, the welcome is pleasant although the lobby is small and not very cheerful. Nothing to say about the clean and pleasant room (heating) the proximity of the station is an asset.

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the train station, and yet very well soundproofed: we do not hear any outside noise from the room. The breakfast was really superb. To be able to fully enjoy it, we would have liked not to have the "news" in the elevator, which are generally not good and which we would like to do without during a weekend :)

Upon checking in we were welcomed by a charming receptionist. They even took our request as room location into consideration and was done as expected. Room wise excellent bed, well lit bathroom and with all the amenities as expected with Holiday Inn Express. We had a nice and complete breakfast. Free car park is too an added bonus.
