First of all, the Location is great. Easy walking distance to the cathedrale and enough parking space right across the street. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms have a reasonable size for a City Hotel, rooms were clean but could do with a little more maintenace. First Impression is modern, simple and good but with a closer look, one can See some flaws here and there. There are renovations going on, so I suppose the update will make some difference. The breakfast was the typical IBIS Styles, enough for us for a good start. Overall, we would come back

The rot has set in at Ibis styles Reimes. In three years this hotel has deteriorated beyond. Disgusting dirty lift with plastic covering the lift floor? Heavily marked carpets throughout landing and room. Curtain hanging off rail. No place to put our bags. ONE CHAIR TO SIT ON. £139.00 for a room in which you couldn’t swing a cat. It’s beyond words when you have been travelling all day from SOF to be offered this. On the positive side secure parking.

Somehow, one side of the building has only a small window in each room. It feels more like a youth hostel/prison than a hotel. The front desk agents were very friendly and told us to see the illuminated cathedral later in the evening, as it is a special, unique event. But we were too tired. The breakfast is typical for Ibis: not really for pleasure but to become full. Public parking is cheaper than hotel parking—caution when you arrive.

The ‘hotel’ feels and looks like a hostel. The decor is hideous, think red walls and dirty carpets. The rooms are tiny, poorly maintained and dirty. Bathroom the same, dubious stains in the toilet, dirty shower. Breakfast is a basic and not at all tasty. I realise it only bills its elf as a 3* hotel, but in my view this should be a 1*.

Great budget hotel with friendly staff. Plentiful public parking just across the road at side of hotel. You can literally park 10 metres away from the hotel reception. Good continental breakfast. Rooms are clean and comfortable with air conditioning. Good location about 10 minutes easy walk to the Cathedral and surrounding restaurants.

Ibis Styles Reims was just fine, not luxurious, but comfortable and exactly what you need if you’re mainly there to sleep. The staff were friendly, and the location is great, with everything within easy reach. A convenient and pleasant stay overall.

Upon arrival the elevator was broken and remained broken our entire stay. The pictures are very deceiving on the website. The hotel is short of a hostel. Should have booked at the Marriott down the street instead .

Really great location for exploring Reims. About 15 minutes’ walk from the train station, 10 minutes from the cathedral, and only a stone’s throw from evening drinks in Place Stalingrad.
Room was comfortable and quiet, with effective air conditioning. Breakfast was included and had an excellent selection - we particularly liked the loose leaf teas. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cold filtered water was available from the foyer. WiFi was good throughout our stay.

A little 80s, but great service.
The service at this hotel was amazing. Kinga was especially great. The location is fantastic for all the local activities. The rooms are very small, but that is probably because of our American standards of larger rooms. No coffee in room which sucks. Breakfast was fantastic. Not so sure about boiling you own eggs though, would have preferred reaxy made, but this way, you can.cook them to the doneness that.you like, i guess. I know brits like 5 minute eggs. The popcorn ceilings and walls could use an update because that looks super 80s. There needs to be more art along the walls, hallways, and in the stair corridor as it looked a little sparse. Great stay, would stay again.
