The location is absolutely unbeatable - stepping out the front door, I was practically at the gates of the medieval city. The evening stroll along the ramparts with the hotel’s illuminated facade in view was magical. Loved this hotel and the location! Close to the walled city ( easy walk) with lots to see and experience. The room was comfortable but on the smaller side for the USA but maybe not for European standards. It had all we needed and the property itself was beautiful. All the employees were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

This is a very good hotel. Well maintained, ideally located for exploring the old city Carcassonne, convenient parking. Larger rooms in the far away wing are best. Breakfast could be crowded but provides everything one usually needs. Overall, a good value. I recommend it. Easy to reach from A61 motorway.

The shower head in the bathroom doesn't have a fixed rod, and you have to hold it with your hands, which is very inconvenient

Enjoyed our stay - strange rooms as small kitchen area which even had a tiny dishwasher but very useful if you're on a budget. Pool was lovely, the only problem is the walk from the city, not too far but quite a steep hill and bus stops at 7pm. Taxis not expensive though, we liked it enough to want to stay again

We stayed in a bungalow next to the main chateau in a massive room w/ badly dated finishes. The cost was something like €700 for the night, breakfast not included. We don’t mind spending money on accommodation but this felt like a clip job. I believe they are renovating the main chateau but for now the rooms are dated and uncomfortable.

Always a pleasure to come again to this establishment. Magnificent covered parking under huge trees, super classy chateau with the charm of the old days, but it’s maintained and kept fresh. Your home away from home Truly a remarkable property and the 3 generations of family ownership is absolutely wonderful. They couldn't have made us feel any more welcome. Le Parc is an elegant hotel with really helpful staff. The attention to detail is truly amazing. All in all a lovely base for a short visit to lovely Carcassonne.

Very helpful staff, especially the evening gentleman at the desk who went out of his way to help us. We thought the suite was beautifully decorated—very kool and artistic. Great place to rejuvenate and experience peace.  The window overlooks the medieval town- truly gorgeous and magical.  The receptionist speaks english and helps me in finding places.  When i asked for someone to look at my shower 🚿 and the caddy to fetch me to the car park, the response was fast.  Thank you manager Xavier for caring especially during the windy weather !

Obviously the best part is the location. Inside the walls of the old castle. But there is more to it. Food is excellent, service is very friendly. The rooms are the weak point. They are more 3 stars than 5. But they are big and many have just amazing views. Frankly it is so unique it is for me a place not to miss. I went there 6 or 7 times already. We said they only offered that option, and they looked like I had no idea... they charged us the taxes and that was it. Very special hotel on a tranquil, well maintained property convenient to Carcassonne without the chaos. Spent two peaceful nights in a very comfortable room. A really well placed hotel, with some of the most friendly and helpful staff that I've ever encountered in a hotel! Breakfast was a real surprise, a good variety on offer. I thought that the bathroom was dimly lit, and the mould marks in places were unsightly - but it all worked and was absolutely adequate. I would definitely stay here again. A fabulous Italian restaurant is a short walk away too...

Hello, the room was very good, good 3 beds I admit that during my reservation it was the last free room. A quick note about the bathroom, lack of hooks for gloves and when I took my shower, despite the door being closed, the water invaded part of the room. What a place! Stopped in on a whim, and were thrilled to find ourselves in excellent hands. Great facilities, surprisingly great breakfast, and very comfortable facilities. Great food recommendations from super friendly staff. And all at a VERY reasonable price.
