Great location, spacious rooms ... but the A/C did not work well on a hot late-Spring weekend. It was warm ... but not as warm as it gets in the Summer in Toulouse so the system should be equipped to handle those temperatures. Other than that, a recommend this hotel.

It is better to choose American chain hotels in Europe. The rooms are large, the beds are large, the breakfast is rich, and bottled water is provided in the room, so you don't have to run to the corridor to get water. But the cleaning is average. The location requires driving to get to the old city.

I had a great stay over 2 nights this weekend. The location is perfect for a weekend trip: only 2 minutes’ walk from the train station and 6 minutes from the city center. The room was clean and well arranged, breakfast was decent, and the pool was very enjoyable during the hot weather. The restaurant and staff were excellent — nothing to complain about!

Location was great! Room was more spacious than I expected. It was all pretty clean and tidy. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The pool was great. The location is absolutely unbeatable - stepping out the front door, I was practically at the gates of the medieval city. I saw a super beautiful sunrise here. It is very close to the Drama Square, just walk out of the mall; there are many restaurants around, and there are many interesting shops on the other side of the Drama Square, which is suitable for a leisurely stroll.

Comfortable rooms, but would look more modern and fresh if the walls were painted white, instead of the pale yellow/magnolia. Lovely staff, great meal and breakfast. Location is easy to get to and great for a night. But not much to walk to, so it is lucky the restaurant's food is so good. Last year we really enjoyed sitting around the pool, it was a shame the weather stopped us doing it this time.

The is a lovely property by the river in Toulouse. It’s not right in the heart of the city but worth it! The staff are exceptional. Our front desk receptionist, Olivier, was terrific! The noise was incredibly loud, a constant rumbling that made it impossible to sleep. I marked it as four stars, thinking it was a four-star hotel, but it turned out to be about three stars, roughly equivalent to a budget hotel like Home Inn. Very bad.

A very pleasant room in a nice environment. There is really nothing bad to say about this part of it - a great stay in a tasteful room with a great jacuzzi. But be mindful: in Google maps the hotel is listed as having a gym or fitness studio: but that turns out to be a lie. They do have a pool and a spa but *no* gym.
