Languedoc-Roussillon, Toulouse, 15 Place Du President Thomas Wilson 🧭 Map
Spa facilities: Sauna, Spa and wellness centre
Location is perfect. Breakfast is a bit soso. Others are all good.
Great location. Good stay in every way
Convenient location in city center
Comportable place
Excellent location in the centre of Toulouse and a very good room size with impressive sound insulation. The amenities were generally good, and I appreciated the free minibar. However, for a four-star hotel, the use of paper cups in the room felt out of place. Cleanliness needs improvement, especially the room carpet and the corridors. Breakfast was mediocre, with missing cutlery and tables not being...
The hotel is very close to Toulouse train station, about a 10-15 minute walk along a straight road, making it convenient for getting around. Located next to the City Hall Square, it's in a lively and bustling area with restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby, and attractions are all within walking distance. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are quite spacious, with a kettle and...
Great location, spacious rooms ... but the A/C did not work well on a hot late-Spring weekend. It was warm ... but not as warm as it gets in the Summer in Toulouse so the system should be equipped to handle those temperatures. Other than that, a recommend this hotel.

We always come to courtyard marriott hotel in Montpellier.
Just a perfect hotel right in the middle of the city
It is better to choose American chain hotels in Europe. The rooms are large, the beds are large, the breakfast is rich, and bottled water is provided in the room, so you don't have to run to the corridor to get water. But the cleaning is average. The location requires driving to get to the old city.
The room is spacious, the facilities are relatively new, the scenery in front of the door is nice, the breakfast is very good, but the air conditioner does not seem to heat
The room was big and the bed was comfortable
Although the room is not big, it is clean and tidy. The breakfast is pretty good. The parking fee is 15 euros a day. You need to swipe the parking ticket to enter the parking lot, which makes you feel safe. It is also very convenient to go to the old town. The station is basically opposite the door. I recommend people who drive to choose this hotel
Super helpful staff who helped us resolve our problem with the car. It's the most helpful staff that I encountered in all my travels. Thank you very much!
As for hotel it met all expectations - comfy room with nice terrace, great breakfast and good location - not far away from main attractions but quite and peaceful.
Though my stay at Montpellier wasn't planed I would definitely consider visit...

Excellent location, beautiful balcony view, and the best value for money.
Perfect hotel with the friendliest staff from all our stays in France. Highly recommended! Here’s the view from our room. Comfy beds and well stocked amenities
Big room with great views of medieval city. Very attentive staff. Good swimming pool and fitness centre
The location is excellent, with fantastic castle views.
Perfect location for a gorgeous view and short walk to the castle. Friendly staff, lovely terrace, and bar.
Nice indoor pool, changing rooms and shower could maybe do with an update but not a deal breaker.
My husband and I have just spent 5 days at this wonderful hotel for our 30th wedding anniversary. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely young man who helped us with our luggage. And to be welcomed with delicious cakes on arrival was a delight. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff all were very welcoming and the breakfast buffet had a vast array of choices including champagne for those...

It's right across from the train station, very convenient, and clean. Seeing the four Chinese characters for "Jinjiang Hotel" at the entrance felt so welcoming. This city is quite small; I was surprised to find that the supermarket accepted Alipay. After all, it's not a big city.
The room and bedding were excellent. The breakfast was hearty and healthy, with a wide variety of food and drinks. The reception was very friendly.
The location is perfect for exploring the old town or taking trips by train or tram. The hotel is very modern and the staff is super friendly.
The location is good, right next to the train station, and it takes 2-3 minutes to walk there if you take the train. It is also very close to the city center, 5 minutes walk. Other than that, there is nothing to praise. In addition to the additional fees specified on Ctrip, you also need to pay a deposit when you check in. This is the only hotel that requires a deposit when we visited several cities...
Excellent location in the city centre, close to shops, restaurants, and bars.
Good value for money.
Bed was comfy, and shower was very good quality.
Note: Double beds are two singles pushed together.
Staff is great, and breakfast was good also. But the rooms are not very clean, with stains on the carpet etc. No mattress covers?! TV is rotated so it's not comfortable to watch from the bed. All in all hugely overpriced.

It was a lovely hotel. The beddings were absolutely clean, the staff were super helpful.
We had a 2-night, one day stay in mid-October. The location is excellent, close to public transportation and the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful. We used the fitness room twice. The equipment had only 3 cardio pieces but all 3 worked and we got in nice workouts. The steam room was also great. We used it 3 times and had it to ourselves for nice FKK steam and shower sessions. I had a great stay over 2 nights this weekend. The location is perfect for a weekend trip: only 2 minutes’ walk from the train station and 6 minutes from the city center.
The room was clean and well arranged, breakfast was decent, and the pool was very enjoyable during the hot weather.
The restaurant and staff were excellent — nothing to complain about!
Location was great! Room was more spacious than I expected. It was all pretty clean and tidy. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The pool was great. The only issue I had was with the flushing of the toilet. But to be fair, I did mention it to the reception staff and they sent someone up to look.

The hotel location is great because it is in front of the old bridge. They do not have a parking lot.
Wonderful, unforgettable stay.
We really enjoyed our stay at Sowell Hotels Les Chevaliers. We booked a Deluxe room with a terrace and a view of the medieval fortress of Carcassonne, and we definitely did not regret it. At night, the fortress was beautifully illuminated, and the view from the terrace was absolutely stunning.
The room itself was very nice. Even though it was -3°C outside, the room was warm thanks to the heating, and...
The location is absolutely unbeatable - stepping out the front door, I was practically at the gates of the medieval city. The evening stroll along the ramparts with the hotel’s illuminated facade in view was magical.
My room was spacious and comfortable, with that perfect balance of modern amenities and traditional charm. Excellent breakfast!
Excellent location and very nice service. The team members were very welcoming, sincere and act very professionally.
We loved the medieval / romantique way decoration with the view on the old city. What a pity the bedroom had some amount of dust on corners and painting falling appart in the bathroom+ the tap was broken. Overall, our stay was very good.
Great rooms, ours had a balcony with a view of the Medieval city - but I don't know if ALL rooms have a balcony.
Location is a ten minute walk to town centre or the mediaeval city. Lovely river walks nearby and plenty of restaurants.
The hotel breakfast is a buffet of hot and cold. Mostly adequate, and good value - occasionally it could have been refreshed a little more regularly.

Beautiful hotel , amazing staff so friendly . Rooms are great , modern & really comfy bed.
Breakfast is incredible, never experienced such an amazing array of food options. Coffee is from Nespresso machines so pretty awful but everything else is amazing !
The hotel’s excellent location made it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff were very friendly.
However, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. We noticed hair in the room, leftover product on the wall of the shower, and the carpet would need a thorough cleaning. While the design of the room was functional, it wasn’t particularly well thought.
Hotel is wonderful. Stayed for 3 nights 2 rooms booked 2 adults 1 child. Arrived from the airport on at day where temperatures hit 37 and stepping into the cool reception was bliss.

The location of this hotel is great, right next to a shopping centre and walking distance to the town centre. However, the room is beyond hot and I do not know why you cannot change the temperature to below 20 degrees celsius. While we were sleeping, the air conditioner changed itself to 23 degrees on its own. I had hot flashes and my 6 month baby was crying from discomfort. I would not recommend this...
I saw a super beautiful sunrise here. It is very close to the Drama Square, just walk out of the mall; there are many restaurants around, and there are many interesting shops on the other side of the Drama Square, which is suitable for a leisurely stroll.

We loved the refurbishment since our previous visits. We loved Kevin, so helpful. But why does the restaurant close in French holidays? Do french people give up eating when they go on holiday????
Very satisfied with my stay in this hotel
Great stay !! We loved the place. The staff was the nicest, the breakfast was really good, the swimming pool was perfect and quite available. As we had a car it was a short ride into Toulouse with all the advantages of the hotel. We...
Unfortunately, the rooms are below average… very old furniture and disappointing, doesn’t match the price. I was fooled by the lobby and the restaurant downstairs but the rooms are like 2 stars hotel rooms
Not worth it!
Alban and Camile went above and beyond to accommodate my stay. Since it was low season, certain amenities aren't available which is understandable given the affordable prices for such a luxurious hotel.
Can't thank the aforementioned staff enough for helping me have a very pleasant stay, well done and all the best.
Paul
Comfortable rooms, but would look more modern and fresh if the walls were painted white, instead of the pale yellow/magnolia.
Lovely staff, great meal and breakfast.
Location is easy to get to and great for a night. But not much to walk to, so it is lucky the restaurant's food is so good. Last year we really enjoyed sitting around the pool, it was a shame the weather stopped us doing it this time.

Stayed one night on our way from the Dordogne to Montpellier. Great location on the Tarn river. Not as boutique luxurious as we expected, and didn't have a lot of joie de vivre as there were few fellow guests. Comfortable large room overlooking the river. Tranquil Beautiful setting - highly recommended Rooms are more 4* than 5, but the view is one of the best. It is definitely the best hotel in the area. Not one for families with young children. Perfect for a couples break. Restaurant is lovely for evening meals.
What a delightful place. It truly is a peaceful reserve nestled outside the bustle of the town. Beautifully situated on the banks of the Tarn River, the owners and staff are universally friendly, helpful and kind. We got lost on our way there. We stayed just one night here en route to Paris. I wish we had had a few more days to enjoy this unique space. Highly, highly recommend.
A spectacularly beautiful establishment full of charm and curated antiques. We loved our stay at Jardins Secrets, it is indeed a unique and special place for pure relaxation at the heart of Nîmes. Close to palais de congres. Many bus lines pass by main street. Easy to go anywhere in perpignan.
The noise was incredibly loud, a constant rumbling that made it impossible to sleep. I marked it as four stars, thinking it was a four-star hotel, but it turned out to be about three stars, roughly equivalent to a budget hotel like Home Inn. Very bad.

Modern and value

The service in this hotel is a bit peculiar because it is almost exclusively taken care of by students of the local hotel school. Basic but more than adequate for our needs. Tired decor and simple furniture. You get what you pay for and compared to nearby hotels very reasonably priced. Large apartment with plenty of storage. Staff could not have been more helpful. Very accommodating and smoothed out some minor issues very professionally. Easy walking distance to the castle and town.
Easy walking to Carcassonne Citee. Superior family apartment was very spacious and adequate for a stay of a few days although it did feel slightly tired in appearance. Excellent welcome from the staff.
Perfect for visiting Carcassonne--easy walk to the medieval city. A nice balcony in our room for sipping wine after a long day seeing the sights!
Great location, comfortable if a little basic.
We had a two night stay to visit the mediaeval town and found the location of the Cerise Carcassonne Sud excellent for this purpose. The carpark is very large and secure with gates closing from 9 pm. The old town is a 5 minute walk away - very do-able even in the 35 C heat.
