Cross the street and tram tracks and then follow that sidewalk down the incline bending to the left and then rising slightly back up. The tram tracks will be running along your right as you walk
There is a set of stone stairs that goes up toward a small wooded area in front of the property, but the Mercure sign will be visible at the top of the hotel
Take the stairs up and go around the wooded area (left is probably best) to the front of the hotel. Total walking time is less than 15 minutes
Great location for parking and to walk into the city. Friendly, helpfull staff, good-sized rooms and an enjoyable breakfast. The building will not be for everyone
After my first night the cleaning staff had left a dirty cleaning towel on the bathroom sink and the cups in the room had lipstick stains, which was not acceptable
As one walks from the Gare Saint-Roch, this hotel is nearby but out of sight. It sits near (and behind) the Polygone

Thank you! On our one full day in Montpelier, we took the number 1 Blue Line tram out of the city to the University/Hospital area and walked on the GR 563 to Grabels. We found Montpelier to be a friendly, modern city
The equipment had only 3 cardio pieces but all 3 worked and we got in nice workouts. The steam room was also great. We used it 3 times and had it to ourselves for nice FKK steam and shower sessions
I had a great stay over 2 nights this weekend. The location is perfect for a weekend trip: only 2 minutes’ walk from the train station and 6 minutes from the city center
We had a problem with our room locking device. Apparently, the battery was dead. The hotel staff compensated us for the inconvenience
The room was clean and well arranged, breakfast was decent, and the pool was very enjoyable during the hot weather. The restaurant and staff were excellent — nothing to complain about!
The location was perfect - less than a block from Comédie and the train station at Saint Roch. We highly recommend this hotel in Montpellier!
Room was a decent size with small kitchenette , be sure to download the local tram/bus app , using this is very cost effective. The tram will take you down close to the harbour and beaches
) It takes about 20 to 30 minutes on foot to the Comedy Square. <Facility> It is not fancy, but it is equipped with almost all facilities, and there is also a bathtub, terrace, kitchen and tableware
This hotel is in a great location right next to a tram stop. Just walk up the road and through the shopping centre and you are into the central part of the city
The staff at the hotel are helpful and there is unlimited free coffee and water near reception
The facility is a bit old but for the price, it's definitely a good choice for business travellers. It's also within walking distance to the city center, even though not right in the center
My room was across the garden and largely unlit so it was a bit of an adventure getting there the first time. The decor and facilities in the room itself were a little 1960ish

The bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the breakfast is very good. The location is very good and the service is professional. It is close to the old town and you can walk to the Arc de Triomphe
Beautiful hotel , amazing staff so friendly. Rooms are great , modern & really comfy bed. Breakfast is incredible, never experienced such an amazing array of food options
The location is such that in the reception area is an entrance to the shopping mall underground parking leading directly into the shopping centre which caters for all needs clothes shoes beauty tech cafes ice cream shops etc including there being a really Large Monoprix store selling everything from full food supermarket to clothing and accessories
Used the pool in the spa area with my 10yr old from...
Though would have liked for it to be open earlier and maybe until 9pm( not a problem just a preference) pool was cleaned every morning
Aircon in the room was excellent especially felt as temperature was 38+ when we stayed. The rooftop area was lovely with the pool
We had the deluxe queen size room
Bed was huge and so comfortable
USB sockets next to the bed. Fridge available to use, Nespresso machine with pods supplied and kettle. Bathrobes and slippers were provided in both rooms

the internal parking reservation ( included in the booking) was not comunicated to the Hotel, I was able to manage with the reception in the following days as at the begining of the stay it was not anymore available.
I recently stayed at Le RexHotel in Tarbes and had a great time!
The hotel was super clean and tidy, which is really important to me. It felt nice and cozy everywhere, from the lobby to the rooms
The location was perfect – just a short walk from the city center. It was easy to explore the area and get around. There were two types of rooms to choose from: studios and executive rooms
We picked a studio because it was smaller and cheaper, but it had a little kitchen, so we could cook if we wanted to. Marie Claude, who was super helpful and spoke great English
Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were hospitable and friendly and the breakfast was very good.
From check-in to check-out, you really feel like a valued guest. Cleanliness: I was very impressed by how clean and hygienic everything was. The housekeeping team clearly does an outstanding job maintaining the property

One of the best Courtyards I have stayed. We had a late incoming flight so we stayed here on arrival and drove to Carcassone the next morning
Stayed once again at the Courtyard Toulouse for work. I always stay there because they offer shuttle transfers to St Martin as well as various Airbus locations. Rooms were recently renovated so that's a plus
Staff was great , rooms were clean and quiet but compared to the US breakfast was amazing - why can we not do this in the US !
Our free transport to the airport was right on time. Would highly recommend this hotel!!
A nice holtel with frieny and professional personnel.
(+) location, service, cleanness
(-) rooms walls are a bit thin (can hear through), some rooms look a bit old, restaurant prices are excessive at least
However, air conditioning can be an issue when it gets really hot outside. The food is much better than any other Courtyards I have been to in North America
Nice hotel. Rooms are not wide, but size is adequate. Excelente bed and shower. Breakfast free is nice. Congrats to the checkin desk guy in the day we arrived. It was quite late and he was trully sympathetic.
The hotel is in the city center, opposite a commercial center, everything is very convenient. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the waiters are friendly. It is suitable for business travel and family travel.
Meet up with family from overseas. Good clean rooms, pool for youngsters. Easy access to centre of town on tram. Off street parking. Breakfast ok.
The hotel is near a shopping center and an aquarium.
The room was comfortable and quiet. The air con was running all night and didn’t bother us.
The staff was very pleasant.
Easy access, pool, decent breakfast. The rooms would need little bit of update (bathrooms are fine), nice staff.
Lovely hotel. Friendly staff, good breakfast - high standard room with opening window for fresh air. Excellent bathroom. Can't fault it really. Quiet area.

The hotel is convenient for the Autoroute and very close to the Garcia Lorca tram station which gives easy access to the city and the Montpellier tram network. The parking is ample and overall a very good choice of hotel
The hotel is also dog-friendly, which we appreciated
I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The pool area was stunning—clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing in the sun
Stayed in the newly refurbished Novotel Montpellier for 5 nights in early July 2025. The hotel is neatly decorated and furnished with an adequate pool
I thought this hotel was fabulous. The breakfast choices were vast, and the pool was spacious and a perfect temperature
The restaurant is above average for a hotel of this standing with daily imaginative salads plus the usual fayre. All presented and served well. I'd recommend a visit to this city and whilst exploring stay at the Novotel

We stayed at this hotel with a Gate 1 group, and were very pleased with everything about it! The location was great, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent
Okay hotel. Expensive compared to others. Pool is nice, but small, too little chairs. Rooms are ok, good shower.
The weather was perfect for open window sleeping, but I was awaken in the middle of the night as I am a light sleeper, so I had to close the window. The duvets were a little too heavy and early for early October
Excellent from beginning to end. Brilliant friendly efficient staff in reception, housekeeping, bar and breakfast. We would definitely come back again if in Toulouse. Central location is brilliant
Hotel is situated within 500 yards of the four different major spaces of the city. With limited mobility you can still get comfortably to pleasant eating spaces and shopping
One of our favorite mementos from our trip is a hand-written note from Laurence, who we connected with at breakfast the first day - it meant so much to us!

Excellent cuisine and wine list. Pillow relaxant spray. Praise.
Nice hotel well located in Montpellier city center.
We were the first time in this hotel. It is a recently rebranded Crown Plaza hotel and not yet a real Radisson Blue. But it is a good hotel in central location with a small outdoor pool area
It has a nice pool but very limited number of sunbeds if you do want an hour by it
Please not, that the hotel is fully air conditioned and window opening is not possible. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and the outstanding well breakfast. Also the restaurant served delicious dishes

Great location close to shops and cafes. Had a great time. Rooms are a bit small but at least they had a lift.
Excellent option for staying a few days on vacation in Montpellier. Great location, clean updated rooms, and the staff is very personable. Highly recommend
Very good and strategic position in the city center. Good breakfast.
Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, perfect location between the train station and Place de la Comédie. Classic features stylishly decorated, with imagination and a sense of humor
Easy check-in and great location. Three minutes to Place Comedie and five minutes to Gare St Roch. We enjoyed Montpellier.
Strategic location.
A deal with a nearby parking lot made parking convenient.
Friendly and always available staff.
Although it is located in the new city, it is within walking distance of the main attractions in the old city, and there are food stores and supermarkets next to it. The front desk service is warm
Highly recommend for anyone visiting Toulouse!
The staff was lovely and even gave me a departure gift, the rooms were clean and fresh, as was the reception and dining hall
The hotel’s restaurant is also a great bonus. A big round of applause to the chef and his team for the delicious food!
Well managed and staffed business hotel. Adjacent to the Japanese Garden and close to several food options, a grocery, shopping and services. Easy walk to central downtown and tourist venues
Parking is convenient, there is a parking lot next to it, and roadside parking spaces are also easy to find

They even gave me reasonable travel suggestions based on my itinerary. To my surprise, they upgraded my room for free, giving me a room with a better view. These details truly made me feel incredibly welcome
Excellent bedding
And no noise from the hallway or from the bedrooms
A small downside with the TV channels: no access to all the channels when we were there and as it was the weekend the person who takes care of it was not present
I must especially praise the hotel's front desk service. The staff were incredibly attentive
The hotel is located very close to the city center. The staff is very kind, the rooms are large, spacious, clean, and the swimming pool is a great advantage
The hotel is very good. The hotel is in the beautiful garden. The staff of the hotel are kind and professional. The traffic of the hotel is convenient and easy. The breakfast is very delicious.
The room was large and clean, just as expected! It was what you'd expect for the price, and the front desk service was very friendly.

The room is spacious, the facilities are relatively new, the scenery in front of the door is nice, the breakfast is very good, but the air conditioner does not seem to heat
Elegant modern hotel with excellent multilingual staff. Clean, bright, airy with good rooms a nice bar and serviceable restaurant. Pool looked smallish but good. Very handy for tram and not to far from city centre
We always come to courtyard marriott hotel in Montpellier.
Just a perfect hotel right in the middle of the city
Nice hotel. Good service. Convenient for local transport
The room was big and the bed was comfortable
It is better to choose American chain hotels in Europe. The rooms are large, the beds are large, the breakfast is rich, and bottled water is provided in the room, so you don't have to run to the corridor to get water

For a 3 star hotel, this place is just an amazing stop in Montpellier. Quiet, plenty of parking, great staff and great open hours, excellent location for any thing in town either in "new " and "old" town
We are English speaking and they are mostly French speaking but brought all their English to the table to welcome us, answer questions and help us learn to get around in Montpellier
Outstanding accomadation
Amazing hotel and staff very friendly/ accommodating. Parking on site is excellent. Great location
Spacious room and bathroom and coffee facility in the room
Highly recommend this place
Kind and Caring Stagg
The staff was kind and caring, front desk to housekeeping
Quite area near the old town, breakfast is great. Nice staff.

Clean room, Staff is great, Family-friendly
Very good but... hot food on cold plates and one towel in a room for two means a bit more attention to detail needed. Dinner choices very appealing, good wine offering. Quiet and comfortable room.
Pleasant stay. Despite the location, the hotel is surrounded by a garden with a swimming pool. Standard bedrooms with a good restaurant.
Am staying here while my spouse is in hospital. Wonderful staff and restaurant. Very comfortable room and within walking distance to the hospital. The only thing I would change is to add launderette.
I loved the room: extremely comfortable bed, very big room with couch inside and bathroom and toilet separated. A nice space to hang your clothes at the entrance
Room spotless, location perfect and big thanks to the staff who were lovely to us

The TV main menu shows functions for casting from a device, yet it doesn't work. Breakfast is very overpriced for what it is, walking to a cafe nearby and getting croissants/coffee and juice was much more reasonable
great hotel. 5 nights. quiet room. good bedding. Great varied breakfast. Toulouse to discover on foot. excursions to Albi and Carcassonne. air conditioning Ok.
I was very impressed with the room, WiFi services and pleasantness of staff
The hotel is very quiet, nicely appointed rooms - though I felt that my bathroom needed updating. It felt dated and the toilet seat had marks on it which, though they were scratches, made it look unsightly
A gem! Perfect breakfast and location!
The room was spacious, and the breakfast was superb! Lots of selections and fresh foods! Location was perfect!
Also public transport is close by getting you quickly to every location, as well as the airport with the AERO bus line

Ginormous beds and comfy duvets. We had a nice view of the castle and would’ve had great easy access to the pool directly from the room (but pool closed due to season)
Super nice small hotel at walking distance from the old city. Room was a bit small but quite nice. Dogs are welcome and parking is free and easy.
The only negative is that when we asked reception about the airport shuttle, we were told there wasn’t one and it was only accessible via taxi - however tourist information confirmed there was an airport shuttle, which we used
Well maintained, ideally located for exploring the old city Carcassonne, convenient parking. Larger rooms in the far away wing are best. Breakfast could be crowded but provides everything one usually needs
Loved this hotel and the location! Close to the walled city ( easy walk) with lots to see and experience. The room was comfortable but on the smaller side for the USA but maybe not for European standards
It was the best stay at Carcassonne, the location is superb, the attention is great. The staff would help us and inform us kindly. Beds are so comfortable and great to have our electric car charged

The L'Imperator is centrally located in a nice neighborhood. Its facilities are magnificent and clean. Our room was made spotless each day for 6 days. The food at both restaurants are simply the best
The bath is lovely and spacious with plenty of closet space. The location is perfect and parking is very close by. We come to Nimes often as we live not far and will absolutely stay here
Staff is exceptional from reception to cleaning to bar to checkout and at all other times. Room was very well laid out and comfortable. Robes and slippers provided which is always nice
The concierges were wonderful and the front door men were great. It was so easy to drive in and out and have them park and retrieve it for us
The location is excellent; the famous Maison Carree and Arena is just located a short walking distance from the hotel, though with luggage when arriving at the Nimes train station, an Uber would be more suitable due to the distance between the train station and the hotel
We were warmly welcomed by Emma, who has been corresponding with us on pre-arrival arrangements and was very lovely to show us around this very nice property, which reminded me of a combination of Art Nouveau and Mediterranean design elements

Great stay !! We loved the place. The staff was the nicest, the breakfast was really good, the swimming pool was perfect and quite available. Free parking, great wifi and the room was big and comfortable
We made the best decision to stay here, as initially we had thought about staying in toulouse city center. As we had a car it was a short ride into Toulouse with all the advantages of the hotel
We can very much recommend the hotel and will come back
Kevin, who was on reception for a lot of our trip was an angel; helping us with navigating through the beautiful city of Toulouse
We loved the refurbishment since our previous visits. We loved Kevin, so helpful. But why does the restaurant close in French holidays? Do french people give up eating when they go on holiday????
Alban and Camile went above and beyond to accommodate my stay. Since it was low season, certain amenities aren't available which is understandable given the affordable prices for such a luxurious hotel
