The hotel location is great because it is in front of the old bridge. They do not have a parking lot.

Great rooms, ours had a balcony with a view of the Medieval city - but I don't know if ALL rooms have a balcony.
Location is a ten minute walk to town centre or the mediaeval city. Lovely river walks nearby and plenty of restaurants.
The hotel breakfast is a buffet of hot and cold. Mostly adequate, and good value - occasionally it could have been refreshed a little more regularly.
Staff polite. If I visit Carcassonne again I would happily rebook here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sowell Hotels Les Chevaliers. We booked a Deluxe room with a terrace and a view of the medieval fortress of Carcassonne, and we definitely did not regret it. At night, the fortress was beautifully illuminated, and the view from the terrace was absolutely stunning.
The room itself was very nice. Even though it was -3°C outside, the room was warm thanks to the heating, and it felt very comfortable and cozy. Sleeping was also very comfortable. The room was quiet, and we did not hear any noise from other guests.
We booked the room with breakfast. Breakfast was served as a buffet, with a good variety of food, all tasty and fresh.
Everything was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The location is absolutely unbeatable - stepping out the front door, I was practically at the gates of the medieval city. The evening stroll along the ramparts with the hotel’s illuminated facade in view was magical.
My room was spacious and comfortable, with that perfect balance of modern amenities and traditional charm. Excellent breakfast!

Excellent location and very nice service. The team members were very welcoming, sincere and act very professionally.
We loved the medieval / romantique way decoration with the view on the old city. What a pity the bedroom had some amount of dust on corners and painting falling appart in the bathroom+ the tap was broken. Overall, our stay was very good.

The environment is nice. Facing the Carcassonne Castle, the view is beautiful. The breakfast is average.

Good room and good location. Beware on July 14th as they shutdown the terrace for hotel guest until 10pm despite them repeatedly confirming full access on the phone.
They also don’t seem to be aware of parking situation in the city for their busiest day of the year.

That’s not worth of a 4 star hotel

Good location, rooms are bare bones. No refrigerator, no phone to call front desk, not
much view. And of course since it's France have to go to front desk to get any ice. Sorry, Americans don't understand why nobody likes cold drinks here?
