Excellent hotel.
It's only a 2-star hotel, but its quality far surpasses some 3-star establishments! Friendly and welcoming staff. Comfortable beds, large smart TV, and a great shower with a heated towel rail. A very good choice.

Pleasant hotel, clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location in the city center, with restaurants nearby.

Right in the city center, spacious, well-appointed rooms, and a beautiful, luxurious bathroom. Our room overlooked a small square hosting a Christmas market. Very nice. Free parking in a locked garage. Simple breakfast.

A charming, typical little hotel in a great location, close to restaurants and sights, run by very friendly staff who speak excellent English. Kudos to Elbek, who go out of their way to ensure a wonderful stay.
The breakfast is varied and changes slightly every day. We stayed for five nights and loved chatting with the two young receptionists.
They can arrange a taxi from Bukhara train station to the hotel.

If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be the slightly firm mattress, but we've had the same problem throughout the country, except in hotels like Mercure and Hyatt.

Perfect location for lovely bars and restaurants. Room was clean and the shower room excellent
