About me, I am a student from Germany and have studied in three different countries. So I am used to moving to new appartments in foreign countries.
1.Never before has it been so easy for me to rent a place in a foreign country. Even in germany, it hasnt been easier.
2.I have never had a more friendly and helpful landlord. He was always available on his cellphone and when I needed his assistance, he was always there as soon as he could.
3.Every attribute of the rooms and services was provided as it states on their website.
4.Paying the rent was always easy. The Landlord is usually there between morning till 1900 and I always payed in cash. There wherent any conflicts with the payments.
I had a more than pleassent stay during the last 5 months. I waited five months before makiing my evaluation, so it could be more accurate.
