We only ate at the restaurant, which should probably be rated separately from the hotel. The food was good, especially the Flammkuchen, and the location picturesque. This may be one of the few places that is open continuously throughout the day, or at least opens earlier than most other restaurants, making it a good option for hungry travelers. Recommended.

Horrible service! There were many flies, like we are fighting to 10 flies while eating. One fly went to my drink and i asked the girl-waiter with a short blond hair if she could replace my drink cause there's no way im not gonna drink a cola with a swimming fly. She did get my drink annoyingly but to my surprise, she only transferred it to a different glass that doesn't even look like clean (in all fairness she removed the fly but how would you expect for the customer to drink it). Now im not sure about the integrity of their food, flies on the food seemed normal to that waiter.

Quiche Lorraine no taste at all, bread is not fresh what a disappointment . Never ever…the onion soup was a disaster no taste hot it was no proper base for a soup.
I am critical but this was the worse meal I ever had. Sorry the chef owner must not have any respect for its customers…

We tried the restaurant - nice location, especially the seats outside, pretty quiet considered that you are in the city centre. food is ok, fair prices compared to others. Average service - nice staff but it seems they aren’t well organised as you have to wait some time for everything

Do NOT go! This place has the rudest service I have ever experienced in over 35 countries. Not only they were more than 1 hour late with our food, they didn’t even come to take our drinks order. When I inquired about the status , the waitress instead of offering an explanation and apologizing for the very long delay started yelling at us. This was followed by an equally rude manager who told us we should be happy that they welcomed us in their establishment. I have never been treated so rudely and received such a poor service as a paying customer. Avoid at all cost!

We went here twice for dinner and every time had a great experience. The people are very attentive (even though the place was busy) and nice. The food was great. They have several vegetarian options (I loved the potato&cheese sauce one). The wine is good. The prices are overall not high.

We went here for a late lunch on the 26th of December so it's nice that it was open and it's right in the center. However, the food was nit very good. The vegetable "steak" was just a fried burger patty that costs just a few euros but was priced at €20. It was not well made, and neither was the onion soup. The onion quiche was tasty. The older waitress was not
friendly but the younger one was nice. The bathroom was difficult to find and there was only cold water. Overall, it did the job, but I would not recommend going there of you have other options.
