The staff are amazing, we were treated very well. Most of the staff had a good command of English too, which really helped. I would stay there again, no problem.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, 10 min away from the town center. The rooms were clean but the wifi was very slow even though it advertised super fast internet, the breakfast was poor and you had to boil the eggs yourself. The breakfast price was expensive for what it is, knowing that children are charged half price. The parking was big and free of charge. Overall, good for a 3 star hotel

Rooms clean and tidy, hotel generally well presented. It advertises high speed WiFi which wasn’t working on our floor. When I raised this with reception, the receptionist just kept repeating the password. I explained it wasn’t a password issue but it fell on deaf ears. We were only there for two nights but the hotel was very convenient for parking as we visiting the countryside. Staff were very polite and helpful. I do wish the room had a small refrigerator, just for drinks and medication that needed to be kept cool. Other than that, the room was fine.

Not bad if you don't mind spending the night in a soulless pod. Staff's polite and friendly but they do make Days Inn US feel like Mayberry.

Perfectly placed if you wish to visit the WW2 Normandy sites. Clean rooms, helpful staff, very nice place to stay considering it was very well priced.

Small but adequate and quiet rooms, also kept quite clean. Nothing interesting in the immediate vacinity but priced quite reasonably. We did not pay for the breakfast though I did cashed a few coffees from their machine after being given permission to so so, which helped my impression immeasurably. I would stay here again, but might prefer to hunt for something closer to the center of town.

Good budget hotel with very helpful staff.

Basic hotel. The location is good, close to the center by walk or car. The room is small and the bathroom is like a camper. I don’t like that you have to pay for the amenities. The breakfast is ok, according to the price. You can bring you dog with you and enjoy the breakfast in the terrace. Also there is a check-in machine in the parking to do it if you come late.

It's about a 10-minute walk from the station. You can also walk to the center of Bayeux, so it's recommended for those who walk. Overall, it was very clean.

Very good, very close to the Normandy War Memorial, not far from the Tapestry Museum and Notre Dame de Bayeux, the room is spacious, two down and three beds, suitable for families.

Everything is okay for a budget hotel. I have tried this hotel chain before. However, this time it's different because there is a self check in for this branch. I also lost one one of my vanity items. Good thing my other items were not lost. The reception staff were friendly and approachable. Unfortunately, I was not able to raise this concern as I am in a rush for my train.

Basic, cheap and perfect as a stopover. We arrived late and appreciated the ability to do an automated check in. Hotel is gated. Situated right next to McDonald's and a L'Eclerc.

The rooms were very basic and little room to hang or store any clothes so we worked out of our cases. The bed was particularly low though quite comfortable..The bathroom was a self contained cubicle with 'wet floor' design that included the toilet! Very difficult to keep clean and not suitable for outdoor shoes or socks! This room design is becoming dated and would stop us from using Premiere Classe...

This hotel was cheap and clean and comfortable, we stayed in the family room. The WiFi worked, the telly worked the aircon kept us cool enough. We didn't use the breakfast facilities because of our travelling times. We would definitely use them again. Plus staff were lovely and very accommodating. Also car park is locked on a night so we felt our car was safe.

We stayed here in 2014 while following my father's footsteps to hill 67 in Aug 1944. Really enjoyed our stay and the front sitting room with a bottle of wine. I would return.

Perfect bed, hard to wake up. Way better breakfast than Ibis Style. Proximity to train station is key. Quiet neighborhood. 15mn to Castle and Vaugueux dining area.

Had two days in Caen exploring the local area. Lovely hotel and easily accessible to get out into the countryside from. Parking is ok, but shared, but they allowed me to put my motorcycle in their garage. All the staff were super helpful. Great breakfast, get better than most! Would stay here again if in the Caen area.

Overnight before catching the early ferry Overnight stay before the ferry home early next morning, so was unable to have breakfast. The hotel reception and rooms have been refurbished since our previous visit two years, which has made a big improvement, the corridors are still the same, but the main areas had been addressed.

Beds were very comfortable. The shower head was actuary really nice! Parking was easy. Since we were there for a quick sleep and then we back in the road, Ibis served its purpose.

The hotel is very simple, but everything works well. The location is poor, far from the city center. But the price is worth it. We didn't have breakfast there, but there's a McDonald's right next door.

There's no hairdryer. The vending machine on the first floor doesn't give change. There are quite a few rough people around the building. Still, it's fine for a single adult male.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the train and bus stations. The room was small and clean, but the bedside was a bit dusty. There was a non-removable clothes hanger on the bunk bed, which was poorly placed and could easily hit your head. Amenities were limited, with no hair dryer or kettle. Front desk service was good.

Great hotel, didn’t really get the full experience due to the language barrier , and our room was half way cleaned. The restaurant has no English menu, but the food is amazing , just good luck because theres no English speaker to explain the magnificent flavors they put at the table.

Maurice and I had the “Promenade” (tasting) menu. It was disappointing. The first and second courses were almost identical. The service was not impeccable and - in my view - the menu and wines were overpriced for what was on offer.

Location was good but the room was extremely small and inconvenient. No space to put your belongings. There were some shelves in the bathroom. Breakfast was included but it was very basic.

Could not have asked for anything more from this little gem. The lady on reception was very welcoming and informative. I had a parking space booked and she kindly explained the exit process for the next day. The hotel is in the heart of Caen and would go back again. It was a nice hotel. It looked like it had been remodeled recently. Our room was spacious. I know AC is not a big thing in Europe but given that the rooms look like they had recently been renovated I was a little surprised that they had not added AC. Very quaint hotel but nice on the inside. Noise can travel quite far because of the open design, but it didn't affect my sleep. House red wine is quite good! Food is also quite good and varied.

it's not a great hotel but it's also not a bad hotel location wise . we had a water down pipe running though the wall and it must of had a return near the bed as all we had most of the night was crashing water from I'm guessing showers etc .

Wonderful BNB This is an extremely lovely bed and breakfast. We had the room with the courtyard view. It was a suite size! Unusual for Europe. The hostess is so friendly and helpful. She also make delicious chocolate cake. The location in the city is perfect! Walkable to everything including the train station.

The location is at the heart of the restaurant district I counted 8 sidewalk cafes within a few blocks. It is slso in the heart of the historic town. Within easy walking distance of Everything! Great location near old Bayeux, with lots of restaurants and cafes and shops just outside. Rooms around a lovely courtyard. Breakfast was great! One morning crepes, one morning homemade cake. The homemade yogurt was wonderful. Great way to start your stay in Bayeux.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect—a great spot to see the D-Day beaches and take trips to Mount Saint Michel, Saint-Malo, and Falaise. Our room was lovely, breakfast was excellent, and we felt welcome and very comfortable. It was a very charming place, exactly what we needed. Wewould very much recommend it.

Great hotel for the price off season. Clean and basic. Be mindful that their is no lift, and in my opinion, it is not polite to insist to an older woman to carry baggage. I would skip the breakfast as the eggs were cold and ran out in the first 20 minutes that breakfast was open. No one was around to help with breakfast service. Junior Suite was superb. Clara and Julienne at the reception desk were thoughtful and kind. The bar and fireplace with hot chocolate at the end of the day was special. Bayeux at Christmas time is adorable.

Stayed and use Ibis on my tours of France, but this Ibis is tired and in need of a refit.. Staff were very friendly and helpful but my room was on the small side and with no air con sleep took a while to happen !! But I didn't pay a lot so you can't argue too much, used again on return to ferry and as it was cooler, was much better, but didn't change the fact it's tired. Secure car park was a plus

We only stayed for 1 night. Free parking, very cheap. Room was ok, quite small. The bathroom was ok, towels supplied. Room was old and could do with a makeover, had a small window which faced over the car park. Had a small heater which worked well and warmed the room. Staff was excellent. Breakfast delivered to the room was a bonus. The room was sizable. My only downside is that we could hear people sneeze in the room beside us and people walking across the floor above.

A nice little hotel, very centrally located. Easy walking distance to the train station, chateau, abbayes and restaurants. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were wonderful, and the evening clerk gave us lots of advice for where to eat, the best things to do, and how to get there.

A wonderful stay in the centre of Caen. The hotel is quaint clean and the room was spacious and lovely. We had a good fan, a welcome addition during the heatwave. A lovely view into Caen and close to restaurants and touristic attractions. We highly recommend!

This hotel is great! Only one thing I want to mention is the shower booth that the bottom of the glass door’s packing is off, as a result almost of the water from shower leak to the bathroom floor.

This hotel is great! I would have given it five stars if it had an elevator. Everything was very clean and well done. Our room, 32, had a balcony. The lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful.

Nice Ambience with good customer satisfaction

Quiet. Very close to the World War II Museum in Caen. Free parking at the hotel. About 10 minutes drive to the city center. Roadside parking in Caen is very cheap at night. You can park all night at 0.3 euros. It is also close to Bayeux and about 1 hour to Utah Beach.

Enjoyed staying at the hotel which never let me down as a brand of Best Western, the room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and nice. The only issue was the shower did not has its enclosure so the floor of the toilet could be wet and slippery that can create health and safety concerns.

Hotel and pleasant staff reserved for the swimming pool, but closed until April and nothing indicated on the site.
