Contrary to the presentation of the hotel at ******* site there was no such thing as free parking. At the recommendation of the hotel we hat to use a public parking close to the hotel for 26,40 Euro for the one night we stayed.
Moreover, we were told that even in case one of the two (!) parking places of the hotel had been free, it would have been payable at a rate close to the one at the public garage.
Getting from the hotel to the parking in Lille’s not so easy understandable traffic, coming back to the hotel and all the communication around parking including finding out how and where to pay cost us about an hour of our limited time in Lille.
Service was friendly. No air conditioning on a hot day. That was ok as we knew that in advance. We were able to open the window, by doing so, however, we got mosquitos.
Location is good. It is close to the old city center and the train station.

The hotel was nice and a good price. Good location in the center of the city. Of course this means it is in the center of the city, so you have to be ok with some noise and bustle, but we found it very convenient and the staff was very good about answering questions and giving us recommendations for restaurants and directions. Over all, it was a good hotel!

Fantastic location and very affordable. Not to mention how clean and modern this hotel was. Very happy with our stay here and will be back

Regarding the kettle and coffee, there was no kettle in the room, but other hotels have them available to customers.

The hotel is on a noisy street, when entering the bathroom there was a piece of toilet paper on the floor. Quite noisy, the walls are made of cardboard, plus the noise from the street. The price is very high.

Great location, spacious room, nice bed. Quite a climb to get to the top, but not disturbing. Would definitely go again

Great modern, colourful and (most important in freezing temperatures) warm room. Guests can control temp directly on a very effective and warm radiator. Very friendly helpful staff. Good bathroom. Ample storage for clothes and stand for suitcase . Hotel in amazing location. Only down sides are lift is a little slow and rooms don't seem to be soundproofed from sounds from neighbouring rooms. I'd recommend this place if you're visiting Lille.
