2 nite stay traveling throughout northern France - nice older hotel near everything- front desk staff was excellent

Very nice building, great condition and decor. However the staff could be a little more friendly.

Excellent value.
Ideal location for rail travellers, only an easy 15 minute walk from Lille-Europe station and less than 5 minutes from the Grande Place.
Spacious and quiet room but ensuite facility extremely small and cramped.
Staff were very friendly and helpful..

A lovely charming hotel, perfectly located right in the heart of Lille. The breakfast was quite standard, and the extra charge for eggs felt a bit steep for my taste. However, they offered a great selection of artisanal jams. Definitely recommended.

Beautiful hotel and well located. The building is quite old but amazingly decorated. Guests can have an abundant breakfast . Tiny lift. Minibar locked and needs a key for it.

Location is good, near the Lille Flandres station. Also near a collapsed building, which is a little scary, but was not a problem during our stay. Hotel is beautiful & clean, although each room has a different layout, so quality may vary a bit. Concierge is very nice, but is not always guarding the front desk. Biggest problem is the hotel is infested with mosquitoes & has no air conditioning. My room also didn't have any outlets near the bed, making it difficult to plug in my phone or fans.
