Welcoming hotel reception superb very helpful lady at desk . Very enjoyable stay

The hotel was nice and a good price. Good location in the center of the city. Of course this means it is in the center of the city, so you have to be ok with some noise and bustle, but we found it very convenient and the staff was very good about answering questions and giving us recommendations for restaurants and directions. Over all, it was a good hotel!

Fantastic location and very affordable. Not to mention how clean and modern this hotel was. Very happy with our stay here and will be back

Regarding the kettle and coffee, there was no kettle in the room, but other hotels have them available to customers.

The hotel is on a noisy street, when entering the bathroom there was a piece of toilet paper on the floor. Quite noisy, the walls are made of cardboard, plus the noise from the street. The price is very high. The room is small

It was a very comfy bed and a great location.....especially because we saw the start of the Tour de France : ) We tried the recommended restaurants and liked them very much.

This hotel is very good. There is no reception. Everything is done by entry codes. Code to get inside the hotel and a code to get into your room. Make sure you have this information before you arrive. No lift so not recommended for elderly people unless on ground floor. We only had breakfast once but it was very good. All clean and very quiet. The best quality/price ratio that I have ever seen. A high-class establishment where every detail is designed to strive for excellence. The rooms are very spacious, the equipment and materials are of high quality. This particular hotel is truly special in the good sense of the word. A must-see.

The hostel was good. Nice kitchen, nice breakfast area, good breakfast. I liked the strong coffee at breakfast, but the young woman who worked at 12 December, made horrible weak coffee at breakfast. Also in the expresso machine she made bad weak coffee, not like the other colleagues. Lille is a beautiful city for a city trip, especially around Christmas.

Location is good, there is a bus stop nearby. Room is clean and has a comfort room and shower inside. They offer food at the lobby. The beds have curtains so it’s great.

The hostel isn’t located in the city center but traveling to the hostel is super easy. The bus station is just next to the hostel. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I was even allowed to check in earlier, but wouldn’t advise to expect for every case. My room is on the 1st floor but the bathrooms on this floor weren’t working so I had to go to other floors. Excellent location literally opposite the train station and Westfield. Simple but sufficient breakfast. Very spacious room with nice toiletries. Great cleaning service. Will definitely be back real soon. Shame there's no kids facilities though.

Hotel was in a great location just a few minutes outside Lille Europe station and close to centre of Lille. Room was large and very friendly staff. Great for a short break.

Hotel is conveniently located beside Lille Europe station and 10 min walk away from the city centre. There's a huge Carrefour located in Westfield EuraLille. Room was spacious and contemporary. Breakfast buffet spread was limited compared to other Novotel hotels.

The room was great value for money with the staff being so hospitable and provided an amazing service, catering for our request of extra pillows and luggage storage (departure day) without hesitation. Would happily stay here again!

Perfect location for a short stay in Lille. Easy access to a few restaurants and a bus stop going into town. In walking distance of the Grand Palais and Zenith (why we chose this one). Kind and helpful reception desk employees. Rooms are not big but sufficient for a short stay. Parking garage in the building, which is nice too. We would return, especially if we needed to go to Grand Palais or Zenith

Very satisfied, in a convenient location in Lille

It's very close to the city center, making transportation convenient. The decor is great, and the daily free coffee is a highlight. The staff are also very helpful. The only drawback is that the soundproofing upstairs is a bit poor; footsteps can be heard very clearly, which affects my rest and sleep at night.

There was no safe in the apartment. The photo does not match what I booked. It was still great!

Excellent Address Very good and clean, an excellent place to stay. Only (little) problem is that it was noisy on the street - though that did not last long and the night was calm overall.

Perfect Everything was perfect. The staff and welcome were perfect. The only downside is that the area around the hotel isn't very clean and walkable at night, but that's not their fault and it's the price you pay for such a great location.

Excellent central location near to both railway stations. Hostel was clean, comfortable and modern; excellent bunk beds in smaller men’s dorm; large lockers (remember to bring a small padlock or hire one for 2Euros). Nice kitchen/lounge area; good showers. Would definitely stay there again.

The front desk staff were very nice, and communication was smooth! I stayed two nights, and the window offered a view of the sunrise! The breakfast was plentiful, with bread, coffee, and fruit.

The location is decent, within a 15-minute walk from the train station, and the park along the way is nice. The hotel had a slight odor, so you need to open the windows for ventilation. Cleanliness was so-so; there was hair and black spots in the blankets, and spider webs were visible outside the window. The room I was initially assigned, 417, was the last room available; the bedside lamp was broken...

My first impression of this hotel was excellent thanks to the front desk staff, kudos to him. I don’t have photos of the room, but it was very good for the price. The hotel is in a residential area within walking distance of Vieux Lille. The walk can be a bit dark at night, so solo female travellers should take extra care. I’ll stay here again though.

The Internet connexion wasnt working and also the staff knew about the problem they didnt bather so much to fixe it And if you would not put down the toilette sit the room became smelly ( discusting toilette smell) In rest it was ok
