Excellent location , very good breakfast and service

Great stay overall! The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. The room was spacious, very clean, and the shower was especially comfortable. One detail I really loved was the coffee machine added to the room—it was such a nice touch and made mornings much better. Would definitely stay here again!

Very pleased with our stay at Boa Hotel. The room was lovely and clean. The staff were very courteous and helpful. They were able to recommend some restaurants for dinner, which were within walking distance (20 mins). Hotel location was just 10 mins from Eurostar station and just 5 mins to the shopping areas. All in all, I would happily stay here again.

The hotel is ideally located in the city centre. My single room was small, the shower cubicle even more so, but the bed was comfortable and it had a splendid view. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient and the breakfast was excellent. It's a shame there are no public areas to speak of - just a few seats in the small reception area and no bar - but there's no shortage of bars, cafés and restaurants...

If you go to Lille for vacation, this hotel is ideal to stay. Walking distance to the restaurants and other scenic spots.

We stayed here for the Mussel festival - Grand Braderie. The first noticeable thing on arrival was the stench of sewage, which no doubt would have existed at other times as well so be warned. Centrally located an easy 15 min walk from Lille Europe, maybe half that to Lille Flanders, I picked this hotel because it was well located for the station and reasonably priced. Check in was easy, with a friendly helpful person on the desk. Room was comfortable with everything you'd expect of an Ibis. Location and aervice good but room very tired and very warm. Radiator in bathroom could not go off (paint chipped off), airco in room was yellow and broke (color dead give away). Overall you can see that since the hotel was “created” it has not been maintained well.

Unfortunately, despite checkout being between 6 and 12 a.m., the chambermaid asked us to leave the room twice, knocking loudly at 9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. The service at the reception was friendly, as was the breakfast service.

The family and I really liked this small hotel right in the city of Lille. Convenient to all train stations. Convenient to all shopping. Hotel is small, but nice, and rooms are quiet and nice. Wonderful little hotel. My single room was compact so had just enough room to unfold a cabin suitcase on the floor but that was perfect for me. The hotel breakfast is average, it's purely for accommodation without any supporting facilities. There are many delicious restaurants nearby, but the surrounding environment is quite complicated. There are many homeless people and unconscious people, but they will not enter the hotel.

All in all its a nice place but if I have to be honest it was not as clean as I expected and as the pictures indicated. But it was a fair price for the stay and the bed was really comfy.

We spent a week I'm a suite with it's own patio. It was comfortable and quiet. Directly across the street from the metro station, so convenient to get to the city center without having to stay in the middle of it. The suite was just adorable and comfortable. I really hope to return one day.

The Au Chat Qui Dort team is helpful, professional and willing to help. The properties are well maintained. The rooms have all you need for your stay. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. I like the location of the other properties best. But this one compensates with the metro being next door. the rooms are quiet at night. The best part for me is that they are pet friendly.

Out of the centre and quiet but very close to Metro - one stop to Gare Lille Europe. Nice room on first floor with its own spacious balcony. Really lovely Aparthotel, just a short walk or metro ride from Lille city centre! The room was really modern, with plenty of plug sockets. Loved the addition of a very mini kitchenette too. A lovely stay at a very welcoming hotel. Well placed for driving to, and we left the car to hop on the metro stop opposite which was a couple of minutes from the centre of the very beautiful Lille. Lovely room on the ground floor which had a little terrace. Very welcoming team and a really nice breakfast to set us up for a long day of travelling. Would come back here if staying in Lille.

A lovely charming hotel, perfectly located right in the heart of Lille. The breakfast was quite standard, and the extra charge for eggs felt a bit steep for my taste. However, they offered a great selection of artisanal jams. Definitely recommended.

We would DEFINITELY stay here again. Great location. Beautiful decorated. Comfortable rooms. Lovely communal area. We honestly couldn’t have wished for a better hotel. What a fantastic place to stay. I travelled with my 67 year old, and as two females we felt so safe. Really great.

The one star doesn't meet the expectations and is way overrated. The price we paid was for a 2/3 star restaurant not a one star Michelin. Nevertheless the staff is very helpful and the hotel accommodation is great as well.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The room was quiet, spacious and very comfortable. The overall presentation of the hotel is excellent. No doubt, Clarance Hotel is the best address in Lille.

The room is very clean. It is next to the train station and you can walk one kilometer to the city. There is a large shopping mall next to the hotel. The front desk is very friendly. I recommend it to friends who come to Lille to stay in the hotel. Temporary parking is available at the hotel, and it is also very convenient for customers to pick us up.

The location is absolutely 100% perfect. It’s right opposite the train station. It has an elevator. It’s also new. It looks like it’s been renovated. I think the biggest drawback is that the service attitude is really bad. When I stored my luggage, there was no space. I could only store it behind the bar in the restaurant on the first floor. The waiters were the front desk staff. I found it very confusing...

I was well received at the reception. But the cleanliness needs to be reviewed... There were marks on the walls, on the curtains, the dust under the bed is not removed... the shower door seal does not close... Otherwise the position of the hotel is very good opposite the station, on the other hand remember to reserve a parking space because it is not included in the reservation!

There are quite a few hotels like this in this area. The restaurant is on the lower floor, and you check in and out there. When there was no one at the counter, an older woman eating there told me what to do. The building is old, so it has been repaired very nicely. I don't know what they really think, but they were very cheerful.

This hotel is very close to Lille Flandres station. It is very convenient if you need to catch the train early. The price is very affordable and the room is not too small. It is also very clean. They provide breakfast which is quiet good for a French hotel.

Location is amazing. Train station is 1 minute away. City center is about 10 minutes walk. View is also very nice. The staff is great. The room is very tidy, cozy and comfortable and it has everything you could need. There's no elevator so that may be an issue for those with a lot of laguage and / or heavy laguage. I'm very satisfied and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable. No lift so had to climb 23/25 stairs to get to reception. The man in reception was nice the room was clean the toilet was really small and shower was not accessible. While the gentleman was nice I wouldn’t stay here again.

No fresh bedding or towels during my entire stay. Although the bed was made every day, the sheets were not changed for 5 days, nor were the towels.

As far as 3 star hotels go, this is one of the best I've stayed in. Convenient location, everything as described. Only potential issue is the stairs are extremely narrow and there's no lift. Wasn't a problem for me, but definitely could be for anyone with mobility issues.

The apartment was just amazing. Funky, stylish and clean. A perfect base for some Lille exploring. Accessible from the train station and an easy wander into the old town. The hosts were lovely too. Very accommodating and friendly.

Absolutely stunning apartments. Got an upgrade on arrival to the 3 floor mega apartment. The best place we have ever stayed easily and really well priced! Staff are super friendly and location is amazing. No complaints at all. Recommend 110%.

This is a nice hotel. It is very convenient for the city centre, but you get what you pay for. It was an economical choice and that shows. I stayed for two nights and that was fine. Longer, and I would have unhappy. It may have just been my room, but I would hear everyone else’s plumbing, whether that was shower at one in the morning, or a bath at five in the morning, hence, not much sleep. But...

Beware, rude treatment at this hotel I had booked a deluxe double room with a city view. When I arrived that afternoon, the reception clerk was extremely abrupt and rude to me, for seemingly no reason except he appeared overworked. Jewel of an apartment. It is about 15 minutes from the train stations on foot. It is close to shopping and old Lille. The beds were comfortable and the toilet was large and well organized. I would definitely stay here again (it is my second time).
