Booked in error, got the week wrong and asked both personally and through the website whether something could be done. They would have had a full week to find another visitor but chose to take the money and run. Unkind.
Bit harsh in my judgement but never saw the place

Hello, I arrived at this establishment with my wife. We were greeted by a manager. He was told that we were staying for one evening and that we were only having one breakfast because my wife does not have breakfast in the morning, she only has a coffee. The gentleman was warned and so the next day I went to have breakfast for me and an extra coffee for my wife. She was unwell and could not come down so I asked to take breakfast to our room. I took some pastries, a slice of bread, and coffee for my wife, but there was one there. I came back from the establishment and she told me that I had taken too much and so she said to me, "I'm going to make you pay for two breakfasts," but I'm quite heavy and I have a good breakfast in the morning. This lady forced me to have two breakfasts, which was not agreed upon at the start, so it's downright theft. I paid for two breakfasts when I only had one and a coffee for my wife, so I paid for the extra coffee. 13, the price of a breakfast is scandalous, I do not recommend this place, avoid it like the plague
