Very good hotel 1km walking distance to City Center. Good breakfast. Excellent customer service. Nice decor, ambience, old world look with modern amenities. I would recommend for staying in Nantes, France.

On the outside it looks old and worn out, but it’s so much better than for instance le Pommes D’ or in La Charité-sur-Loire (don’t ever go there!!!) The friendly atmosphere and willingness’s to help was very good. The petit dejeunier was nice but not to write about. For a night it’s okay
We stayed at this hotel two nights. Room was very comfortable, bed, pillows and linens all lovely. Staff at reception and bar were extremely friendly and very helpful. We had the small breakfast the first morning which consisted of sitting in the reception area with juice, coffee, yoghurt, breads with jam, honey and chocolate spread. The second morning a complete disaster, we decided to have...
This hotel was pretty good comparing to our experience in Paris. Location was good. Public parking is recommended. Don't pay 13 Euros to the hotel. Public parking next to it is just 8.50 per day and only for hours when you use it. Thus, it will be much cheaper. If you leave at 9AM and park at 6PM or between 12PM and 2PM - it is free. Staff was OK but not very friendly. We had a small fridge and a kettle...
I think I booked a classic room for 4 ppl but when I checked in, it was a standard room for 2 ppl. Anyway, I was there alone so I didnt make any complain. The room is standard and clean. Breakfast serving time is only to 10 am which I missed it.
The room was comfortable. But the drain system in the bathroom basin was clogged!
I stayed here because I like this city. The facilities are good and it is close to the rose garden.

The size and comfort of the bed, the spacious room, the coffee was good, the trolleys, easy to find and park, decent restaurant - easy to get a glass of water, big tv, great shower, nicely decorated.
Lovely stay and goog food in the morning.... The place was clean and kept well..
We had an overnight stay on our way back. Very conveniently located near the A10. Bed was comfortable albeit a bit narrow for two adults of our calibre. Food was excellent, wine list a bit over-priced. Friendly staff, good parking facilities. Will be on our list for future stopovers.
Old dated hotel with some modern decorative updates. No Aircon in the rooms, cleaning staff start early. No hot food available for breakfast. Bed wasn't very comfortable.
Cosy place to be at, the reception office is mobile you need to ask where the office can be located on your arrival.
Great vacation! Vegetable garden, chicken coop, beehives! Great decor, quiet hotel! I recommend

very quite room, even in front of the bus station. Close to train station and ideally in place in the city. Nice bar, nice people, nice breakfast. I highly recommand
The room decor was very European and large, the breakfast was excellent.
Location, service and cleanliness are all good. Because it is an old hotel, the facilities are not very good, but it is not inconvenient.
Great hotel, slept well and rested
I enjoyed my room in this hotel very much, sadly my dad had a different experience. Every room in the hotel is different according to staff meaning that for the same price people are getting completely different rooms. In my case my room was so much nicer than my fathers he went down to reception to change rooms. Though I do appreciate the fact that they gave my father a similar room to mine immediately...
Well located for the train station although a little bit out of the main town. We had a slight false start after being given a room yet to be cleaned and then our new room stunk of smoke, although this was rectified by opening the windows for a bit. The rooms were quite large which was a nice change. Breakfast was disappointing with the breakfast rooms feeling quite cramped and the selection somewhat...

Good enough. The hotel is old, but our connected rooms were very clean and we had everything we needed. Good sound isolation, slept good, no any noise. One of our room was little bit cold, no heated.
The staff really helped us during our stay. The room were spacious with bathtub and it was clean with good produits.
basic but very good and excellent safe underground parking
Staff here are fantastic and extremely helpful! The room is a good size, nicely furnished and in good condition. The housekeeping staff do an excellent job keeping the room/hotel clean. Our room has a view of the rail station as is very quiet, the best sleep we’ve had after 8 days in Paris. No hesitation to recommend this hotel, enjoy!
Breakfasts are included in the room rate. The bathroom is combined in the room, everything is clean. The room has an 800 ml kettle, two mugs and a couple of tea bags. In general, everything is fine.
For economy class is very good, perfect for tourists who come only to sleep.Quiet,clean.

Great location. Nice breakfast, clean room. BUT - staff were not that helpful. Obsessed with Hilton process, rather than the customer. The only Hilton I have stayed (and I stayed in one last night so did check) where despite having paid for the room already, they wanted a physical card to take against me damaging the room! They got very very cross when I said I didn’t have a card. Why are they...
Great location, close to all bars and restaurants, good breakfast. Only cons is no parking. The good is city parking regulation free from 6:30PM to 9:00AM. Don't park in the underground parking lot, the street parking lot is in the back of the hotel. There are lots parking spaces. * Need a bigger sign facing the river, it is so hard to find the hotel
The ideal base for your castle tour. Excellent location. Underground parking directly in front of the hotel, moderate price. Nice rooms, very friendly young team, free breakfast. Old town with nice restaurants and bars in walking distance. Excellent value for money.
Excellent location; 5 minutes from the old town. On the Main Street of Tours, next to tram station. You can walk to the main train station in 15 minutes or take the tram if you have luggage. Some rooms have great views of the River Loire. The self check-in lets you select the room but you still have to stop at the reception before you can get the digital key. Good, clean and updated comfortable rooms...
It's exactly as what we've expected from Hampton. Comfortable beds, friendly staff and overall just a fine hotel. The location is very good, close to nice restaurants and cafés.

Styilsh hotel, well-equipped and highly recommandable. Parking space available.
I've been in many 4 stars hotels in my life, this is probably one of the finest. the people who works there are really nice, the building is amazing. if you pay the extra for the room with "place gralin" view you've got yourself a really good view. it would be a 5 star review if the gym was a little bigger
Everything is very good, except one day the room is not been cleaned and there's no café
Very central.hotel in Nantes. Friendly staff, large rooms with great amenities. Parking was a pain, but others have mentioned this. It's free but either call the hotel.or go there first for instruction and a code to get into the area.

Great hotel, lovely staff and convenient location. Annoyingly it looks like the hotel has parking when you book but it doesn't (one of the reasons I chose it). A nearby car park that is over 20 euros for the night so factor that in. Breakfast is great.
Large clean rooms, highly efficiency booking, check-in and check-out service, a central location and a third of the price of another central Chartres hotel who told us they didn't have parking available and provided no alternative. The Mercure gave us helpful information on local parking and we were delighted to cancel our pricey and parking-unfriendly initial choice and rebook with the Mercure. The...
Straightforward booking, check in and check out processes. Fantastic central location. Large clean and well designed rooms. Special thank you to Nancy on the cleaning staff who helped me with room access. Overall very impressed with Mercure and will stay with the brand again.
Provides what one would expect, clean, well maintained and quiet. Nicely situated to the centre and Cathedral.
Hotel does not have restaurant but there are many good restaurants nearby. Rooms are comfortable location is excellent in the center of city close to all attractions Hotel has no parking but there is public parking nearby. Very good hospitality

Amazing time at this hotel. I had noted in the original booking it was for my girlfriend's birthday and we had balloons and petals on arrival. The room was very clean and the staff were lovely. I have mixed reviews about this hotel but i definitely dont love it. So the first thing is security. You need to give the key to reception before leaving the hotel. The location is also good and the staff are lovely. It can be a tad noisy in the...
Quality hotel: reception, service, breakfast, room, architecture of the place. Special mention to the little things! No false note and all that in the heart of Nantes. Recommended with eyes closed. Thanks to the whole team of La Pérouse
This is a modern design hotel. Our room was spacious and very bright. Breakfast is up to standard with quality products. The staff is very welcoming and helpful with lots of little touches. Its location is perfect. We will be happy to return.
Very good hotel. The hotel is located in good area. Close to everything. The staff is very helpful. We recommend.
Very unique art nouveau hotel. One of a kind. Very original sculpture made from optical lenses, cd's, etc.... Room very confortable. Just a very small breakfast room level - 1, no windows. Order room service, (same price)... Location is great.

A lovely hotel, great service. Staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. Fantastic breakfast at a good price, well worth it. The only thing I would recommend is to explore parking options as their hotel's parking has a very narrow passages - if you have a 4x4 or anything a little larger like a volvo, wouldn't recommend trying to get in and/or out of it.
Found this hotel for luggage storage online 6 E per bag. Outstanding hotels just a few steps from the train stationed very polite service. We also enjoyed a cup of coffee and an orange juice. I recommend the hotel and their luggage storage service.
It’s right across from the train station, a description that doesn’t usually shout, “Great location!”, but Chartres is a small, clean, orderly city, so being so close doesn’t have the same dodgy atmosphere you would ordinarily expect. It just means you don’t have to drag your bags very far, and then it’s an easy walk to the cathedral and the rest of town. I passed on the 18€ breakfast because I just...

We enjoyed our weekend stay with our two children at the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with modern fit outs and good noise insulation. We enjoyed the indoor pool although in the last afternoon it was understandably a bit crowded. The only improvement that would be great is the organisation of the breakfast. Average hotel, average room, small pool. Nice for a maximum of 1 night.
Excellent service. Varied breakfast. A pleasant hotel to relax in. One drawback: There is no cold shower in the wellness area.
Staff was welcoming ,we got upgraded, which was I surprise to us,the pool and the amenities, top... One downside is going outside to get to the pool when it is cold and raining, other than that we loved our stay. It was also my companion's birthday and they gave us champagne 🥂which was very nice of them, thank you.
The value was good and the location quiet, in its own grounds. The breakfast was superb, featuring local farmer's produce and many choices. The room was large with good views to the gardens. We stayed here for 3 nights, this is part of our business travel and the staying was good! Reception desk was very helpful and we had great breakfast services there! It is good experience to stay at Nantes, the location was just cross the door to the train station. perfect location. Meanwhile the living room is equipped with a lot of shared space for co-working, perfect!
I checked in and when I went to the room I was assigned, there was somebody already in there! So I had to go back down with all my things to get another room. Also there was a guy who was drunk or mentally unstable (or both) in reception who was bothering guests (including me) and the staff did not do anything to get rid of him. Once I finally got my own room it was small but comfortable & clean enough...
Me and my wife had a very positive experience at the Hotel. Definitely, they have high standard in terms hygiene, customer service as well as food options. Very well located, close to bus stops and train station. At the reception, Sofie did really really well acting very sympathetically to all of our requests, always putting a smiling face. Thank you
A very practical and convenient hotel to stay in Nantes. Just a few steps from the train station and about 15min walking from the city centre. The rooms are perfect size, the breakfast really good and all the team that works for the hotel amazing - kind, respectful, funny, very attentive. A good option when travelling to Nantes :)
Fantastic hotel. Next door to the train station but you cannot hear anything in the rooms so rest assured. Great location to walk into city centre roughly 15 mins. Staff at reception went above and beyond to help us, even called the vets to book our dog in to get his health certificate stamped before returning home. Thank you!
The location is very good, next to the train station, 10 minutes walk from the Castle of the Dukes of Brittany, and convenient for eating. The only regret is that the Wi-Fi didn't work on the first day, but it worked inexplicably on the second day.

Very nice hotel clean and staff is very nice. Amazing veiw from the breakfast area. Request a room with a view on the chateau and city. Breakfast is good several options. 20 min walk to the center better have a car. Overall we ha d a good experience and. We would come back
Hotel is out of town, up on a hill overlooking the town but you would need a car. Safe didn't work. Had to wait a long time for restaurant service and the meal was not the best. Breakfast served up rock hard potatoes left over from dinner and the rest was cold. Again service bad as was breakfast. Nice pool if you had time to use it.
Hotel was selected by Trafalgar as part of a northern France tour. Room satisfactory and was able to sleep well. Very comfortable room, spacious and well appointed. ♿ Access to the hotel and room was very easy. The hotel is well placed, overlooking the river and in easy walking distance from the city centre along good pavements, via the quai and Royal Arcade (following directions from the very helpful front desk staff). There is also a good restaurant in the hotel. Recommended!
The food was very over-priced and of poor quality. The room was way too hot and paying so much for a 4-star hotel room, having paper cups is not acceptable. The exterior of the hotel looks very shabby, the lack of a sensible location as it is very difficult to navigate to just added to the gaggravation. The staff were pleasant and some helpful but it is all over-priced for what you got. The eV chargepoints...

Great location, only 10 minutes walk into the old town. Car park is directly beneath. Breakfast was really good. Staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. The only negative is the photo you’re about to see. I told the staff on check out and they said they would get it fixed immediately. But how the room staff didn’t see this was beyond me.
