Location, service and cleanliness are all good. Because it is an old hotel, the facilities are not very good, but it is not inconvenient.

The hotel is very close to the airport and has a relatively large parking lot, which is very suitable for driving around the castles. It is 4 minutes drive from a large supermarket and 3 minutes drive from a gas station.

Adequate for a night stopover as part of a long trip. Big car parks albeit small bays. EV charging was out of order, so had to go elsewhere for that, which was inconvenient as we chose this stop off for that facility

Temperature control was poor and it didn't work well. Location is weird, even the taxi driver didn't found to the front of the hotel, with out guiding and few tries. But the staff was friendly and helpful

We had a great overnight stay on our way back to the ferry. Interior of the hotel is funky, clean and the staff are incredibly friendly. The pool was a wonderful addition

The facade of the hotel is a little bit tired which is a shame as it hides a great experience. It was 12 minutes walk into town/chateux, a really safe wonderful wander to nearby restaurants and activities

We spent a shorter time at the spa since the pool was a bit chilly and there was no hot tub. The bathrobes and slippers were great since we could not pack those items

On different days we had to ring down for more toilet paper, and for towels (all taken, none replaced), and my flannel/facecloth was removed

The predecessor of the hotel was a royal palace, but it has been transformed. The breakfast is rich, and the chef even asks you about the taste. In fact, there are very few services in France

The only problemnwe had during our stay was the taxi, we asked the reception for a taxi that accepts Amex Card for payment and the girl in reception mede it clear to the taxi that we will pay with Amex, but at the end when we arrived to our destination and were about the pay, the taxi driver told us No no i don't accept Amex, we had to pay with our own cards, so yo need to insist and be careful before...

There was no difference in price between the two rooms, so if you end up with one of the refurbished ones the hotel is fine however if you end up with one of the others the rooms are extremely over priced

Chose this hotel mainly for it’s location and access to a private courtyard for our motorbikes. The bathroom was a bit too small and the shower quickly became a wet room due to the configuration of the room itself

No matter how new and beautiful a building may look, it will inevitably become old over time. However, the hospitality of the staff never fades.

If you've showered, to get to the sink or toilet, you have to step in the water left in the shower. It's very dangerous, as you can slip, and you're surrounded by glass doors. This layout is incomprehensible

Only thing we found somewhat odd was the set up of the bathroom where one had to actually walk through the shower stall to access the toilet and sink. Beds were comfy and room was kept very clean

We stayed three nights stay at OKKO in Nantes in early January. Reception staff were efficient and helpful. We particularly enjoyed yummy healthy breakfasts in Le Club

Rooms are air-conditioned with comfortable beds, but a strange setup with the bathroom. The toilet cannot be accessed without having to walk through the shower? What genius designed that?!?

I had a root canal and got a prescription for the antibiotics. This was a brilliant example of a member of staff going the extra mile to help a customer. Good breakfast, good sized rooms and ample parking

In the room, the only lightswitch was by the bed so coming in when it was dark was like pinning the tail on the donkey. It took 15 minutes to work out how to use the tv control

I was visiting from England and do not speak french and I was very grateful to Timothy on the check in desk, it was Sunday and he was able to find me an emergency appointment with a local dentist

The only negative was that someone decided it was ok to vape at breakfast, not the hotels fault, but made me leave breakfast early, I recently had eye surgery and find smoke and vapes very irritating on my eye

Recently refurbished (well almost complete) the hotel was a little further out from the centre than anticipated, a good 50minute walk

Did not book parking, which was annoying as hotel valet parking was €15 a day vs €25 in Q parking opposite, not a big issue but their parking did look empty when we drive past. Highly recommend hotel and location

Hotel overall was great, with an exceptionally comfy bed. Shower and bath needed upgrading as bath floor was bouncy when showering and the shower faced the wrong wall (not into the bath)
