On different days we had to ring down for more toilet paper, and for towels (all taken, none replaced), and my flannel/facecloth was removed

We had to change the set-up just 30 min prior dinner without issue, outstanding adaptibility from the team! Food quality was very good. A great service, I highly recommend for private dinners up to 70 people in Nantes!

The room was quiet and clean and the air conditioning was working perfectly during this very hot day. But the best part of this experience were the folks working the front desk. They were welcoming and friendly

I come to this hotel regularly and have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are soundproofed and perfectly comfortable. The breakfast is excellent. I highly recommend it.

The predecessor of the hotel was a royal palace, but it has been transformed. The breakfast is rich, and the chef even asks you about the taste. In fact, there are very few services in France

Mercure Hotel gives us a good impression on Nantes. Especially the hotel receptionist, who dealt with the mistaken city tax account on 12 March, showed great patience for us speaking no French

The only problemnwe had during our stay was the taxi, we asked the reception for a taxi that accepts Amex Card for payment and the girl in reception mede it clear to the taxi that we will pay with Amex, but at the end when we arrived to our destination and were about the pay, the taxi driver told us No no i don't accept Amex, we had to pay with our own cards, so yo need to insist and be careful before...

A very nice well designed hotel; Helpful and friendly staff. Good bathrooms and efficient quiet air-conditioning. Breakfast are quality international style and the restaurant quality and dishes was also very good.

Parking was reasonable and easy once we found the garage entrance and made the whole visit much more convenient. Also it’s quite easy to drive to yet very close to the centre of town so best of both worlds

The breakfast room is small, so you have to choose your time! The location isn't ideal for me coming from the train station, but that's the way it is with choosing a hotel map 😉

The stuff at the reception and breakfast was really nice. The only downside was that some channels didn't work on the TV.

Very short walk of 5 to 10 minutes to the City Center. Very quiet and a nice view on the cathedral if you are lucky. Also the breakfast ist nice, do not drink the coffee though. All a bit small: room, bathroom, cupboard

This room is not too big, it is very small, and the hotel near the station is bigger. We are on a business trip and it takes about half an hour to drive there. There is a tram at the door to the exhibition hall.

Rooms are basic but clean and have everything you need. The staff are what is brilliant about this hotel, they are so helpful and friendly and it's location is very convenient. Would absolutely recommend.

Close to wine bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and the market plus convenient and inexpensive parking just a minute away. Bed was comfortable, and it was nice and quiet and easily accessible

No designated guests parking for this hotel. We have to drag along our luggage from an underground public parking to the hotel. Also, parking fee is not included for staying in this hotel. Breakfast is wonderful.

The accommodation is quiet, the rooms are spacious, there is underground parking but there is an additional charge for parking. The breakfast is very good, with a variety. If I have the opportunity, I will stay again.

The location is excellent, right next to the Tours train station. Ibis Hotel has never disappointed people. The sanitary conditions are good, there is breakfast, and the front desk is very enthusiastic

They had eggs, bacon, and ham, so it was quite well-stocked. The only problem was the small room.

And the breakfast was nice but the food was more fruit and pastries bacon and scrambled eggs and as a british person it would have been nice to have the rest of an English breakfast on offer but the staff were great and the hotel clean so we would definitely stay here again

Easy accessible parking with lift and reduced price if you are coming from the hotel. Personal care (lady at the reception and very nice cleaning lady) breakfast = buffet (many options) I recommend it !

Location, service and cleanliness are all good. Because it is an old hotel, the facilities are not very good, but it is not inconvenient.

You have to bring your own supplies (there is a kettle, paper cups, towels, hair dryer). The restaurant variety is relatively small, but the cleanliness is generally good

Staff were lovely and welcoming, especially Souad who helped us several times. Restaurant was very nice and relaxing place. We’ll return next time we’re travelling there

The hotel is very close to the airport and has a relatively large parking lot, which is very suitable for driving around the castles. It is 4 minutes drive from a large supermarket and 3 minutes drive from a gas station.

Adequate for a night stopover as part of a long trip. Big car parks albeit small bays. EV charging was out of order, so had to go elsewhere for that, which was inconvenient as we chose this stop off for that facility

Temperature control was poor and it didn't work well. Location is weird, even the taxi driver didn't found to the front of the hotel, with out guiding and few tries. But the staff was friendly and helpful

Good location with a safe car park. Our overall stay was pleasant. The staff were welcoming and polite. The hotel was clean, although dated. The room felt dark and slightly damp.

Absolutely one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed at, room was cozy, great breakfast, and the hotel is at a great location in Tours, being within walking distance from the train station and from the cathedral

The receptionist was so mean. I was rushing to catch my train, so I told him to hurry up, and he asked me why I hadn't come down earlier.

The staff was wonderful...from the front desk/reception to the restaurant manager and the wait staff, especially our server on Saturday night...delightful!

We used this as an overnight stop on our way to Cherbourg. Rooms very good, bar area very good, Pool and recreational facilities very good, Restaurant choices limited but OK. Will use again.

Good family orientated hotel which is well thought out for travelling families. However it does need a bigger Car Park. Struggled to get a Parking Space which is essential when using the hotel for a road trip stop over

Only thing we found somewhat odd was the set up of the bathroom where one had to actually walk through the shower stall to access the toilet and sink. Beds were comfy and room was kept very clean

They never put toilette brush so that one can clean after taking a dump! If you are not staying alone, then it becomes very very annoying. Other than that the hotel has a nice restaurant and helpful staff

Not directly in heart of Tours, but we purposely prefer taking this walk! Car parking in this area around the hotel is free. In our opinion, the hotel is 3stars

We spent a shorter time at the spa since the pool was a bit chilly and there was no hot tub. The bathrobes and slippers were great since we could not pack those items

When i arrived at the hotel reception there was a sweet lady that explained to me everything I needed to know about the amenities and the accommodation. Nantes stadium, if someone is interested

Reception isn't available 24hours so when we arrived we waited nearly an hour until we could access our room as there were no clear instructions on what to do - you need to call them as soon as you arrive and they will help you aceess your key

The only big disappointment from my point of view was the lack of air- con ( they have just a fan that doesn't make any difference when it is 36 degrees outside)

Placed in a quiet area with most of the amenities around. The receptionist was a friendly and helpful person. The BIG DOWSIDE is that they don't have air con in the rooms and only a small fan that barely spread air

Excellent hotel in the center of Tours. They have an inhouse parking for 11 euros a night but usually parking is free on weekends and holidays on the street in front of the hotel.

Early on, we required some medical assistance  and the front desk was incredible in not only quickly contacting a taxi and navigating us through this unexpected situation, but since our plans changed and we required a longer stay in Tours, the staff promptly made arrangements to accommodate us
