Good location with a safe car park. Our overall stay was pleasant. The staff were welcoming and polite. The hotel was clean, although dated. The room felt dark and slightly damp.

Hotel is in a good location, if you have to stopover, but it is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Hotel requires full refurbishment to bring it back to 4 star hotel standard, so bear this in mind. Adequate for a night stopover as part of a long trip. Big car parks albeit small bays. EV charging was out of order, so had to go elsewhere for that, which was inconvenient as we chose this stop off for that facility. Breakfast good and plentiful.

The hotel is very close to the airport and has a relatively large parking lot, which is very suitable for driving around the castles. It is 4 minutes drive from a large supermarket and 3 minutes drive from a gas station.

The receptionist was so mean. I was rushing to catch my train, so I told him to hurry up, and he asked me why I hadn't come down earlier.

The staff was wonderful...from the front desk/reception to the restaurant manager and the wait staff, especially our server on Saturday night...delightful!

Excellent location. Parking is almost always a challenge when where you are staying is in the heart of the city. I think the communication could have been better as to where to park.

Conveniently located The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and the tourist office which all the tours depart from. Lots of restaurants, cafes are closeby. The hotel lobby is the attraction point. The rooms are very spacios as well. A few let down for us were lack of a fridge in the room, no china cups ( paper cups and wooden stirrers only provided).

Room was amazing, spacious and with balcony. Breakfast with a lot of options and really delicious. Evening menu was quite sophisticated too. Sauna didn't work. Reception never had robes for SPA zone, managed to find robes at cleaning service ( while reception said they don't have). The hotel parking can be reached after you check in. They need to give you access codes and explain which parking it is (even though the signs are well placed inside the parking). Everything inside feels outdated: the doors, the hallways. The sink in the bathroom is super low, maybe useful for small people but annoying when you're average sized.

As a family we received an interconnected space of three rooms, which were all very clean and comfortable. The hotel has got a small parking free of charge just in front so one needs to be fast enough to get a place, otherwise the paid garage is available. It is a typical Ibis style hotel. The good thing is it is in city center. The thing I dont understand with Ibis style hotel is the toilette. They never put toilette brush so that one can clean after taking a dump! If you are not staying alone, then it becomes very very annoying . It is stupid really. This hotel was super friendly, central, rooms were clean, spacious bathroom, excellent breakfast, and secure parking underground. We had our dog with us, and as we had two nights, were able to leave our bike rack and bikes in the secure parking. Would stay again, and would recommend.

Excellence location and easy to go anywhere in town

The front desk staff were welcoming and the room was clean and modern. Breakfast was great! However, for a double occupancy room, there was only one chair. The parking was a public lot and quite bad. The elevators were split-level and frequently out of service.

We attended a conference in Tours at the conference center. The hotel location is very nice. Short walk to the old town with many restaurants. We enjoyed a five day stay there. There is public underground parking right at the hotel. Very convenient and affordable

Very nice. Had to switch rooms because the air conditioner didn’t work but got a much nicer room with a view of the river. We got free parking because of the VIP thing so saved 14. Breakfast was a 12 euro buffet, we skipped because we don’t eat that much for breakfast.

Stayed here twice in August to break journey from the UK down to the south of France with my family. It's in a good location to see the centre of Orleans (10 minute walk) and has a private car park. These were important features to us. However the rooms were very poor for a 4-star hotel and did not offer value for money. Very comfortable room, spacious and well appointed. ♿ Access to the hotel and room was very easy. The hotel is well placed, overlooking the river and in easy walking distance from the city centre along good pavements, via the quai and Royal Arcade (following directions from the very helpful front desk staff). A very satisfactory overall experience.

I appreciated the upgraded room at checking to get a room closer to elevator because of disability, but I have found trash that wasn’t picked up in the bathroom. There was also a little smell in the room, most likely coming from the old building the hotel is located in.

The only thing i didnt like was i dint have heating in my room. And other thing when i book nobody told me like i need to pay extra tax of the city, is no a lot but you should tell.

Great location, only 10 minutes walk into the old town. Car park is directly beneath. Breakfast was really good. Staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. The only negative is the photo you’re about to see. I told the staff on check out and they said they would get it fixed immediately. But how the room staff didn’t see this was beyond me. It’s obviously been there for a long time.

Room is OK, kinda old but clean. The room we had is a bit small for a family of 4 but for two nights it was fine. Service was a lacking a bit, no refill of toilet paper for example. Parking garage is close, looks a bit shabby tho. From the hotel you are close to the castle and thus the city center. For the price it was pretty good.

I booked this hotel in Orleans to stay overnight during my trip from Spain to Germany. The location is great, you can enjoy a nice walk to the city center in a matter of minutes, and a small hotel private parking can be used (8€). The room was clean, the staff was very kind and a very good English spoken. If I had to visit Orleans again I would for sure stay at this wonderful hotel.

The hotel is in a good location and convenient for travel. The reservation was also smooth. There were changes in the itinerary before the trip, and one room was cancelled. There was no extra charge and it was resolved quickly. Good, recommended.
