We have been staying at this hotel for ten years and it was always been great,we were a little worried that with a change of ownership it may have changed but we didn't need to. A great stay with a friendly staff and a great breakfast. We will be back

I booked this hotel in Orleans to stay overnight during my trip from Spain to Germany. The location is great, you can enjoy a nice walk to the city center in a matter of minutes, and a small hotel private parking can be used (8€). The room was clean, the staff was very kind and a very good English spoken. If I had to visit Orleans again I would for sure stay at this wonderful hotel.

Friendly service and good facilities

The hotel is in a good location and convenient for travel. The reservation was also smooth. There were changes in the itinerary before the trip, and one room was cancelled. There was no extra charge and it was resolved quickly. Good, recommended.

Pleasant staff. Room a little disappointing especially the small bathroom with rusty parts. For the price it's a bit of a shame.

The building and hotel are very French in style. The rooms are cleaned every day, which is great. The breakfast is quite rich. The air conditioning in the room is very cold and the shower in the bathroom is very comfortable. It is not bad for a single person on a business trip, but it is a bit crowded for a family.

Great hotel in Nantes city center Recently renovated my room was very nice. Comfy bed, nice furniture and the bath products had me feeling like I was in a spa! It was easily accessible by tram and bus, and the room was very clean. Personally, I was very happy that there was a bathtub. I was able to relax! Thank you for your attentive service.

Right in the middle of everything, I came for a wedding. The town hall is 5 minutes away, perfect for walking in high heels. The church is 5 minutes away on the other side, and there's a café terrace in the middle. Bus and tram stop right outside the door.

We organized a corporate private dinner for 80 people in Mercure Nantes Centre - Grand Hôtel. The relation "quality/service/price" is outstanding! The staff is very flexible, reactive and attentive. We had to change the set-up just 30 min prior dinner without issue, outstanding adaptibility from the team! Food quality was very good. Mercure Hotel gives us a good impression on Nantes. Especially the hotel receptionist, who dealt with the mistaken city tax account on 12 March, showed great patience for us speaking no French. Much thanks to her and the hotel. May the hotel have better and better business!

We stayed at this hotel on the way to and from our holiday in the South of France. The location is great, an easy walk into town and easy to get to from the major roads. Stayed here twice in August to break journey from the UK down to the south of France with my family. It's in a good location to see the centre of Orleans (10 minute walk) and has a private car park. These were important features to us. However the rooms were very poor for a 4-star hotel and did not offer value for money. Very comfortable room, spacious and well appointed. ♿ Access to the hotel and room was very easy. The hotel is well placed, overlooking the river and in easy walking distance from the city centre along good pavements, via the quai and Royal Arcade (following directions from the very helpful front desk staff). There is also a good restaurant in the hotel. Recommended!

The food was very over-priced and of poor quality. The room was way too hot and paying so much for a 4-star hotel room, having paper cups is not acceptable. The exterior of the hotel looks very shabby, the lack of a sensible location as it is very difficult to navigate to just added to the gaggravation. Nice hotel, clean and practical room, although small. The breakfast room is small, so you have to choose your time! The location isn't ideal for me coming from the train station, but that's the way it is with choosing a hotel map 😉

The source of information said there was a smoking room, but it turns out there wasn't, which was very disappointing. The room and bathroom are very small. If I had known there was no smoking room, I would have had better options at the same price.

No bottled water, hotel is not very clean

The stuff at the reception and breakfast was really nice. The only downside was that some channels didn't work on the TV.

This room is not too big, it is very small, and the hotel near the station is bigger. We are on a business trip and it takes about half an hour to drive there. There is a tram at the door to the exhibition hall.

The room is very small, especially the bathroom, where one person can barely turn around, and the bed is just average. The good thing is that the desk is not bad, which is quite friendly for people like me who are on business trips. The waiter is very enthusiastic, and the store is doing a booming business!

Excellence location and easy to go anywhere in town

The front desk staff were welcoming and the room was clean and modern. Breakfast was great! However, for a double occupancy room, there was only one chair. The parking was a public lot and quite bad. The elevators were split-level and frequently out of service.

We attended a conference in Tours at the conference center. The hotel location is very nice. Short walk to the old town with many restaurants. We enjoyed a five day stay there. There is public underground parking right at the hotel. Very convenient and affordable

Booked a room with a view, but I don't know what view it means. All I see is the street. No parking lot. You have to drive to the public parking lot. People dragged their luggage and took the elevator out of the front of the hotel. Breakfast was OK

The hotel is very good, with a super high cost-performance ratio. The breakfast is also very rich. You can also take a walk in the garden. The front desk is very welcoming. There is also a spa. I will choose it next time I visit clients.

It is in the downtown area, opposite the Christmas market, and it will be very lively at night. The room is quiet and the service is very friendly. The only problem is that parking is not very convenient and the fee is high.

Wonderful staff and extremely comfortable sofá bed! I really appreciated having hair comditioner in the shower and also a bathtub. The exercise room was very nice. The sofá bed had some mechanical issues so it took time to get it resolved by staff person after a long travel day and late night arrival into the early am. Also they requested $10 extra for a 1 hour l late checkout which was a surprise...

A very satisfactory overall experience.

I appreciated the upgraded room at checking to get a room closer to elevator because of disability, but I have found trash that wasn’t picked up in the bathroom. There was also a little smell in the room, most likely coming from the old building the hotel is located in.

The only thing i didnt like was i dint have heating in my room. And other thing when i book nobody told me like i need to pay extra tax of the city, is no a lot but you should tell.

Great location, only 10 minutes walk into the old town. Car park is directly beneath. Breakfast was really good. Staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. The only negative is the photo you’re about to see. I told the staff on check out and they said they would get it fixed immediately. But how the room staff didn’t see this was beyond me. It’s obviously been there for a long time.

Room is OK, kinda old but clean. The room we had is a bit small for a family of 4 but for two nights it was fine. Service was a lacking a bit, no refill of toilet paper for example. Parking garage is close, looks a bit shabby tho. From the hotel you are close to the castle and thus the city center. For the price it was pretty good.

They had eggs, bacon, and ham, so it was quite well-stocked. The only problem was the small room.

The accommodation is quiet, the rooms are spacious, there is underground parking but there is an additional charge for parking. The breakfast is very good, with a variety. If I have the opportunity, I will stay again.

The hotel was nice the room we had was basic no tea or coffee in the room. And the breakfast was nice but the food was more fruit and pastries bacon and scrambled eggs and as a british person it would have been nice to have the rest of an English breakfast on offer but the staff were great and the hotel clean so we would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in room 318 for 2 nights from 24 - 26 Sept 2024. The room and bathroom are small but comfortable, as can be seen from the photos I have taken. The window to the street is soundproof and I had restful nights! The included buffet breakfast was quite sumptuous. The staff were efficient and friendly.

The location is excellent, right next to the Tours train station. Ibis Hotel has never disappointed people. The sanitary conditions are good, there is breakfast, and the front desk is very enthusiastic. I will stay there next time

The location is perfect. It's a classic hotel, so there aren't any modern amenities. The breakfast was simple but delicious.

Great hotel, slept well and rested

A chain hotel but with character and perfectly placed for exploring Tours. Parking on site is a huge advantage and it’s very close to the train station too. Staff were lovely and welcoming, especially Souad who helped us several times. Restaurant was very nice and relaxing place. Food was great. We’ll return next time we’re travelling there.

The hotel is right next to the train station (a three-minute walk). There are small supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. However, the hotel is relatively simple. Stayed here for 4 days.It was disappointing that they were doing renovations and it was very loud, but they didn't tell us before booking ，It's not marked on the map, it's not marked on the web, you can hardly know that it's under constructionthat，The girl at the front desk said they had to send us an email, But if you book on booking you can't get an email🙄…but the room was huge ,and it's very dry...

Good location with a safe car park. Our overall stay was pleasant. The staff were welcoming and polite. The hotel was clean, although dated. The room felt dark and slightly damp.

Hotel is in a good location, if you have to stopover, but it is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Hotel requires full refurbishment to bring it back to 4 star hotel standard, so bear this in mind. Adequate for a night stopover as part of a long trip. Big car parks albeit small bays. EV charging was out of order, so had to go elsewhere for that, which was inconvenient as we chose this stop off for that facility. Breakfast good and plentiful.

The hotel is very close to the airport and has a relatively large parking lot, which is very suitable for driving around the castles. It is 4 minutes drive from a large supermarket and 3 minutes drive from a gas station.

The place was okay. Love the room services and big space room. Ordered room service dinner every night. However it was rather dark and old. The food was great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here last night. Staff were super lovely, the pool was a hit, rooms were clean and equipped well, the atmosphere in the evening around the pool/games area was lovely and there was a really casual, relaxed feel. Food was lovely and breakfast was also good, lots of options to choose from. We will definitely use again.

Comfortable Rooms, Excellent Breakfast and warm and welcoming staff. Hotel has been undergoing improvements over the last few years and it really is excellent. Good family orientated hotel which is well thought out for travelling families. However it does need a bigger Car Park. Struggled to get a Parking Space which is essential when using the hotel for a road trip stop over.

Stayed for one night with our two toddlers. Room was spacious and clean with a good sized baby cot. Pool was nice and warm with plenty of loungers around the pool. Breakfast was great although our 1 year old did make a mess on the floor which upset the staff. Bar was a relaxing space

We used this as an overnight stop on our way to Cherbourg. Rooms very good, bar area very good, Pool and recreational facilities very good, Restaurant choices limited but OK. Will use again.

Great hotel in a very attractive location. I loved the fact that there is an access to sauna and free tea or coffee along with some snacks. Staff were very helpful and kind. I had a great experience and I will be back when I can.

We stayed three nights stay at OKKO in Nantes in early January. Reception staff were efficient and helpful. We particularly enjoyed yummy healthy breakfasts in Le Club. Only thing we found somewhat odd was the set up of the bathroom where one had to actually walk through the shower stall to access the toilet and sink. Beds were comfy and room was kept very clean. Definitely would stay at OKKO...

Very good location. Parking for car 20 per day. After sombody get a shower will be slippery to get to toilet:) and if shower door left open outside entry door can brake it...it's a glass.

Nice hotel in a good location. You get access to a nice seated area where there are complimentary drinks and snacks with a few gluten free options. The breakfast was extra but decent. Rooms are air-conditioned with comfortable beds, but a strange setup with the bathroom. The toilet cannot be accessed without having to walk through the shower? What genius designed that?!?

As soon as you get off the elevator, you'll smell a strong mildew odor. The inane shower design is why. The water flow is too much for the tiny drain pipe, there's no seal for the door between the shower and toilet area, and the floor isn't sloped properly towards the drain. In 30 seconds of the water running, the whole bathroom will be flooded and it will stay wet until the cleaning service comes...

We stayed whilst having a short break. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the centre. It's adjacent to the railway station but with excellent insulation and double glazing we heard nothing of that. Breakfast was plentiful, but I would like to see decaffeinated coffee available without having to ask each morning. It's available in the room, and on the "Breakfast in your room " option, so...

The hotel parking can be reached after you check in. They need to give you access codes and explain which parking it is (even though the signs are well placed inside the parking). Everything inside feels outdated: the doors, the hallways. The sink in the bathroom is super low, maybe useful for small people but annoying when you're average sized.

As a family we received an interconnected space of three rooms, which were all very clean and comfortable. The hotel has got a small parking free of charge just in front so one needs to be fast enough to get a place, otherwise the paid garage is available. The staff and the hotel manager are very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent with high quality food and teas.

Good enough. The hotel is old, but our connected rooms were very clean and we had everything we needed. Good sound isolation, slept good, no any noise. One of our room was little bit cold, no heated.

Value for money hotel, but in scruffy area of Tours, but easy walking distance to town.

Over all it was great staff friendly, service was good but Air-conditions were old and in good condition, not cooling the rooms, showers needed to be replaced with new ones.
