Very pleasant stay, excellent staff, dinner and breakfast

The hotel is very close to the airport and has a relatively large parking lot, which is very suitable for driving around the castles. It is 4 minutes drive from a large supermarket and 3 minutes drive from a gas station.

Lacking a bit of smiles and politeness

Room was okay. Temperature control was poor and it didn't work well. The room was chilly. Location is weird, even the taxi driver didn't found to the front of the hotel, with out guiding and few tries. But the staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel. Room (family room) was spacious and mostly clean (there were a few cobwebs), the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the rooms were quite warm overnight. Would come back.

The hotel is very clean, I like it very much.

I spent 2 nights and everything was great. The room is spacious and feels clean from the moment you enter. The welcome was warm. The breakfast is excellent, with a variety of sweet and savory options, with fresh products. I highly recommend it, especially for business trips, it’s very comfortable and convenient.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was a lot of construction blocking the main route to the parking but the hotel made us aware of this a few days ahead of time and also gave us an alternative route. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable.

It is a typical Ibis style hotel. The good thing is it is in city center. The thing I dont understand with Ibis style hotel is the toilette. They never put toilette brush so that one can clean after taking a dump! If you are not staying alone, then it becomes very very annoying . It is stupid really. This hotel was super friendly, central, rooms were clean, spacious bathroom, excellent breakfast, and secure parking underground. We had our dog with us, and as we had two nights, were able to leave our bike rack and bikes in the secure parking. Would stay again, and would recommend.

We organized a corporate private dinner for 80 people in Mercure Nantes Centre - Grand Hôtel. The relation "quality/service/price" is outstanding! The staff is very flexible, reactive and attentive. Very nice. Had to switch rooms because the air conditioner didn’t work but got a much nicer room with a view of the river. We got free parking because of the VIP thing so saved 14. Breakfast was a 12 euro buffet, we skipped because we don’t eat that much for breakfast.

The source of information said there was a smoking room, but it turns out there wasn't, which was very disappointing. The room and bathroom are very small. If I had known there was no smoking room, I would have had better options at the same price.

No bottled water, hotel is not very clean

The stuff at the reception and breakfast was really nice. The only downside was that some channels didn't work on the TV.

This room is not too big, it is very small, and the hotel near the station is bigger. We are on a business trip and it takes about half an hour to drive there. There is a tram at the door to the exhibition hall.

The room is very small, especially the bathroom, where one person can barely turn around, and the bed is just average. The good thing is that the desk is not bad, which is quite friendly for people like me who are on business trips. The waiter is very enthusiastic, and the store is doing a booming business!

We attended a conference in Tours at the conference center. The hotel location is very nice. Short walk to the old town with many restaurants. We enjoyed a five day stay there. There is public underground parking right at the hotel. Very convenient and affordable

Booked a room with a view, but I don't know what view it means. All I see is the street. No parking lot. You have to drive to the public parking lot. People dragged their luggage and took the elevator out of the front of the hotel. Breakfast was OK

The hotel is very good, with a super high cost-performance ratio. The breakfast is also very rich. You can also take a walk in the garden. The front desk is very welcoming. There is also a spa. I will choose it next time I visit clients.

It is in the downtown area, opposite the Christmas market, and it will be very lively at night. The room is quiet and the service is very friendly. The only problem is that parking is not very convenient and the fee is high.

The room was in line with expectations, close to the river, and in a great location. It rained on the day of check-in, and the front desk lady kindly suggested that we could order takeout and have it delivered to the front desk, which was polite and professional

Very comfortable room, spacious and well appointed. ♿ Access to the hotel and room was very easy. The hotel is well placed, overlooking the river and in easy walking distance from the city centre along good pavements, via the quai and Royal Arcade (following directions from the very helpful front desk staff). There is also a good restaurant in the hotel. Recommended!

The food was very over-priced and of poor quality. The room was way too hot and paying so much for a 4-star hotel room, having paper cups is not acceptable. The exterior of the hotel looks very shabby, the lack of a sensible location as it is very difficult to navigate to just added to the gaggravation. We stayed on the 1st floor in a family room (111) that hasn't been refurbished yet. Room was spotless though slightly tired. Our room was technically over the reception so didn't encounter any road noise. Hotel is a 10minute ish walk into the city centre - a lovely walk along the river. We stayed with our two children and dog. Room was perfect and the kids liked the dip in the pool. Main reception...

A very satisfactory overall experience.

I appreciated the upgraded room at checking to get a room closer to elevator because of disability, but I have found trash that wasn’t picked up in the bathroom. There was also a little smell in the room, most likely coming from the old building the hotel is located in.

The only thing i didnt like was i dint have heating in my room. And other thing when i book nobody told me like i need to pay extra tax of the city, is no a lot but you should tell.

Great location, only 10 minutes walk into the old town. Car park is directly beneath. Breakfast was really good. Staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. The only negative is the photo you’re about to see. I told the staff on check out and they said they would get it fixed immediately. But how the room staff didn’t see this was beyond me. It’s obviously been there for a long time.

Room is OK, kinda old but clean. The room we had is a bit small for a family of 4 but for two nights it was fine. Service was a lacking a bit, no refill of toilet paper for example. Parking garage is close, looks a bit shabby tho. From the hotel you are close to the castle and thus the city center. For the price it was pretty good.

Wonderful staff and extremely comfortable sofá bed! I really appreciated having hair comditioner in the shower and also a bathtub. The exercise room was very nice. The sofá bed had some mechanical issues so it took time to get it resolved by staff person after a long travel day and late night arrival into the early am. Also they requested $10 extra for a 1 hour l late checkout which was a surprise...

The hotel was nice the room we had was basic no tea or coffee in the room. And the breakfast was nice but the food was more fruit and pastries bacon and scrambled eggs and as a british person it would have been nice to have the rest of an English breakfast on offer but the staff were great and the hotel clean so we would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in room 318 for 2 nights from 24 - 26 Sept 2024. The room and bathroom are small but comfortable, as can be seen from the photos I have taken. The window to the street is soundproof and I had restful nights! The included buffet breakfast was quite sumptuous. The staff were efficient and friendly.

The location is excellent, right next to the Tours train station. Ibis Hotel has never disappointed people. The sanitary conditions are good, there is breakfast, and the front desk is very enthusiastic. I will stay there next time

A chain hotel but with character and perfectly placed for exploring Tours. Parking on site is a huge advantage and it’s very close to the train station too. Staff were lovely and welcoming, especially Souad who helped us several times. Restaurant was very nice and relaxing place. Food was great. We’ll return next time we’re travelling there.

The hotel is right next to the train station (a three-minute walk). There are small supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. However, the hotel is relatively simple. We have been staying at this hotel for ten years and it was always been great,we were a little worried that with a change of ownership it may have changed but we didn't need to. A great stay with a friendly staff and a great breakfast. We will be back

I booked this hotel in Orleans to stay overnight during my trip from Spain to Germany. The location is great, you can enjoy a nice walk to the city center in a matter of minutes, and a small hotel private parking can be used (8€). The room was clean, the staff was very kind and a very good English spoken. If I had to visit Orleans again I would for sure stay at this wonderful hotel.

The hotel is in a good location and convenient for travel. The reservation was also smooth. There were changes in the itinerary before the trip, and one room was cancelled. There was no extra charge and it was resolved quickly. Good, recommended.

Excellent location. Parking is almost always a challenge when where you are staying is in the heart of the city. I think the communication could have been better as to where to park.

Conveniently located The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and the tourist office which all the tours depart from. Lots of restaurants, cafes are closeby. The hotel lobby is the attraction point. The rooms are very spacios as well. A few let down for us were lack of a fridge in the room, no china cups ( paper cups and wooden stirrers only provided).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here last night. Staff were super lovely, the pool was a hit, rooms were clean and equipped well, the atmosphere in the evening around the pool/games area was lovely and there was a really casual, relaxed feel. Food was lovely and breakfast was also good, lots of options to choose from. We will definitely use again.

Comfortable Rooms, Excellent Breakfast and warm and welcoming staff. Hotel has been undergoing improvements over the last few years and it really is excellent. Good family orientated hotel which is well thought out for travelling families. However it does need a bigger Car Park. Struggled to get a Parking Space which is essential when using the hotel for a road trip stop over.

Stayed for one night with our two toddlers. Room was spacious and clean with a good sized baby cot. Pool was nice and warm with plenty of loungers around the pool. Breakfast was great although our 1 year old did make a mess on the floor which upset the staff. Bar was a relaxing space

We used this as an overnight stop on our way to Cherbourg. Rooms very good, bar area very good, Pool and recreational facilities very good, Restaurant choices limited but OK. Will use again.

Great hotel in a very attractive location. I loved the fact that there is an access to sauna and free tea or coffee along with some snacks. Staff were very helpful and kind. I had a great experience and I will be back when I can.

We stayed three nights stay at OKKO in Nantes in early January. Reception staff were efficient and helpful. We particularly enjoyed yummy healthy breakfasts in Le Club. Only thing we found somewhat odd was the set up of the bathroom where one had to actually walk through the shower stall to access the toilet and sink. Beds were comfy and room was kept very clean. Definitely would stay at OKKO...

Very good location. Parking for car 20 per day. After sombody get a shower will be slippery to get to toilet:) and if shower door left open outside entry door can brake it...it's a glass.

Nice hotel in a good location. You get access to a nice seated area where there are complimentary drinks and snacks with a few gluten free options. The breakfast was extra but decent. Rooms are air-conditioned with comfortable beds, but a strange setup with the bathroom. The toilet cannot be accessed without having to walk through the shower? What genius designed that?!?

As soon as you get off the elevator, you'll smell a strong mildew odor. The inane shower design is why. The water flow is too much for the tiny drain pipe, there's no seal for the door between the shower and toilet area, and the floor isn't sloped properly towards the drain. In 30 seconds of the water running, the whole bathroom will be flooded and it will stay wet until the cleaning service comes...

We stayed whilst having a short break. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the centre. It's adjacent to the railway station but with excellent insulation and double glazing we heard nothing of that. Breakfast was plentiful, but I would like to see decaffeinated coffee available without having to ask each morning. It's available in the room, and on the "Breakfast in your room " option, so...

The hotel parking can be reached after you check in. They need to give you access codes and explain which parking it is (even though the signs are well placed inside the parking). Everything inside feels outdated: the doors, the hallways. The sink in the bathroom is super low, maybe useful for small people but annoying when you're average sized.

As a family we received an interconnected space of three rooms, which were all very clean and comfortable. The hotel has got a small parking free of charge just in front so one needs to be fast enough to get a place, otherwise the paid garage is available. The staff and the hotel manager are very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent with high quality food and teas.

Good enough. The hotel is old, but our connected rooms were very clean and we had everything we needed. Good sound isolation, slept good, no any noise. One of our room was little bit cold, no heated.

We wanted a central location with parking and EV charging. It was unclear to me that this was in a nearby public car park and there was nowhere to park near the hotel to ask as traffic was very heavy. When we were finally directed to the car park it was full but we got a spot with a short wait. There was nowhere sign that we saw of chargers. Although the hotel is now a little dated, the room was clean with basic facilities. But for the reasonable cost it suited us for the 2 nights too visit Angers.

IBIS CENTRE ANGERS Ibis is well situated for the centre of Angers but lacks easy loading/unloading now .Paid parking is about 200 metres away but is often full . Rooms are small but comfortable; linen provided is just about acceptable unless you are a large person !

Ibis Angers Centre Location in Angers centre is good but no parking or stopping by hotel makes loading or unloading very difficult . Towels are too small and not replaced.
