Where to stay in Pays de la Loire

Very good location center of downtown, easy walkable to many amenities and sites a little tough to get into if you're driving a car. But once there, it was a great stay. Convenient underground parking nearby.

Good classic hotel right in the heart of Angers. Rooms are comfortable and there's good value for the money. We parked nearby for only €5 the whole night.

Clean and comfortable stay, had the basics that we needed for a couple of nights stay.

We stayed in a quadruple room. Bus stop nearby with a free bus running to the center. Boulangerie Tradition is in 2 minutes walking distance.

Just around the block from the train station and less than 20 minutes walking from the Chateau de Tours and the rest of the historic locations. If you arrive by car it is highly advisable to have a chat with staff before attempting the nail biting experience of using the parking lot. They may need to direct you to other parking location.

Excellent hotel in the center of Tours. They have an inhouse parking for 11 euros a night but usually parking is free on weekends and holidays on the street in front of the hotel.

It is a small hotel with friendly atmosphere. The staff are very helpful indeed and make my stay perfect. There are a number of restaurants nearby and you may find your food easily. I stayed there for two nights and find it worths each penny.

Good location very near the train station, yet in a quiet precinct Rooms are newly renovated. The entire frontdesk (especially Fanny), during my stay from 10 Apr to 12 Apr, was absolutely fabulous: friendly, helpful, proactive and professional. The hotel service is very good, small and exquisite. You can make your own orange juice and boil soft-boiled eggs in the morning, which is great. The room is the same as the official website photo. In the alley near the train station. There are Chinese restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel. It is the first choice for visiting the surrounding castles.

Good hotel, but not during a heatwave! The hotel was fine, service from staff was excellent, but our room was in the roof section of the third floor, and with the heatwave it was impossibly hot all night. Even with the skylights open and the two fans on. The room really needs air-conditioning.

The room was clean and pleasant. Some staff were helpful but others were not. The breakfast ran out and was not replenished even though we arrived an hour before the end time. The breakfast room was very nice and had a lovely terrace. It would be nice to have a kettle in the room for making tea or coffee.

The room was excellent overall. I did not take in breakfast, but it looked tasty. The WiFi worked flawlessly. The location was very good and the room was quiet. When I return, Logis will be my first choice.

Lovely little hotel in the heart of Amboise old city. We appreciated the breakfast buffet and communal fridge available for guests to use.

8am in the morning no one in the reception, main doors lock and no one process the check out, we need to catch the morning train, other guest also stuck suffering with no breakfasts. What’s an experience!

Loved this place. First rate on all fronts. Gabriella on the reception needs a special mention as she was one of the nicest,informative and kind staff members I have met in a long time . When as a family for a 1 night stay over ,lots of stairs as no lift, family room had a beam across the floor major trip hazard as we found out ,poor lighting in the room ,breakfast not worth 10.90 ,close to city center.

Great find For the competitive price, the room and overall hotel exceeds all the attributes expected. The one low point is when getting in after the checkin desk, ventilation should be improved to prevent smell of food, which is a minor point. It is strategically located within 8 minutes from the train station and mall.

Alex on reception was amazing, he was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy and we had booked parking which was across the narrow road the hotel was located on and was secure.

My wife had twisted her back on the journey and we were changed to a room opposite the lift which enabled her to not have to climb any stairs. However this room was quite small. I booked a room with air conditioning. When I arrived, there was only one fan, which did not match the filter I had specified. The hotel also stated that it had air conditioning.

I don’t know why the rating is so low. The location is very good, right next to Blois Castle. The front desk is also very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable here after a day of visiting the castle.

You get exactly what you pay for. A clean bed, clean towels and a clean bathroom. Otherwise it’s small and simple, it’s right in the city center, and if you just want to sleep there and not live there, it’s totally fine.

A little overpriced compared to the services offered. The room is being sold as a studio, but I'm concerned that the size and amenities aren't up to scratch. I found two other similar establishments in the neighborhood with a much more welcoming exterior and reception area.

Very convenient location, bit dated but ok The check in time is very short but the keys are prepared and information was clear so I could check in without a problem. My room didn't have AC so it was quite hot when the temperature was around 30 . The pedestal fan was very helpful but not enogh. Overall I liked the place.

A hotel within walking distance to the station. This unpretentious hotel has a lift which was a relief as I was on the 4 th floor. Small rooms but immaculately clean, with a tv and a newly renovated bathroom. The best asset is the staff. Reception people absolutely delightful. Thank you.

As we are doing a tour of France we are only staying in a hotel for a night at a time then continuing our venture. This hotel was basic but it was clean , had what we need in the room , the staff were friendly , great breakfast and has a Lidl right next door. Would recommend for a night or two.

This was the last day of our trip, but we lost a sun protection jacket here. We emailed the hotel, but received no response. We called them, but they said their English was poor and we couldn't understand. We asked them to return the jacket through Ctrip, but they absolutely didn't have it. A strange smell upon entering the room. No electrical outlets at the headboard. No courtesy tray with a kettle, coffee, or tea. In the bathroom, the cups aren't vacuum-sealed. The bathtub drains poorly, and a strange smell occurs when the water runs. The same smell as upon entering the room. No air conditioning, but a fan sits on the desk. The doorbell doesn't work. This hotel deserves better reviews. The room was huge and very thoughtfully designed. Very clean too. Also appreciated the parking which was private and secure - connected to the main building.

The hotel had all the amenities that was needed, the rooms are sufficient for two, small kitchen is included. The bed was very comfortable, the room had a window and a heater. The hotel is located in an industrial day, very well located not far from the city center If you do not have breakfast at the hotel, you have a bakery 200 m from the hotel. Pleasant stay.
