This should be the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to France. First of all, the reception was very good. It was the first time that the front desk check-in person left her job to send me to the room

This hotel is the place to be in Cannes , Whether at reception, the bar, or the restaurant, the service is warm and welcoming; I can't wait to go back.

The staff made the experience even more memorable: Carla was a joy at check-in, Lionel and Arthur were fantastic at breakfast, and Tung was so kind to serve us a late-night dinner right before closing after our travel delays

Overall, everything about my stay felt smooth and effortless, from check-in to check-out. It was one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time, and I left already looking forward to my next visit

Incredible service and concierge service. This hotel will ruin other hotels for you because very few hotels can compare. The breakfast chefs were really incredible. It was the best breakfast we ever had in our life

The view was great, there was a balcony facing the sea, the facilities were complete, and all the soft drinks and beers in the refrigerator were free, which was great

The outdoor pool was surprisingly warm even though it was quite cool outside, which was very pleasant

Upon arrival, we were kindly upgraded to a room with a partial sea view, a welcome gift, and they didn't charge us for a late checkout, which was very kind of them. The room was very spacious with everything we needed

Have stayed at the hotel quite a few times! While no trip is without a few snags, they really will work with you to get to the best solution. Book a sea view room - really is worth it, especially for sunsets

My wife and I came here for 5 nights for a “babymoon” celebration, and could not have picked a better location! We were upgraded to a beautiful ocean-view suite with a walk-in closet, balcony and a huge bathroom with a whirlpool tub

We checked in late at night, and the next afternoon we were treated to a lovely welcome/celebration gift by room service. The concierge also helped us out several times finding activities and services in the nearby area

Initially, our accommodation was booked by the company in a different area, but as a former hotelier with 18 years of experience and a JW Marriott Marquis associate, I wanted to experience the JW Marriott Cannes

Marriott is Marriott after all; it lived up to its brand value in every aspect. The only downside was that the soundproofing in the rooms was a little poor, but otherwise it was very good.

If you want to park your car by yourself you will lose like 20min to go there and back and it cost €30 and if you want someone else to bring your car for you it's similar waiting time and €50

The room is not small, and the hotel staff are very good However, if it is a city view room, because the noise of cars and motorcycles outside is loud, there will be a little noise when the window is closed, but it is to a level that I can accept

Well, rooms are very old, the service, staff is not existing, barman insulting customers. reception ladies are kind but need to ask few times for any extra towels..

My room was spacious, well laid out, and the hotel itself was in a very convenient location. It's within easy walking distance to the La Croisette and many restaurants, bistros, and convenience stores

All of the better-known fashion designers have lovely shops nearby as well. The hotel also offers breakfast downstairs, room service and a little cocktail/cappuccino bar just off of the lobby

The bed was quite confortable and the breakfast excellent and varied. As for the sauna/hamam they were nice and big but I would have preferred them hotter. The indoor pool very nice as well

We booked this place for the pools, the spa and the parking. Upon arrival we were told the parking is full, we don't have breakfast although I showed proof in app and in my emails

They asked for a credit card for the mini fridge goods but our mini fridge was empty. We didn't have enough towels and I literally had to bring them up myself

After getting to "our room" we found it was already taken (there was an upon luggage on the bed) and we were informed someone got upgraded to our upper floor room with breakfast and we got their lower floor room (without breakfast, which would explain the initial confusion )

I was visiting the palais for a show so it was a bit of a long walk, but overall I would consider staying again depending on the price

Breakfast is excellent in the restaurant or in the garden. A private pedestrian walkway across the street leads to the attached beach club, with loungers and towels free for hotel guests

Architecturally reminiscent of a prefabricated building, the rooms are luxuriously appointed. Those on the sea side have balconies, while those on the city side have larger rooms with chaise longues

Stayed here during the Cannes Fireworks Festival and watched a great visual feast. Very good hotel, large and comfortable rooms. Nice staff. Delicious room service. Great location. Will stay again.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location, facing the ocean with expansive views. The beach is right outside the door, and there are private beach chairs. Numerous shops and hotels are nearby

Inside the interiors and rooms and quiet descent and good enough. Definitely recommended for economical stay on busy event days in Cannes. They have a nice small outdoor swimming pool and accessible during summer period

We are currently staying at this hotel and I must say that Jerome , Gloria served us at 6am and were very helpfull . Would highly recommend this hotel only for the service provided by them .

Mercure Cannes is a nice hotel 5km away from the downtown and the convention centre of Cannes. 5km is not long but you can take 30-40 min on peak hour traffic in the morning and evening

The location is semi convenient anyhow value for money. The hotel is located on the other side of the train track and the sea side and do not have great views from outside

You need an Uber to get into Cannes unless you want a fairly long walk- usually about €12. Has a swimming pool but that was closed for the winter

Nevertheless, there is a decent swimming pool and the beach can be reached by foot within 10 minutes

It is very close to the train station and attractions, the hygiene and service are good, especially the swimming pool and steam sauna are great. Four recommended, good hotel with good cost performance.

The air conditioning was quite loud and couldn't be turned down very low, so we had to switch it off at night to sleep. Also, the elevator could be slow sometimes, but I guess that's unavoidable in a busy hotel

The staff were helpful, especially when they mixed up our reservation and didn't have our parking spot ready. They found a solution right away, which we appreciated. There were a couple of downsides

Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel in Cannes! The location was fantastic, just a short walk to everything. The room itself was really nice and clean, with a modern bathroom

Great hotel, service, hospitality and location. Greeted by friendly staff at checkin and upgraded to a superior double from a classic. The room was well lit and a very good size

The breakfast was a bit expensive for what we were looking for, so we just grabbed coffee and pastries from a nearby coffee shop instead

The staff were generally helpful, however there was a few incidences were we felt staff were quite rude, we were told we could not eat/drink our own food by the pool/outdoor seating area and the lady was really quite rude

The front office team were friendly and provided a smooth check-in. The housekeeping went above extra mile to offer me a steamer apart from the steam iron.

It's a very good hotel not far from La Croisette and very close to the railway station. The staff is very polite and professional. The rooms are not so big, but they're very clean and there is a spacious bathroom

The lady who greeted me on arrival and departure was very warm, friendly and helpful and I was given an upgraded superior room which was a nice surprise. The staff are very nice at this hotel

A big plus is the breakfast room on the top of the building, where you can enjoy the view of Cannes when you're having a breakfast. If I visit Cannes again, for sure I will come back here

I immediately came across this hotel, and since it also had a garage, I booked it right away. I checked in that night for a week. Ibis hotels are known worldwide, so the rooms are pretty much the same everywhere

The staff at this hotel is beyond belief, they go over and above whatever is necessary to help their guests

We had a great night stay at hotel le Canberra. The room bathroom was beautiful and one of the best showers. The only thing was, the AC shuts off every 20 minutes in the room. So we had a hot sleep. Great location.
