Prime location. Incredible service and concierge service. This hotel will ruin other hotels for you because very few hotels can compare. The breakfast chefs were really incredible. It was the best breakfast we ever had in our life. The breakfast buffet is absolutely unmissable. The bars were very fun as well.

It was better than I expected. I didn't like that it was on the first floor for a suite, but the housekeeping staff were very kind, so that was nice. I'm thinking of visiting again next time.

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at Hotel Martinez and it was unforgettable. From the warm welcome to the beautifully appointed room with stunning sea views, everything was perfect. One of the Life Hotels. They knew we were here for our honeymoon and prepared decorations for our room. The hotel also printed our wedding photos. The service was super good. They knew what we needed with just one look! We will definitely come again!

We slept on the 2nd floor next to what appeared to be a highway for trucks and cars. Impossible to sleep during the night. In the morning they emptied the garbage cand which was so loud. The hotel looks nice on the outside. You have to cross the street to go to the spa. The bathroom was worn out. The staff was friendly.

Great local. Very nice location. Bed is hard if that is your preference then you are in luck. TV did not work and they were unable to repair but they really did try hard to, just late in the day. The service was outstanding and the buffet breakfast delicious. Secure parking on site with the biggest parking spots I've seen. Rooms are large, modern, and have huge balconies. This was our favorite hotel during our trip to France. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Although it is further away from the beach than other hotels, it's in a quieter part of Cannes. The rooftop hot tub is also a nice treat, although they could raise the temperature a bit more :) Lastly, the staff provided wonderful service throughout our stay.

I really liked the hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious! The service was also excellent! Nothing to complain about. However, I couldn't get to the rooftop pool. Perhaps it's closed at this time of year 🤷🏼♀️ but it's a 10/10. I definitely recommend it!!! I didn't want to leave.

It's located near the back of Cannes station, making it very convenient. You can get there quickly by taking the underground passage. There are lots of photos of Marilyn Monroe.

The hotel is in a great location – comfortable and peaceful. The rooftop pool is fantastic, and towels are provided. Vesna  was outstanding  kind, calm, and explained everything we needed. We loved the place, beautiful settings, friendly personnel, good beds, convenient parking and close to Cannes. Two points we would change: remove carpets from the rooms and upgrade tables/chairs in the breakfast restaurant (inside).

I cannot fault this hotel. We had three rooms for a family of 6. The hotel's location is quiet yet convenient to Cannes centre and La Croisette...circa 15 mins walk. The hotel is spotlessly clean...absolutely shining...The staff were very warm and welcoming. I could only recommend this hotel, it was perfect for our needs.

Good overall experience. The hotel is in a quiet area. The gym is not much of a gym, there are no dumbbells or weights to use, mostly just cardio equipment. Staff were excellent!

The air was not cool enough. The toilet room did not smell pleasant. If you are going to advertise parking, you shouldn’t tell guests that you are making an exception to allow parking. We specifically looked for a hotel with parking and then were made to feel uncomfortable.
