Great location!! Right by the train station and close to the beach. Plenty of restaurants around as well. There wasn’t a window in the place and some small insects which weren’t annoying but were there.

Parking in the area is very difficult, and nearby parking is expensive. The room was very small, and the hotel itself wasn't exactly a hotel; everything was very small and cramped.

We love this place, been twice and have recommended to friends that also had a wonderful holiday. The great prices reflect the standard of rooms. It's not a five star, yet it is clean and just perfect for the money you pay. Use this as your base, walk to Cannes and soak in the beauty or catch the bus for 1 euro!

Wonderful service and a clean room. They also have a nice pool in the summer and the restaurant has great food with a lot of options. There is something for everybody. We had to book a room last minute and they were very accommodating.

Superfriendly and serviceminded staff and clean room. Location is perfect close to the trainstation and all the shopping. The only small minus is that you hear all action when people come and go, the doors slamming. If I ever come back I would love to stay here again.

Decent stay in Cannes Very reasonably priced for beeing Cannes in the middle of the summer. Clean rooms. Beds are comfortable but rather narrow for a couple to sleep in, expect alot of flying arms and legs when your better half turns in the middle of the night! Good budget option with caveats Good budget option very well placed in the center of Cannes, close to the Palais des Festivals. Pleasant staff welcomed me. The room was clean and well appointed, however the room smelled very strongly of mould, and black mould was visibly present in the bathroom.

Stayed May 2024, rooms very small for 3 people, but very clean, bathroom newly decorated, central to everything, staff very helpfull, would definately stay again but maby with only 2 people to a room.

Not what I expected The hotel was not what I expected. No view as advertised, but the bathroom was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Due to a family emergency at home, I had to check out 3 days early. They would not credit me for those days which was disappointing.

Bathroom sliding door is crooked and broken, not up to standard. Same problem: loose and flimsy electrical outlets – not good for electronic devices. Air conditioner remote control is esoteric. I had to turn it off directly on the unit, which is high up – not ideal!

Fantastic stay here! We were delivering chocolates to Cannes Film Festival and Jean Michel was so helpful when I needed something printed and to leave my bag for a few hours after checkout. Over the years I have become quite fond of Hotél Anna Livia. The team are helpful, The hotel is peaceful and the location is great. 5mins walk from all the beach clubs. 10 mins away from the public beach. 15 mins from Cannes station. At night the area is vibrant and alive. The hotel is surrounded by lively nightlife. Yet very secure.
