Service 4/5: Service was good even if not everyone in the structure was polite, although there was a young girl bar tending some nights, Chirine I think, that showed an amazing work ethic and that stayed late at the job even when her shift was done, just to help out.
Location 5/5: The hotel is an 8 min walk form the city center.
I choose 2 star for room because there is constantly bad smell.
Service was good and I never had the opportunity to someone as professional as staff worker like miss Chirine (she deserves almost 5 stars)
I suggest this place only for Chirine’s excellent professionally, humble and gentle mood
The location was fantastic, just a short walk to everything. The room itself was really nice and clean, with a modern bathroom. The gym was a bit small, but we loved that it was open 24/7. They also had a beautiful spa, although we didn't get a chance to use it. The staff were helpful, especially when they mixed up our reservation and didn't have our parking spot ready. They found a solution right away, which we appreciated.
There were a couple of downsides. The air conditioning was quite loud and couldn't be turned down very low, so we had to switch it off at night to sleep. Also, the elevator could be slow sometimes, but I guess that's unavoidable in a busy hotel. The breakfast was a bit expensive for what we were looking for, so we just grabbed coffee and pastries from a nearby coffee shop instead.
Greeted by friendly staff at checkin and upgraded to a superior double from a classic. The room was well lit and a very good size. The spa facilities were fantastic, clean and very relaxing.
The hotel is situated in a very good location.
Definitely recommend!
